It's okay, but way too crowded.

1 estrella porque no tienen Té Y no a todos nos gusta el refresco, el queso lo sirven a la mitad, no cuentan con salsa Tabasco y la lista de irregularidades sigue..

Servicio muy lento, despues de 25 min de espera tuve que ir a pedir que me dieran mi orden y cuando al fin me la dieron estaba mal, pedí una hamburguesa jr de tocino y la hamburguesa venia con la pura carne, tuve que ir de nuevo a que me dieran bien mi hamburguesa, no vuelvo a venir

No esta tan barato como para que te den la comida fria, el pan vilmente sacado del refrigerador Ni siquiera tibio No mmm

La cajera nos atendió de mala manera, nos aventaron la comida y nos torcieron los ojos, y le dijimos que era para llevar y nos pusieron la comida para comer en el establecimiento, pésimo servicio

El otro día fui por la mañana, la cajera sin ganas de trabajar se le notaba en su cara. Luego, le indiqué lo que iba a ordenar y ella no le importó y me cobró lo que quiso. En ese caso, mejor que ella ordene no? Tardaron bastante en entregar mi orden, y luego un muchacho se acerco a pedirme mi ticket y le mencioné que me habían cobrado mal y me dijo que me acercara con la cajera, espere a que se desocupara y le mencioné lo del cobro extra y sin dudarlo me lo dio. Sin embargo tardaron bastante en poderme atender, la encargada solo pasaba y no preguntó si necesitaba algo. Muy mala experiencia la verdad, y no es la primera ves que me pasa.

En primera a la hora de ordenar la línea está demasiado lenta, los cajeros trabajan con pocas ganas al igual que mesero. Segunda llevaba más de 1 hora esperando mi comida y resultó que habían perdido mi orden. Por último dejan que muchas personas entren a pedir dinero y eso de cierta manera es incómodo.

En esta sucursal siempre la misma experiencia ha sido desagradable, la atención pésima y no se come rico

Esta super caliente esta area, ademas la cajera Irma Rascon, se equivoco 2 veces en la orden que le dije que solo la hamburgesa. No les regresan su dinero a la tarjeta si no en efectivo. Traigan su dinero en efectivo y háblele a esta cajera con mucha paciencia y con instrucciones claras de manera muy lenta. Espero que la próxima vez pongas atención.

Very bad experience. They gave me the wrong order; I asked for two double big bags and one single one, and they gave me three single ones. Reading other reviews, the same thing happened to them, so I don't know if it's an oversight or if they do it on purpose.

When you get to the checkout, it seems like they're giving you food for free. They should be more efficient. If you don't like working at a place that provides service, it's better not to work here. The cashier is rude and lacks service after almost an hour, and the place is completely dirty. Don't eat at Wendy's in Misiones. Terrible, terrible service.

We ordered to go and they gave us the wrong order, we ordered 2 N13 combos, we ordered 2 of the 4 hamburgers in spacy chicken, in the large size they gave us a large fries & a medium one, we also asked for a cheese sauce and it didn't come, because we were in a hurry we didn't check before leaving, the cheese thing can happen but the size of the fries does have a big difference in the size of the box

If you like having your eyes rolled when you order, not knowing the difference between burgers, and on top of that, the employee's name doesn't match the ticket, this is the perfect place to come. Avoid the embarrassment; there are thousands more Wendy's in the city.

Very bad experience, I ordered a chicken burger and the meat was very tough, it seemed like it was from a week before, and it was only the meat and a little leaf of lettuce, to top it off there was no air conditioning in the entire plaza, the escalators didn't work, etc etc etc, in general everything was horrible
