I was one of the first lucky ones to purchase an INFINITY G37 in 2012; I still have the car and I'm reluctant to trade it in because of its excellent quality and the outstanding service I've always received from INFINITY POLANCO. Without a doubt and without fear of being wrong, it has been the best service I have received from a vehicle agency since I arrived at the agency. Everything was excellent, from the administration to the presentation of the truck that I requested to see the QX70. Everything was well defined and explained, and they always clarified all the doubts that I had. It is a shame that I still do not have enough money for said truck, but I have no complaints about the agency or the service.

I asked for a basic service for my car but they gave me a higher price than other Infiniti agencies.
Excellent service. The person who helped us, "Luis," offered us several deals and also showed us a very good test drive in a QX50. The only problem is that they didn't send me a quote for the cars.

I WAS SCAMMED/ROBBED. Last week, they gave me a quote and charged me $12,000 for my auto parts. Later, they told me they had made a mistake and they would have to quadruple the price, which I refused and asked for a refund. I have sent all the requested documents, but to date, I have not received a refund, and they don't even answer my messages or calls. Be careful, they are not a serious company!
Very disappointed. I paid 15,000 pesos to reserve a car that they guaranteed would be returned "hassle-free," and they haven't responded when I asked for a refund. Save yourself a headache with this group of dishonest people.
It's terrible that they never answer! They should do something else. Service isn't their thing.

The worst sales, after-sales, and other service I've ever encountered. I bought the most luxurious car they sell, and they charged me ridiculously for a three-day delay. I do not recommend them. Their leasing plans are ridiculous, and their service is even worse.
Terrible service in the parts area, both the salesman and the manager have no commitment to delivery times or to the brand image, in general very bad service... look for another dealership... Personally, when I change my car, I won't do it here 👎
Miss Alma Gomez promised to process my car registration card, but two months have passed and she hasn't given it to me. She just rushed to sell it and forgot about me.
