Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, they screwed up my bacon double quarter pounder, then had to wait at the counter while multiple employees just stared at me instead of helping me. Eventually one of them came over after five minutes to which I asked for a side of bacon instead of remaking it, so they gave me some old dried out bacon to resolve the issue. Horrible service and food quality. 👎👎👎👎👎

Shorted food, watered down coffee, bad taste, 0 condiments, and customer service tells me I'm wrong and doesn't remedy their own mistakes. You think I'm trying to con you out of a coffee because I took a sip and told you it tasted like trash? Every time I mistakenly come here I get reminded of why to avoid this location. Enjoy your top notch jobs before the simplest of robots soon replace you.

This place is poorly run. My order is never right, the food is rarely fresh, and the workers just dont seem to get it at all..it is convenient to my home, but I don't think I'll go here any more. It's just bottom of the barrel compared to other fast food places.

Im not sure if they can't read but this isn't even vanilla it's caramel I understand mcdoanlds isn't a coffee shop but if you dont like your job because you actually have to do something why work there bastrop mcdonalds is always better at making ice coffee drinks tbh also they wasn't busy when I went.

Terrible all the way around! I dont see how in the world this location has more than 1 star!!! I will never be back!!! Too many options these days. Any time ivwant a burger or nuggets or great frys from now on im going to P Terry's down the road in Bastrop. This McDonald's has gotten my last penny! NEVER AGAIN

Sadly the place is filthy, not just the bathrooms-the tables, floor everything at the dinning area. Our order was to dine-in but instead the man knows charge yelled our table number. It was missing items, the "excuse" was the computer is down. 🙄😬 This was our order, no napkins, sauces Lame excuse for very poor customer service

Literally the worst place ever. I went back tonight to get my order remade and yet eveything was cold again for 2nd time they just throwing into the bag again. They forgot to give me large fries. And to top it off I spoke to the GM just yesterday because she said she fix my order for me mind you they kept my receipt ever after getting my order wrong the first time. So I went back today to have it remade and the manager tonight said “I need to have my receipt” and I told him that they told me I don’t need to have my receipt because to the GM already her name was Plamoa or something like that. I am very disappointed to have my food and order completely wrong again. Here’s proof of me missing my large fries.

This location is usually don't have problems with . But today I ordered a large Mocha Frappe and they give me half of cup of whipped cream. What is this them the guy at the window was rude and would not fill it . Like really ripping people off at a McDonald's.. Wow horrible

I’ve been holding back this review for a while because I know the staff probably works really hard, but the service has been terrible since November. We wait at the register for at least 15-30 minutes before the employees even bother to help us. They just stare at the register and us, ignoring us until someone from the front says something. It’s incredibly rude. I used to be able to get my food in at least 5-10 minutes, but now it’s always at least 30 minutes, regardless of how busy it is. The service is getting worse and worse, and it makes me not want to eat after waiting so long.
