Best TH in CDMX.
Excellent service! ;) They serve you very well and the service is quite fast. They also have very good coffee.

Good place, quiet to work or drink a coffee
I really like this branch; it's close to everything, although I'd like it to be closer to my home; this one is the closest to Ajusco. Plus, they open very early and close very late, and they always have a variety to choose from and very comfortable facilities. A very warm atmosphere.
I recently went there for a drink and a pizza panini, both delicious and generously portioned. The service was also quick, even though it was busy. Furthermore, the place is very clean, with excellent service and a good selection of items, despite it being evening. Thank you for your excellent service.
The Tim Hortons brand is spreading like wildfire and is taking Mexico City by storm. It's already reached the south, and this branch at Tec de Monterrey is particularly great in many ways: jazz playing on the speakers, Wi-Fi for working, fresh and hot drinks for all tastes, and you can complement them with a dessert like donuts or the famous Timbits, or come for breakfast with a double egg sandwich or a ham croissant. The staff is attentive; there are still some trainees, but they are friendly to customers. I was satisfied because I ordered a cold brew, and to be honest, it was delicious. It's a bit far from my house, but I'll definitely be back soon to explore more of what this chain has to offer. They're giving Starbucks a run for its money, and they're even a little better on price.
I love TH when I'm craving something sweet. This branch is really comfortable, with enough space to work or hang out with friends. What I like most about this branch is that it closes at 11 pm. I recommend the French Vanilla Latte and the Timbits, especially the strawberry and birthday cake flavors. I also tried the cold brew, but I didn't like it.
Much better than Starbucks
We were in the area and decided to grab a coffee here. The coffee was okay, similar to other cafes, and the service was also just okay. The place was empty, but service was a bit slow (though friendly). If you’re nearby, it’s worth a visit (not many other options around).
In my opinion, it's a very good choice for coffee and bread (a craving and a pleasant space); while I agree with some opinions about the coffee flavor, I think it has a great selection and diversity of drinks and products to accompany a delicious coffee (or beverage of choice). The prices are very standard or similar to other coffee chains. The place is very pleasant, clean, and well-lit. The service is very good (I was served very well on this first visit), even though I asked a lot of questions that seemed obvious. A very good place.
The place is nice and quiet for studying, with delicious bakery. However, the weather is very cold. They should consider that being in such low temperatures isn't comfortable for customers, as you're freezing. I hope they can improve this because the service is very good.
I had high expectations for this chain and was disappointed. First, they didn't accept card payments. Second, the guy who served me wasn't very friendly when taking my order. Third, I wasn't thrilled with their products. The place is large and they have a wide variety of drinks, from coffees to teas to hot chocolates. They also have a wide variety of donuts and bread. Their prices are similar to other chains.
The coffee is beyond awful. The coffee at El Jarocho is much better, cheaper, and the service is faster. Their donuts and fritters are undercooked and tasteless. Krispy Kerosene's is a thousand times better. I don't know why they bring in these shoddy franchises; look at Wendy's, which, despite its efforts, never took off.
The air conditioning is always freezing. It's uncomfortable to be in such cold temperatures. They play music so loudly that working or talking is difficult because communication is interrupted. The bathroom is usually dirty, and that's also due to the lack of education most Tec students have. They don't honor promotions when they give out coupons... they always give them out after hours and to friends of the employees.
This is my first time visiting the store, and the service was pretty bad. There's a guy named Arath who treated me very poorly. The girl who kindly helped me was wearing a training t-shirt, and Arath, far from being supportive, made her nervous and wouldn't answer! Can someone tell him that he's in a place where they're supposed to care about customer service, and his job is to serve, not be rude? TERRIBLE SERVICE!
