They made us wait considerably longer than the time indicated when they took our order. (There were only two couples in the place.) They didn't give us anything to accompany our food, including any dressing, ketchup, or napkins. The manager (I think) was scolding the employees and almost burning some of their food. She scolded them for quite a long time and very loudly, so loud that it could be heard from the tables, which made the customers uncomfortable.

They charge for delivery of your order; it takes an hour, then you call to check the delivery status, they say they'll give you a courtesy for the delay, but they only have one driver and you have to wait another half hour. Even an hour and a half isn't enough. If they don't have enough staff, close your business. ❌️The pizza arrives cold.

I really like this pizza but the truth is the home delivery service leaves a lot to be desired, and ordering through the App makes them take easily 1:30 to 2, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, and the truth is I hadn't written anything, but this time I placed my order around 7:35 pm approximately and then they put in the App that they had already delivered it around 7:48 pm they usually do that quite a lot and obviously at that time I hadn't received my order, I called repeatedly to ask and they just answer and leave the phone number they don't answer you just so they don't see that they don't answer but they don't answer they are not good at showing their face and saying that their order was delayed and the delivery man arrived at 9:12 pm, I just told him that I didn't want the order anymore and even that he wasn't rude this time because there is another delivery man who when delivering gets upset if you take too long to pay him, BE CAREFUL HERE DOMINO'S CHECK THIS BRANCH PORWIE THERE HAVE ALREADY SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT IT SAME. How sad that such a good pizzeria has these customer service issues.

We ordered a "Crunchy" pizza, and it tasted horrible, like a cloth with ham and very little cheese; it had absolutely no ketchup. The worst part is that it was delivered super cold, as if it had already been made. They'd forgotten we had that order, or they'd already had it from some forgotten order and out of laziness, they used it for that. But that pizza definitely wasn't made to order, as has always been the case with other flavors. If you're going to order, ask for the original; we've never had a problem with that. Don't spend 100 pesos more for a mediocre pizza with ham and cheese that they call "pizza."
