Personally, wing-specializing chains are among my favorites, and Wing's Army is no exception. The wings, as always, taste great, just as good as those served at other locations. The young servers could sometimes take a while to take orders, but that's understandable since I went on February 14th and the place was very busy, so they were very busy and rushed. The portion of the wings isn't the best; for 500 grams, it only got 8 wings, although these at least had some meat, so in my opinion, I have no complaints. However, the burger is incredibly large; you'd have to be hungry to finish it. I could even say that the size of just the burger was literally the size of the entire plate of wings. But be careful here! And that's the only reason I'm giving them one less star. It's because they include a 10% tip on your bill. It's not optional; you're required to pay a 10% tip. This didn't ruin our experience, but it can be very unpleasant, since tipping isn't mandatory throughout Mexico. I don't know, and I'm not going to judge, how the employees are treated there. But by law, tipping isn't mandatory, and they even manipulated the bill with a pen to add the "mandatory" 10% tip. So it's a good place to enjoy wings and beer in the city, but be careful because the tip is always included. Update: I went for the second time. They're serving smaller and smaller portions of wings. It seems like every time I go, they take one less wing off the portion we order. Plus, they no longer serve fries with the wings; you have to order them on the side and they charge you for them. They should at least lower their prices, because they don't lower them at all. That's why I'm taking another star off my review of this place. I'm increasingly less inclined to come not to this branch, but to this chain in general, and try other options like the wings.

I hadn't been there in three years. The service wasn't very good. I had to call the waitress over to get her to help us. The wings were the worst. Very dry, they barely had any sauce on them. The dressing was refrigerated, so it was like butter when you tried to dip the wings. It was supposed to come with 80 grams of vegetables, but there were only four mini celery sticks. The Army Box II was, I think, $335 pesos, which is expensive for the terrible quality of the wings. There were only 12 wings in total.

I have to give it a low rating because of the service provided at this location. It was nearly empty and the server still could not get simple drinks correct, forgot to provide straws and mugs. Beer choice was good and hot wings were tasty but not hot. Might try once more but not sure.

Very bad service because they charge you 10% of what you spend. Can you imagine? I went with my family, and there were several of us. We spent 1,785, and with the 10%, it came to 1,978, I think. We asked the waitress for some takeout dishes, and when we told her that wasn't right, she took the takeout dishes and didn't even put the food in a napkin. It's really unfair that they do that.
