The best ones, 25 years after I first tried them, retain their flavor and tradition. The secret is to order the toppings you like best: egg, avocado, chorizo, bacon, or all of the above 😅 If there were 6 stars, we'd give them to them, haha.
It’s one of the non-American chain options in the cafeteria. I thought it was good.

The place is pretty messy and dirty. The service isn't the best, and the chilaquiles weren't that great.
The new tacos aren't good. I ordered pastor and they were tasteless. The prices are also very high compared to the portion sizes. Pastor 2/10 Bistec 5/10 And while we're at it Chilaquilas 6/10
Well, my order lacked cheese and salsa, and they tasted somewhat burnt. I don't know if it was the tortilla, the beans, or what, but they had that flavor. I expected more from a product with the TEC suffix. I think they should re-evaluate their serving methods or their production methods because something is clearly wrong. From the little bit I was able to taste, it didn't have much flavor.
The most disgusting chilaquiles I've ever tasted: dry, burnt, and with a measly amount of chicken that tasted like it had been refrigerated.
They don't put any cream or anything on it. I ordered to go and asked for extras and this is what I found.
I got nothing but tortilla chips with salsa and an egg on top, and it was super expensive; terrible service.
They closed the salsita for these tacos…
