Miralto Ciudad De México Reviews
Very delicious and the views were good!! Mari Valencia was very helpful and our waiters were super attentive
We had such a fun time! Our server was Emanuel Rioz and he was very friendly and he was joking around with us which made the experience all the more enjoyable! The food was very delicious. Big portions so we had some leftovers, the juice tasted very fresh so we loved that! Very fun and the view made an unforgettable experience. Definitely visiting here again!!
Fantastic service, great views. The staff were very attentive, shutout to Jesus and Maria!
Maria at reception is wonderful, very kind and attentive. Marlon are waiter is very attentive and professional. This person’s are excellent people. Will be back definitely.
We already had dinner so was just looking for a place to have a glass of wine and tapas style to end the night, arrived and promptly seated. We ordered 2 bottles of wine,a charcuterie board and guacamole and both were delicious. I can't say anything about the food because we didn't order anything but we were quite pleased with our order and the bee is impressive. It's a must try.
The view makes the visit worthwhile. The restaurant is more casual than formal. The restaurant is not high end in quality. Jesus, our waiter was accomodating to all our requests from taking photos to preparing our drinks with our specifications. All staff was friendly.
Came on a Friday about 1 hr from closure and we didn’t need any booking. The view… stunning, the whole thing about the place Drinks were ok. I had a beans cream that was actually pretty good; my friends stated their plates were nothing special though. Nice experience in Mexico City to try once at least
We made our way through the labyrinth of elevators (you have to take 2 different ones) to enjoy the whole city, panoramic views of the city. The day was mostly clear so we could see out to the surrounding hills and an incoming storm. The drinks were reasonably priced but not much variety when it came to by-the-glass wine options. Service was friendly and quick - especially when we realized that the storm was coming right at us and we needed to close out our tab and get back to our hotel so as not to get soaked. Getting up to the restaurant is tricky - you need to take elevators 2 or 3 (you don’t need to wait in line at the far end of the building). Once up at the top of that elevator - you need to ask for the restaurant elevator and ascend up to the restaurant.
The place was great. We were a big group. All the good was good. I ordered the shrimp that was supposed to be made in front of me at the table but everyone was finished eating while I was just waiting. When I told them to cancel it they refused. I was forced to pay the bill and pay extra tip, for a food I wasn't able to eat with my group
The view is fantastic and that’s the whole point of going there. It is truly worth a drink. We had a margarita and a tiramisu, but we thought that the tiramisu was too rich and too sweet to our liking. We also had to wait over 30 min to get the bill after asking twice, and then, I was requested to leave at least 10% tips. I understand that there may be some rush periods, but this made me uneasy, especially after paying 480 pesos for a drink and a dessert. i would still recommend the place, be it just for a drink and a snack.
They got my order wrong, the food took forever, and it tastes awful.
Terrible service and zero sense of customer service. I ordered salmon capracio and they serviced me with smoked salmon, not capracio. When I told the waiter he got the manager and they refused to take it back or comp us. They also served all appetizers and entrees at the same time. They also blamed the mistake on the kitchen for giving me lingui pasta instead of the fusilli that I ordered / the waiter blamed this on the kitchen and refused to comp us or make it right. What a terrible place - we will never come back.
Food was ok, but definitely overpriced. Clearly you pay a heavy markup for the view. Service was TERRIBLE. Place was mostly empty when we arrived but we still waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order. Took nearly 90 minutes to get our mains. Other tables around us were also very slow to get theirs and didn't look any more impressed than we were. Tried to leave a 5% tip, reflective of the service and were told they couldn't do that, 10% was the minimum. Clearly this is something they see often. I will not be going back, don't care how good the view is.
