The customer service is terrible; they take forever, and then they treat you like you're getting your chicken for free. The chicken seems like it was refrigerated, and it's so crispy you can't eat it—it's supposed to be chicken, not a rock! And it still seems freezing cold; it's like frying something that's been frozen for a month.

DISAPPOINTING IN EVERY WAY!!!!!! BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON! I CALLED ONE MONDAY MORNING TO ORDER A BOX OF STRIPS. THAT'S ALL I ASKED FOR! SO I WENT TO THE BRANCH AND IT TOOK 10 MINUTES TO BE SERVED, AND THEN I WAITED FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY ORDER CAME OUT. THE CHICKEN WAS RAW. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTING.

It used to be very good. But now the chicken is small and tasteless. The biscuits now look like buns. The mashed potatoes taste awful, and the coleslaw no longer has any flavor, just looks like shredded cabbage. Very bad food now.

The worst fast food place in the city. Terrible food, terrible service, they treat customers badly, they take forever to take your order, they just wander around like crazy and don't pay attention, they drop food and give it to you like that. The manager is just wasting time and doesn't do her job properly. When she does serve someone, she has food in her mouth and is incredibly rude.
