Mr.Sushi Ciudad De México Reviews
Riquísimo todo! Buen servicio! Felicidades
Excellent place, very friendly, spotless 10/10 Delicious food
The food is superb quality, delicious, and looks and tastes fresh. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful. I wasn't familiar with some of the dishes, but they explained them very kindly and recommended something delicious. The branch manager is very attentive. I will definitely be back.
Super wow
Yo fui al Mr. Sushi que está en parque delta, me gusto el ramen, y el sushi. También pedí de postre galleta oreo tempura se los recomiendo esta rico.
The place is nice, but their promotions don't make much sense.
Horrible food. The only star I'm giving is for the good service; no wonder it's almost always half empty 😭 700 pesos for horrible, bland sushi. They don't even put the ingredients on correctly. I ordered a chicken one with more toppings, and they gave me a crab one with nothing else. It was literally empty 😔 Hahaha, how sad
A sad excuse for a Japanese fast-food place. Don't go. Overpriced for the portions and the taste. We ordered chicken yakimeshi, and it was tasteless. The chicken portion was a joke—just finely chopped crumbs, barely noticeable. The ramen was the most bland and had fewer noodles than anywhere else, and it was served with a cheap metal spoon. The mango-passion fruit water tasted like Tang. First and last time. Save yourself the trouble.
Terrible service, the food doesn't taste good. The reviews that rate the service as "excellent" are from accounts that only have one review, which casts doubt on the veracity of the accounts. It's hot inside the restaurant, and they have no way to mitigate this.
Terrible service, there was no room, we had to wait (no complaints, it's normal to wait, especially on weekends). What's terrible is that when we went to our table, we waited more than 20 minutes for them to serve us. We saw the waiters chatting, it seemed like they were gossiping (I called them several times, but they just said "right now" and continued gossiping). I won't be back.
It was our first time at this restaurant, and the experience left much to be desired. The food was completely bland and lacking in personality; it definitely lacked seasoning and freshness. The waitress's service was friendly, but nothing remarkable. One of the biggest issues was with the sushi buffet: my companion ordered a specific roll, and another was brought by mistake. When we pointed this out, they changed it, but the new roll arrived cold and with a hard texture, as if it had been prepared for a while. When we mentioned this, the waiter on duty responded condescendingly, saying that "the sushi is cold," as if we didn't know how fresh, well-made sushi should be served. Furthermore, when we explained that the original roll was incorrect, he practically treated us as if we were making the situation up, with an unprofessional attitude. It's disappointing that the waiter of all people treats customers this way. If this is his leadership, it's no surprise that the overall service isn't better. We both have experience working in restaurants, including sushi, and we know exactly how to identify when something is poorly prepared and mismanaged. Mr. Sushi's debut and farewell. I hope they improve, because today left a lot to be desired.
Waited more than 30 minutes
It's fine, but I won't be returning. Although the presentation is nice, the food is quite forgettable, bordering on bad. The rolls are sorely lacking in flavor, the breading is bland, and the only thing that stands out in the rest of the rolls is the mayonnaise. My mango-passion fruit agua fresca was actually a mango juice from the Valley. The service was incredibly slow; the staff were all very friendly, but that doesn't make up for the long wait times. My appetizer took 40 minutes, and the rest of the food was even worse. The tables are so close together that you're bound to get bumped when people walk by. Bad.
The service is awful, they have nothing. We ordered the Mr. 4x4 and they told us it wasn't available today, only from Monday to Saturday, even though their menu says it's available every day without exception. The waitress seemed unmotivated, and everything we wanted to order was unavailable. Terrible service and a terrible place. I would never come back.
The place doesn’t exist
The place doesn’t exist… I walked all the way here, and there is not such restaurant, or any restaurant at all..
