Red Black Coffee Ciudad Guzmán Reviews
What a cozy place. This restaurant, bar, and café is right in the center of Ciudad Guzmán, on a corner that's ideal for working on your computer because they have good Wi-Fi. The breakfasts are delicious and the service is very friendly. This time I ordered a club sandwich and I liked it. I'll be back to try more. Highly recommended.
A great option, both for breakfast and dinner. They have a variety of snacks and coffees, and they also sell beer 🍺, which was perfect for me since I went to watch the soccer final ⚽ on TV 📺. There's a restroom 🚽, good lighting, and I got comfortable seats. They also have long opening hours. I would definitely go back, and I recommend stopping for a coffee at Red Coffee 🍫. When it's cold, order the house coffee 😃, which comes with chocolates. And for breakfast, almost everything is good.
Great place, atmosphere and service to enjoy a wide variety of dishes, snacks, drinks cold or hot and best of all live music on Saturdays!
Wonderful hosting& good food.. Fear prices!!! Visit them..!!!
Excelent service, great food and nice ambient to hang out with friends and family, keep up the great work!

Overall, everything was good: great food, nice decor, a peaceful atmosphere, a very good location, good service, and reasonable prices. I thought it was a very nice touch that they allowed some gentlemen to provide background music, as it made the place more pleasant, and they were supportive since one of them is blind.

great service, quality and pricing can be better. Expensive in comparison with the average, and very average when tasted, even poor.
Today I went to a coffee shop in Guzmán. As many of you know, I hate sweet coffee, so I ordered a cold brew with a touch of milk and no caramel. Well, they served me the complete opposite. I told the waitress that if she'd let the barista know I wanted it without caramel, he'd change it. I told her it was fine, I'd have it as is, but she insisted. On the way back, I got this disgusting thing: lots of water, lots of ice, and it tasted like neither milk nor coffee, literally like NOTHING! Out of courtesy, I chose not to say anything. I didn't drink the coffee, but I paid for it in full. And you might be wondering, "Why am I posting this?" Because they were laughing when we left, trying to make fun of us. I didn't say anything so they wouldn't get in trouble at work, and it turns out they did it on purpose.
Although the place is in a good area, the service was poor. They gave me a cup for my soda that had a cockroach in it. When I told the waitress about the incident, I didn't even receive an apology. The waitress didn't even seem to care. It was a negative experience. The staff would benefit from more customer service training.
I had high expectations but we were disappointed, the coffee was cold, the service was super slow, we stopped more than 3 times to ask for service, poor waiter...one for every table and it took the kitchen more than an hour to bring my "enchiladas Suizas" as you can see in the photo they were dry inside and out...I admit I asked for more sauce and they did bring it to me...late but yes, thank you.
The place is nice, there's good music, and the service is acceptable. The rating is for the menu; several options weren't available. Two slices of Bimbo bread in a triangle aren't French Toast, and that's what they served us. Sprinkled with cinnamon and hot chocolate, they weren't even well-breaded, more like half-toasted, and for $45.00, it's a pittance. Sell it to me for $100.00, but make it as it is. All their pastries are from Costco, as are their cheese fingers, which we had to return because they weren't cooked properly. The menu posted here isn't even current, so don't use it as a reference. Instead, go to The Italian Coffee Company, right across the street.
