I got a delivery order from a lady named Anissa. Unfortunately when she arrived at my house I was in the bathroom. So I asked her to wait a minute. However on the dominos app tracker I saw her leave immediately. So I called and asked why I didn’t get my pizza. And she reluctantly came back

Worst experience ever. App said my pizza was delivered; it wasn't. Called the store and was told I was next on the route. Tried calling 20 min later, and the phone system was not working. Attempted to call 3 more times with just static. I put on my shoes to physically go to the store, and my pizza was sitting outside the door, cold. The driver never knocked, called or texted. The pizza was a cold mess. This was a careless, lazy effort from start to finish. Never ordering here again.

I order from this dominos since I moved here to the area I used to have a 5 star rating for this location. Not after tonight, I ordered a jalapeño cheese bread, pizza, brownie/cookie. once i got my pizza it was cold and was made fun of for being mad I was labeled “hangry” I was honest and answered truthfully “I’m pi55ed off I haven’t ate all day”. The bad experience didn’t stop there, I went inside to find no jalapeños on the cheesy bread when I called about it they stated “I made it and it definitely had jalapeños in it that’s why we put a jalapeño on top so that in case there are many cheese breads we know which one is which” why would I call or complain about an accurate order? He was obviously calling me a liar “no I’m not calling you a liar just I made your order and there was jalapeños in there” I’m not sure why you would argue with me about it being wrong? I’ve never called before, I’ve never complained before. I even order online so I won’t have to speak to anyone. If someone calls to complain listen apologize ,solve and thank. Everyone makes mistakes we are in fact human but you can’t admit that you made a mistake? Owned up to it Really?

Last time I checked Buffalo chicken pizza usually includes Buffalo sauce on the pizza. Also I generally like it not burned.

Triple h your definitely right 100 percent the food is good but they got lazy managers and disrespectful assistance I always pick up and in always see a guy with color hair yell at his employees just like you experience that’s bad , how can they hire managers like that who are going to be yelling at employees that’s not professional at all I feel bad for the employees who get yelled at and again that’s not at all professional

I don’t understand how this store has general managers who don’t care for their employees I walked in had a Walked in order And I hear a guy with color hair who is yelling and threating their employees to fire them when himself should be fired Has no respect this is the 3 time actually this week I have heard the same person who’s say he is general manager And his name is Rob , well that needs to change and fast if anyone should be fired it should be him. It’s sad I have reported ones already but no one seems to do nothing , you call your self a general manager Yelling at every one of your employees but flirt with your other manager who’s s aid her name is raven sad sad it really Is and then your mess up my order and have the guts to say your sorry stop flirting dude and do your job If you would stop talking and helping and flirting you would get your job done but instead you choose to be a complete dush back

Great food horrible driver my driver name lady might Nick he forgot my tots are you kidding me. How do You forget to bring my tots are you on something. Then. You ask if I Could tip you, it be appreciated Well I would appreciate if next time you don’t forget to bring my order and give attitude and on top of that drive like your on the freeway turning horrible on my street

I went into Domino's to order a pizza for takeout. Upon entering the store, I asked the worker, Rob, if I could use the restroom. He quickly responded, 'No, we’re about to close, and the restrooms are closed.' I explained that it was an emergency, but he reiterated his refusal, visibly annoyed. Despite this, we proceeded to place our order. However, Rob’s irritation was apparent as he seemed frustrated by our initial request. He looked ready to go home and seemed disinclined to assist us. Ultimately, the uncomfortable atmosphere escalated to the point where we decided to leave the store, even after having placed our order.

The food was good but not like it always is (great). I went to pick up my order with my boyfriend, and the white guy working there was rude to us. He handed us the order but not the whole thing, we were asking to get the rest of it but he got mad and he said that we needed to pay first, but, why is gonna give us half of our order first and then the rest after paying? Also, he gave me a bill that was ripped. I asked if I could have another one, and he refused. He said it was still valid like that, but it was missing two corners. Anyway, he didn't have to be rude, not going back there.
