Their vanilla milkshake is delicious, as is their iced latte. And they sell some delicious cookies, the Red Velvet one being the best!
A place with great coffee. Both the drinks and the food are very good. The waffles are highly recommended, as are the sweet breads and pies or cakes they occasionally have. They also have some very good breakfast options on the menu, such as eggs or chilaquiles. There's usually enough space to sit and enjoy your coffee, or you can order to go.
A great place to enjoy desserts and chat with friends, family, or your partner. The staff is very friendly and patient. It's important to note that they take your order quickly, and you can sit inside or on the chairs outside on the sidewalk. They play music to set the mood, and the service is generally very good. The food is delicious; I ordered waffles with a milkshake.
No place located one block from SEDUVI. Although small, I couldn't do anything against the big cafes. Very good flavor, excellent service and reasonable prices
Very attentive, perhaps the organization could be a little better. I love the dark chocolate alfajor, the turkey and Manchego croissant, and the coffee in general.
The service is always very good. One of the baristas makes the best cappuccino I've ever had and clearly knows his stuff. He's also very precise with other coffees. But it's a matter of luck; not all baristas prepare them as well. Still, a nice place to visit.
Pardo Café is one of the perfect little spots in Colonia del Valle to enjoy a light breakfast and a good cup of coffee. Its menu is small but high-quality, featuring delicious desserts and artisanal bakery. We recommend trying their Serrano ham and cheese croissant, their chocolate waffles with berries, or one of their tropical smoothie bowls.
I can tell you that the food, both savory and sweet, tastes delicious; however, the service is a bit slow (nothing unbearable...unless you're in a big hurry...like the last time I went, and two people left for that reason). The chocolate tastes good, but the coffee (in my personal opinion) isn't as good (it's too weak for my taste).
The staff always have that "what do you want?" look on their faces and speak to you rudely. They almost always get your food order wrong, and if you complain, they get annoyed. Honestly, for the price, they should improve their customer service, since both the barista and the cook are always rude.
Service is very slow, and the coffee is average in taste.
They smoke a lot outside, ULA students go, there is a bathroom which is important, few places to sit inside
The guy who works there is frankly unbearable, rude, and grumpy. There are plenty of other places in the area; it's best to avoid this one.
I ordered a Vietnamese coffee and it was awful. Who told them they had the slightest clue how to make Vietnamese coffee? Even if it were free, I would have considered it a rip-off. It seems pretentious to put drinks on their menu that they have absolutely no idea how to make.
Some of the baristas know how to make really good coffee, but it's a matter of luck. The last few times I've been, the coffee tastes super burnt. They make the same cappuccinos, lattes, and flat whites... I don't know, I think they lack the technique or have more staff because then they're alone at the bar with a lot of people. I wanted to give it another try, but my coffee was really burnt. It's a shame because the first few times I went, it was really, really good, and I loved going, but the place has definitely gone downhill a bit.
