I did order ahead on my app. I pulled up a d parked in a spot. Entered my spot number in the app and they brought my order out in less than 3 minutes! Quick, efficient, easy! 💪

I had ordered some food, driven all the way home with my kid sedated from a dentist appointment and my breakfast sandwich was missing :/ I called the location to let them someone know. The nice woman I spoke to apologized and had them deliver my missing sandwich. They even threw a cookie in there, which was sweet ;p Thank you for the amazing customer service! I was having a bad morning, but it was turned around :)

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A! My food is always delicious, and what should be hot is hot, and what should be cold is cold. I tried one of their new wraps (new to me anyway) The Southwest Veggie was very good. That Salsa Ranch put it right over the top!

Love this Chick fil A. Truly grade A! I really like how clean the restaurant is and how friendly the employees are. They care about the food that they are serving and my safety while we are there. Drive thru is lightning fast, curbside is 5-8 minutes and delivery is accurate also. I ordered the large tray of chicken strips $81.00 worth. I had forgotten to get the complimentary bottle of sauce, but Chastity called me to ask which sauce they could bring and that was forethought and effectively avoiding unhappy customer experience! This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to, not only because I like the sandwiches but because the personnel is extremely attentive. We waited very little for our meal and the manager apologized for the delay and send some cookies to make up for it. Every person, when thanked would reply "my pleasure"😍 Love it so much. It still amazes me how efficient this fast food company can be. At 1215 I was in and out in 5 minutes. Everyone was pleasant and appreciative of my business. The food was very hot. This location consistently provides excellent service both in the drive through and inside. During busy times they will have multiple people taking orders in the drive through lanes. Chick-fil-A is my spirit food. I'm really picky with my chicken and when a friend suggested we should try it I was hesitant. Despite that I decided to order some chicken tenders. Nice and crispy awesome BBQ sauce. And can I talk about that lemonade oh my God. The staff was really nice. The manager was extremely prompt and quick to give me a refill on my drink. The restaurant was nice and clean. Overall a great experience. I will definitely be coming back here.

Love the lemonade and the chicken is great. Clean friendly location with a nice play area for the kids to enjoy with a great see through wall so you can eat and enjoy the Shakes while the kids burn off some energy. This is a fairly busy location during the typical rush hours, but like most locations the manage the traffic expertly and even long lines end up being short waits. There is more than enough parking in the area as well so no issues finding a parking spot. The kids meals are great with the fruit sides and play toys.

Visiting nearby for a vacation and not only was the food excellent (better than our local location back home) but the employees and manager(s) were WONDERFUL. They were genuine about it, which makes all the difference. Thank you to the Schertz location for being welcoming and making us feel comfortable! Special shout out to America and Ty.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I have been to MANY Chick Fil A locations and this is by far the best one. As I was walking in, the drive thru worked came to open the door for my daughter and I. As soon as I walked in, every staff member greeted me with a smile. The manager (I don’t know his name) came by several times to check on us and was very polite. The restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were even great. Amazing experience at this location!

This location is amazing - we dine in often so the kids can play while mom enjoys a frosted coffee and a moment of peace. The staff treats us like family, and even made my 4 year old's birthday a little more special. Food is always fast and delicious, and the lobby staff is very attentive. I love the recent remodel, though I wish they would've expanded the play space a tiny bit (the forum's playground is better in my opinion, but the drive is a pain and service just doesn't compare!)

My kids and I had a great experience at this chick fil a today! My only complaint would be the small amount of tables in the dining area. Nettie was wonderful! She helped me get my kids settled at the table with place mats and offered us drink refills with the biggest smile on her face. Definitely one of the locations with the better customer service.

This chick fil a went above and beyond today. We had a delicious meal with plenty of play time for the littlest My car battery died and the workers were amazing. One young man was getting off work and he helped hook up the jumper cables and was walking us through what was wrong. The drive through workers offered my husband some ice water when he got there to change out the battery. Just amazing customer service before, during, and after our meal!

Shoutout to Teddy, he was super cool, and helpful, and when it started pouring rain he walked us out to our car with umbrellas. We’ll definitely be making returns to this chick fil a because of his service.

I had placed an order today for delivery. Not only did my order order arrive fast & fresh but the driver (*Makayla) went ABOVE AND BEYOND service!! I had ordered an unsweetened tea but got sweet tea. It's ok-no big deal cause mistakes happen so no need to complain. While I was sitting in my hotel room I heard a knock; It was Makayla back at the door 15min later with an unsweetened tea! WOW! This Chick Fil A location never disappoints. It’s located on a good size lot conveniently close to a Chase bank and other businesses. Service was very good, the person that took my order was accurate, food came out in a timely manner and was delicious, atmosphere was great. I met up with a friend that has two small children , the indoor playground helped keep the kids entertained and we all had a good time. I will definitely be returning.

This is definitely my favorite Chic-Fi-La location. Everything always goes great here. The employees are so amiable and do such a good job. Even when the drive thru line is leading out of the parking lot they make sure to get you in and out. Chic fi la also gives you many rewards of you download the app and ask them to scan the bar code before paying so I’d definitely advise you to do that.

I LOVED that the children’s play area is open again. I have been checking for the last year periodically and I found this location does have an open play area. What disturbed me though and frustrated me was the lack of thought when it came to the visibility into the play area. As a mother, no matter how safe they may seem to be I want to make SURE that my kids are safe by having my eyes on them. I have included a picture of the ridiculous amount of stuff blocking my view of my children. Why have windows??? I was that chic pushing the garbage cans a little to the left so that I can have a sliver of visibility to my children. AND THEN! The workers put the high chairs right there!!!!!!!!! C’mon! There must be some policy about obstructing view? I am sorry to be that Karen but they must move that junk if I’m going to return with my kids.

Food and service was amazing everyone was sweet and friendly The only thing I noticed that really disturb me was all the fingerprints everywhere. On the walls close to where I was sitting in the backboard and never once did I ever see someone wiping these areas. If I could give any advice please please wipe your walls and any surfaces children or people put their hands on If you don't clean that what else are you not cleaning? I heard the employees discussing Have you done a walk-through after the lunch rush was over and the person said not yet so they went and did it but it took them literally 10 seconds to do it during that time someone could have wiped all the areas down that never get touched.. The young lady cleaning tables used the same tow for all the table she was wiping. I think that's pretty gross all you're doing is spreading germs around.

First, this is fast food. Albeit good fast food and on that note I'm not eating on a scale that would include restaurants. Food would have been 5 stars, but they burned the cookies. The service would have 5 stars but they got my sauces wrong. The atmosphere was my car. They were very fast and efficient. They also replaced the sauces with correct and traded the cookie with an unburnt one. Overall enjoyable experience.

I love Chick-fil-A. They really are a victim of their own excellence in some ways. I don't want to give this location one or two stars, because the food itself is excellent. Whoever puts the orders together is the cause of the issues at this store. I've ordered curbside or pickup from this location 5-6 times, and every time there has been something left out. Sometimes it's the fries, sometimes the entree, sometimes an entire kids meal. Again, this kind of stuff is common at other fast food chains, so it feels kind of silly to nitpick. But I've never had issues like this at another Chick-fil-A.

We eat here often. It's always busy but still quick. The bathrooms can always use attention. The place is somewhat clean. Sometimes the food is very fresh and good. Sometimes it is not so good. I wont say it's ut not consistent at all. The ice cream is always great. Don t recommend chicken nuggets from this location at all. They are never good. We buy chicken sandwich and cut up into pieces when kids want nuggets at this location.

The food was great as usual, and I frequent this location, so it's unfortunate that I must say that the service here just isn't up to par with what other location's standards for customer service would be. Employees take their time in making sure customers receive their orders and are quick to leave without asking if they need anything else such as sauce or napkins, and while one should definitely be taking these things themselves, it is simply the thought that counts.

This location is usually good, though they consistently don't give me the honey roasted BBQ for my grilled club. This time I put a request in the app for extra. They forgot it. And they forgot my husband's dressing for his wrap. And they forgot the 2 cookies I ordered. We switched from Whataburger as our usual because they never get it right and take forever. They were nice enough when my husband went inside to have it fixed, but what's the point of curbside if you still have to go in to get the rest of your order? We'll give a few more tries to make this our new normal eat out spot.

Typically, I don’t have an issue with fast food restaurants running a bit behind, but my delivery order was a pretty terrible experience. I ordered my food and received an arrival time of 5:14-5:29…however my app is not showing my food “on the way” or anything at 5:35…so I called just to check on my food. The girl I talked to on the phone said I can’t always rely on the app timing, and said the driver has my food. Okay, sounds good… However, my order tracking has not been updated, it’s after 6:00, and my food is still MIA. Normally, I would just take care of dinner or drive up to get it, but today has been a rough day, my littles are running around begging for snacks because our food isn’t here, and my husband is working his long shift tonight… so I just really needed this delivery to take care of my dinner worries this evening. Instead, I’m stuck to my phone trying to find out where my food is and wondering whether or not I should just let my kids fill up on random snacks while we wait. ETA - food arrived at 6:30pm with an apology, and the food is not cold but lukewarm and soggy.

The food was very dry. I had the grilled nuggets. I'm not sure if they were overcooked or old. The fries were gross. Had to place my order 3 times because the cashier did know how to retrieve my order from the original order I placed with the first employee. Employees were very friendly. My granddaughter played in the play area. She was filthy afterward. The play area really needs a deep cleaning

Food is good as usual but the service here has been unusual compared to other Chick-fil-As. I ordered a sweet tea with a side of lemons and they didn’t bring it out to me. I had to go up to the front and let them know. They gave me my tea and said they would bring out the lemons to me which they never did. I won’t stop coming to this location but it definitely won’t be at the top of my list anymore.

We grabbed chick fila for lunch and normally we love them. But today it was not good at all except for the key lime frosted lemonade that was tasty. The Mac n cheese tasted old, the fries tasted over cooked, the 8ct & 12ct nuggets (no pic) and chicken sandwich tasted old as well. Went through drive through for breakfast, I have been to multiple Chick-fil-As for breakfast but going to this location was a first for me. I ordered the Chicken mini meal, and my hashbrowns were burnt almost, and somewhat cold. My chicken were VERY burnt, with one slider not even having a piece of chicken on there, they were literally 2 pieces of breading. And the buns were not toasted, or whatever it is they do to brown them. They almost tasted like they weren't cooked all the way through. My coffee was very good however, as well as the service. Unfortunately, hands down the worst food I've ever recieved from a Chick-fil-A.

Order a a few things for the family and they forgot to send the fries and forgot a meal. Called in to let them know said they would deliver it again. Got the Delivery and they still forgot the meal I ordered. So now they are delivering for a 3rd time! Employees need to slow down and get the orders correct. Also the fries were real cold!

My large frie is always a medium and I’m given literal crumbs everytime. My medium is a small frie. On three separate occasions (twice for lunch and once for breakfast), I visited Chick-fil-A and was incredibly disappointed with my meal. Each time during my lunchtime visits to this location, the fries were extremely cold, hard, & flavorless; lacking any of the crispiness & taste one expects. It felt like they had been sitting out for entirely too long. To make matters worse, during my breakfast visit, the Spicy Breakfast Filet was embarrassingly small. It barely covered half the bun, making for a sad and unbalanced sandwich. These experiences did not live up to Chick-fil-A's usual standards, and I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

Literally the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to!! We have order online through the app on 4 different occasions and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They have forgot an ENTIRE Meal. I have called and spoke to managers and they assured we would be reimbursed but it never has happened. I have lost about $30 from them. We are a large family so I would suggest that if your order is more than 3 people, double check and make sure they give you the food you ordered. I am beyond upset with their lack of attention to detail.

What happened to this location?! We waited in curbside pickup for close to 15 minutes for our order. I called and spoke to manager Amber and she said that it was because it was a big order. We had four combos and 2 side items. I don't know how a family of four is judged as a big order. Plus, Amber followed the Chik-Fil-A lingo, but sure didn’t offer good customer service to someone that they were making wait longer than usual. I have never had a problem before. On top of that, they gave me a bagel instead of a biscuit with my chicken biscuit meal. This is all during the same visit. We visit this location every time we're in town. It used to be wonderful for customer service and experience. The last four times I have visited, something has gone wrong from forgetting parts of our order and saying they'll do something for the inconvenience when I drive back and then they don't, to getting the orders wrong. I don't know what has happened to this location but I started to cringe when I order here. Now, I've reached my threshold of tolerance for this location. I give them money every time in exchange for a terrible experience.

Went to the drive thru for breakfast and ordered breakfast for two, I've never been before but my friend suggested we go because it was so good. They gave us the bags and the ticket had the correct name and order. Went all the way home and the bags had the wrong food, not enough for two people, so had to drive all of the way back. Got back and breakfast was over, so they gave us deluxe chicken sandwiches. It was not good at all, wilted lettuce, two tiny pickles. Not a great impression either visit. Waste of time, money and gas.

Don’t use this location. I spent 65 on food that was not good quality. I was told by Jessica I could have a refund to my credit card or a credit. I opted for a refund of my money. Six hours later I get a call from Josh and I am told that she never told me that. She never promised me anything. That’s not true. I am completely disappointed with this location every time I go there. If you want good food go to the forum location. Stay away from here. I spoke to another manager Jeff and he was just as bad as Josh. Very unprofessional. I don’t mind spending the money if you give a good product.

Unsure if what is going on, however I had the worst service Saturday than I have ever had at any fast food joint. Order was not filled correctly, and manager was confused as to what was going on. They finally brought out the sandwich, then I ordered some mac and cheese on the app since I gave my fries to my son, waited the max time app said it should be ready before going to counter to ask and they couldn't find my order. Scrambling they gave me the small instead of the medium I ordered. I was done at that point. Food was average but at least warm. Also have they stopped coming to the tables to ask if you need anything? Not once in the extended time I was there was I asked if I needed anything such as a tea refill or extra sauces/ketchup. Hoping Cibolo location will have upped the anti when they open.

Worst location within a 25 mile radius. The time you’ll spend waiting for your food or something being wrong you could’ve drove to a better location either direction. Just save yourself the headache and don’t come here.

Ordinarily I get great service from Chick-Fil-A but this time I ordered on the app for delivery and only got the option for DoorDash. My experience with Doordash has been negative in the handful of times they have delivered my food. Of the three times they have brought my food they either delivered to the wrong address or in this case didn’t deliver the whole order; my drinks were missing even though they are listed on the receipt. Chick-Fil-A please ditch DoorDash. When I called the restaurant they didn’t offer to fix the problem. They just told me that problem is with DoorDash. Won’t being doing that again.

Their credit card machines are malfunctioning, which meant they couldn't provide a receipt. I thought that was fine by me until they forgot my order and I had to keep re-explaining my order to different people. Spent almost 25 min at the drive-thru

The Schertz Chick-fil-a is the worst around. Four times now they’ve forgotten something on our drive through orders, not even counting how many times the orders have been wrong. Have to drive back up there each time to get the food they forget. How hard is it to read a screen and make sure everything makes it in the bag……..

Idk whats been going on with this location lately but I've lived here for 4 years and had no problems at all. But idk if they have a new crew but no exaggeration 3 out fo the 4 times I've gone there, I've come home only to find my order missing stuff. Well went thru drive thru service was great and fast but I got home and my fries were literally half filled and food did not taste fresh even tho I live 5 minutes away. I called multiple times and no answer

This is a very sad day for me today. My Schertz TX Chick-fil-A let me down for the first time ever! . Whoever fixed sandwich should be ashamed.

So ever time I come to this restaurant and place my order on the drive-thru i don't know if they are paying attention or what because my order is never how i asked for it . I tell them no ice and they fill it up with ice . I asked for condiments give you one ketchup. I used to be management for a Chick-fil-A in laredo tx . I have never seen a cheap Chick-fil-A. A guy standing outside came up to me so I can Pay for my order. I handled him my credit card .he didn't wanted to get the card. he said for me to put the chip on his red machine and i told him it's not going to work and he put his machine crooked and wanted for me to put my credit card in the little hole . And it's not the first time every time I go there is something.

Had a delivery for my family and they left out food. Called driver and he said to call store and he’d bring it back to me. Called store and they said it would take a really long time so they are sorry he said that but they can credit me for another time. So I’ll just have one of my kids not eat that night? Makes no sense. Terrible customer service. Last time we eat at a chick fil a.

Mac n cheese looked like it was sitting around for quite some time. The bigger issue is the indoor playground that is supposed to be for small children was overtaken by bigger kids who shouldn’t have been in there. The parents weren’t watching them as they pushed past smaller kids, knocking them off balance and blocking the slide from smaller kids. There were two kids climbing up and down with ice cream cones in their hands. No parents monitoring and no oversight from employees.

it’s amazing how much you get charged for the delivery fee and then you want to do right by others so you leave a tip and they can’t even bring you your order and then they turn around and tell you it’s gonna be over a wait time for them to deliver it not even oh well I’m sorry about the inconvenience. I’ll throw a cookie or I’ll make sure the rapper, fresh or the Sandwich is fresh or the fries are warm nothing.. Do better kids

Came by at 10 to order a CFA lunch sándwich and let them know i was okay with waiting the 20 min. I was in no rush. FOH was upset and criticized the fact. That's all my daughter eats. They said “omg a a sandwich already ?” “We can do it this one time” Every location has always been super nice and open about the wait which again, its okay. Even if I waited 20-25 min. I just don't think this is appropriate in front of a paying costumer 🐣 ;) Will rather drive extra for better staff ;) Steve was super rude and not friendly at all

Spent 10 minutes in drive through, before giving my order. asked for a gluten free bun for my sandwich. Sandwich gluten free bun is low quality falling apart and crumbling as I try to eat it. The chicken was luke warm and cheese cold. The only thing right was the tomato. Limp warm lettuce. The fries were nice and hot and the tea delicious. Can't eat there again.

I got 3 chicken sandwiches for me and my 2 kiddos I had with me, we had been traveling all day so this was lunch for us and we were very hungry. The manager seems to be making short cuts at this location because our chicken, I got grilled for me and my daughter, fried for my son and our food except for the fresh fries was cold, I would have took the food back and got a refund but my kids and I were hungry and on a time limit so we just ate a few bites and left. Never comin to this location ever again.

I’m going to start off by saying, the service at Chick-fil-A USED to be amazing. I order from them ALOT, multiple time a week some months… I am beyond tired of the lack of common sense and quality.i ordered a large fry and a small, got the same amount of fries in both. If you see the pics, it looks like one container has already been half eaten but no this is how I received it! What blows my mind is that someone fulfilled this order, and while filling up this fry container thought this was acceptable. I’ve had this exact same issue with the cibolo location while this location was under construction. Which makes me think whoever is in charge of all locations is telling the employees to start filling up the fries less and less, for whatever reason. Fast food is expensive nowadays and if I’m paying extra for a large, there is no reason I should be getting less than what I paid for OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I’m to the point where I’m tired of calling and complaining just for the issue to not be resolved the next time I order. They are ripping off loyal customers. Not to mention the fact that I’ve seen many people in the Facebook group complaining about the new location in cibolo and I’ve even commented telling them to just go to the schertz location, just for them to do the same. I don’t like paying hard earned money and being ripped off. This was my final straw with them

I LOVE Chick fil a. I eat at them all the time. But I must say this morning was a disappointment. The biscuit was burnt and so hard I could barely chew it. If I wasn't attached to my trailer I would go back and ask for a refund but I'm a truck driver and unfortunately can't. This location will have me checking my food first which is something that I never had to do at Chick fil a before.

Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered two breakfast meals with a yogurt parfait. Very disappointed! Hash browns were old and overcooked! The chicken minis were old, and the biscuit for my chick en biscuit was undercooked. Never have I ever had this experience with Chic-fil-a before. Might as well have thrown my $17 down the drain.
