There was no chicken ready. They told you the wait time was 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 40 minutes, double what they had mentioned. They didn't respect the order of the orders; all the employees just walked back and forth. A disaster.

The customer service is terrible; they take forever, and then they treat you like you're getting your chicken for free. The chicken seems like it was refrigerated, and it's so crispy you can't eat it—it's supposed to be chicken, not a rock! And it still seems freezing cold; it's like frying something that's been frozen for a month.

It used to be very good. But now the chicken is small and tasteless. The biscuits now look like buns. The mashed potatoes taste awful, and the coleslaw no longer has any flavor, just looks like shredded cabbage. Very bad food now.
I have ordered chicken, we wait 2hrs delivery arrive 2hrs later the delivery guy knocks on our door, requesting the payment because supposedly the restaurant got confused and he gave us the wrong order. It’s super annoying I just can’t believe this happening to us.

Very bad service. The chicken I ordered was spoiled, and when I complained, they told me they couldn't replace it because it had already been eaten. They did eventually replace it, but I have a very bad review of the restaurant and its employee, a thin girl. Terrible service.
The worst fast food place in the city. Terrible food, terrible service, they treat customers badly, they take forever to take your order, they just wander around like crazy and don't pay attention, they drop food and give it to you like that. The manager is just wasting time and doesn't do her job properly. When she does serve someone, she has food in her mouth and is incredibly rude. This place is disgusting; I don't recommend it at all.
I ordered through Eats and the legs looked like pigeon, not even chicken, and to think that I said it was one of the best places and it wasn't at all, the people who criticized them were right, the truth is the service was very terrible, I don't feel like ordering from there again, I prefer to pay more at KFC, honestly it's better to pay for quality
Terrible customer service at the 16 de Septiembre branch. It took them a long time to give me 4 pieces of corn, but the lady dropped one and put it in my bag. I politely asked her to change it for me, but she reluctantly did. She still keeps saying that everything is very clean and disinfected there! That's not the problem, it's that by talking about 4 people serving, none of them do it! Terrible service.
Today we bought at the new Valle del Sol branch and the chicken pieces are too small, they look like wings. The toppings are good, but I don't think it's worth going back.
