The chickens were delicious and a good size.
The fried chickens are very good.
They're excellent. You just have to tell them to give you the most roasted one, because then some don't. But they're excellent.

The best! They're symbolic in Santa María la Ribera, they've been around for years, and they're the richest.

Overall, it was good; I found the ranch-style chicken to be tastier than the rotisserie chicken (it's spicier). Although I must say the chicken didn't seem as fresh as on other occasions. The service was very friendly.
Very good wood-fired chickens
They say they're "wood-fired" chickens. The reality is they don't use wood; they use pallets, plywood, particle board, and any wood-based waste to make the chickens, even if they contain resins like particle board. The chickens do have a strange, astringent taste from the fumes. I've never bought them again, even though I live just a couple of minutes away.
Their service leaves much to be desired.
The chickens are not expensive, but they use chipboard, the chipboard has TOXIC substances, consequently the chicken has a bad taste.
