I Get breakfast here often.They've never got the order wrong but I always do the mobile orders

The experience here is always the same, fun and inviting. It is always fun when you show up to this McDonald's . If not the staff having good time while they work or it the colorful customers that are in the restaurant before you got there . Either way its a good time while you wait for your food. Laughing and joking with staff or just listening to the other customers discuss how they would make whoever i s president make them pay for all of medical insurance. Oh yes it's hoot.

Don't be afraid of the gas station. Embrace it. This McDonald's is way better than neighboring cities' McDs.

Depends when you go and who is working. Some care and food is good but then you have days where I wanna drive back up there and make them eat the food they served me. Only McDonald’s you can go to and they always have frappe and ice cream even if it is night time when all other locations are “cleaning the machine”! Haha

The place is good, food is good. Cashier can not understand people with accent. If you make order with mobile app in advance , be ready to stay in the drive-through line and spend the same time as people who do order on the spot.

I stopped in this afternoon for a snack and they were hopping. The young lady with the glasses and ponytail that was my cashier was on fire! She was taking drive-thru and counter orders AND running food out to cars. The entire time she was pleasant, patient and personable. I'm sure they aren't paying her NEAR enough. 👏👏👏

Convenient location if you want to eat before getting to Austin. Service is usually pretty quick and the food is right most of the time. Only bad thing is it can smell like septic on occasion when going through the drive thru.

Outside communication speaker always needs to be fixed. Despite the deficiency I still received good service and it does not really matter what time you decide to treat yourself to this fast food icon but it would make the experience a little more soothing if the communication devices were updater replaced fix. But all in all it was enjoyable and I appreciate your location and friendly patient staff. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy an icon closer but not as much Hassel in and out of the location

Fast, cheap,friendly, and exactly what I expected. The order was exactly correct (whoop!) And the food was hot. Good job to the late night crew for getting me through the drive through so quickly and with minimal fuss. The fries were appropriately salty,nice work!

McDonalds is McDonalds! The food has been the same for years. The self serve ordering at the computer kiosk when you walk in takes too long. It is easier to walk up and order at the front desk if anyone is there. It seems that they want all of their employees preparing the food and not taking orders. There is now zero customer contact or social interaction. What a concept!!

I am not a big fan of McDonald's but I am one who enjoys customer satisfaction and freebies. I found both at this location. Great staff, helpful and friendly. I came in for a quick snack in order to take my medication. I bought a couple of $1.79 sandwiches, took my medication and then completed the online survey with entitled me to buy one quarter pounder and get one free.

We got 2 separate orders & both orders had a code used to get a free medium fri; but there was no fries in any of the food we recieved.

Decent McDonald's that's connected to the gas station. Half of the self ordering kiosks had issues or were out of order. The "hand crafted" drinks were only filled 75% of the amount (confirmed by a former employee). The restrooms were being cleaned during the morning rush hour, which wouldn't be that bad if they weren't also shared with the gas station. Not a good location but also not the worst.

Drive thru is usually packed so the girls and I went inside to order. It's a very busy location so it didn't surprise me that is was a little messy, plus it was near the rush on a Sunday. Decent food and service was great just kinda grubby.

Its McDonalds what can you say. In this place you don't get what you pay for because for a $12 dollar combo meal the meat tastes bland and the only thing tasty was the fries. I gave it a 1 star for service because I tried to pay at the counter instead of the kiosk because only had cash and I had to sit at the counter watching everyone just ignore me till one of the workers advised me of the kiosk and I explained to her about not seeing well and only having cash to pay. I eventually got my order which was actually pretty prompt but as I said for $12 you are better off eating at Chili's for their $12 special.

You have to wait for anyone to even acknowledge your waiting to order or pick up an order.

We ordered our food to find out we were missing 2 large fries and sauces we asked for so we had to come back, gave us our fries but only gave us ranch sauce and not the sauces we asked for.

Higher quality food preparation at this location compared to similar nearby locations. I will sometimes drive out of my way to visit this location over the Bastrop location. The place was a mess. The bathroom was all messed up. Only one toilet worked and there was trash everywhere. The lady working at the cash register didn't speak no English so it was very hard to communicate and place my order. The store was also out of small drinks. The tables where also filthy with old trays and trash. The food was okay bit with everything else I really didn't enjoy it.

These guys say they don't sell apple pie but it's still on the menu and then you need to wait for them to tell you this after you ordered already. Food was good but don't like that they sometimes have apple pie and other times they don't even "sell them at this location"...

The food was alright but the customer service could use some work, my order was wrong. Also, I repeated my order when paying and the person at the window stated that was correct. The dining area was extremely cold!! I literally was shivering as I quickly ate my breakfast. Every time I come here the coffees and lattes taste different. For a $6 drink to taste so bad 60% of the time, I have no clue why I still come here in hopes they'll get it right. You would think that following a sinple recipe of 3 ingredients wouldn't be too difficult, yet here we are. Not to mention the times the expresso machine "isn't working". I'll be back when there are robots cooking.

Got my food from drive thru, ordered hot and spicy chicken sandwiches and nuggets. Food was warm but some of the lettuce in the sandwiches were brown so had to take them out. They also forgot to give the sauces for the nuggets. Update: got food poisoning the day after

***Covid Sloppy*** While waiting for my order, I observed the manager with her mask below her nose, hovering over every order that went out the door/drive thru window. The employees crowded around each order like too many cooks in the kitchen. Then an employee wearing gloves took an order out of the kitchen, touched the external door twice, handed the order to a customer in a vehicle, and went back in the kitchen to continue preparing food with the same gloves on. Also, I don't know who can possibly eat an order of fries with one ketchup packet. The burger was sloppy, but still tasted ok. The fries were hot and salty, the one saving grace of this experience.

Manager on duty 3/17/24 7:43pm Needs to have more manners, they didn’t charge us for our fries and we nicely requested to be charged for them at the pick up window and she refused. I am a diabetic. I ordered a SUGAR FREE vanilla latte. Received regular latte. Once. Thought it was a fluke. Gave them another shot. I had ordered food for 6 siblings, and for my parents. I thought ordering baskets of fries would allow for them to share. The amount of fried in the baskets barely filled up a medium box of fries. I was really upset because not everybody got fries. I usually don’t make a big deal about little mistakes, but I’m pretty sure whoever served the fries was able to see his little fries came. The McDonald’s at Bastrop always serves lots of fries when I order baskets. I ordered separate orders of fries, and those weren’t filled up either. I’d understand if it was really busy, but we were actually the only customers in the store. There was about two cars in the drive-thru. There have been other days when one or two items are missing when I order from this specific McDonald’s, but I never speak up about it because I don’t want to be that annoying customer. Also, I understand that it’s my fault for not checking when receiving my order, but sometimes people are just in a hurry and trust the staff to get their order right. I tried calling multiple times to address this issue, but they never picked up. I’d include pictures, but I don’t really know how to do that. This is my first ever review.

Ordered by the app. Got my food and fries tasted like they were a day old. Hamburger bun stale and chicken nuggets were dry and pie was nasty. Ordered a Dr.pepper and ended up getting a Diet Coke. Good luck Trying to go between 3:00 to 4:00 in the morning. It's always cash only at that point for some reason. Even though the mobile order system still works but then they can't do anything. This McDonald's only stays open cuz there's no compensation around. By the way, make sure you check everything before you leave because they're notorious not doing what you asked.

They forgot half our order. Then the lady in the second window gave us an attitude when we were missing over 3 fries, 2 drinks, a pie and sauces. Like UH IM SORRY ITS OUR FAULT YOU FORGOT OUR FOOD? Thought I'd give them a try again tonight but never again. I've had it with this McTerrible. Meals are always wrong and messy, Fries and buns are either cold and stale. Tea and Sodas are too sweet. Cashiers both counter and drive thru, food preps all always have trouble communicating or reading the screen above or in front of them and buttons on register because no one gets orders right or they take too long to take and get orders out.

Worst customer service!! Workers will make you wait 10 min to get your order and around 20 min to get your food ..when you ask for ketchup ext they will ignore you and give you there backs . Will not come here again until the haul crew gets replaced.

The most unprofessional non trained workers In McDonald’s database across the world. Ice cream machines always broken. Always missing an item that I paid for. How hard is it to bring customer service back into the equation. To the McDonald’s god go take a class from Chick fil A to see why their customer service rating is top tier. Then invest back into your staff by giving them the education of your product, and customer service. The only reason I keep going back is because of the 80k points of rewards I have and the locations that are doing their job correctly. Rule of thumb for the slows ones in the back, get a job that you like and enjoy, that’s the only way your going to get something out of it and produce greatness at your employment.

Not a single clean table, floor was a complete disaster. Wait time is around 20 minutes for a regular big mac order. Would not recommend. Other customers had constant issues with their orders.

Ordered a small soda and was given a small McCafe cup and was told that is the"new small". I called corporate and that is NOT the new small. When I went back the same lady said they ran out of those cups, and refused to make it right and said she would have to charge me for another one. Ridiculous. I just wanted what I paid for. I guess at this location, they do whatever they want 🤷‍♂️ they start serving breakfast way too early. Made a Mobile order and was refused a refund and that they would cancel the order because they’re only serving breakfast. If your only service breakfast, why was able to order lunch and dinner menu items? Either way, get it together. This is the closest location to my home and I guess I’ll just start frequenting competitors in the area since this is just the way they do business. Also, they only take cash for 3-4 hours. Extremely inconvenient location

I go through the drive-thru. They never put napkins or ketchup in my bag. I ordered 6 fries. Where is my ketchup? Do I have to beg. Wendy's gives you ketchup with your fries without asking. Then the ladies get mad when I go back around to ask for ketchup. I'm done with McDonald's. I swear!!! To much trouble for little sandwiches that aren't even worth there price...

I dined in today at this location and staff is not very welcoming and take forever to take your order or even acknowledge you. They forgot my fries and had to wait around 10-15 mins after I had already received my food not only that I had to ask three times about the fries.

Took way too long for my order to get to me. Very unorganized. LOTS of workers but not a lot of food coming out the kitchen in a timely manner. Waiting 45 minutes for 2 chicken nugget happymeals to go was just frustrating. Hands down the worst McDonald's location I've ever been too. Management didn't seem very well trained either and was confused most of the time. It's unfortunate because that's a good loaction...Just needs better employees in my opinion.

Over the past year I’ve gone to McDonalds for breakfast before work, changing locations but frequented this one for months, recently stopped at this McDonalds again and regretted giving them my money. I use the mobile app deal for the free hash brown with purchase of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit every time I go, I get my order and there’s no hash brown. Instead of giving me a hash brown the lady argues with me in the drive thru saying I didn’t use the mobile app. I’m finally able to convince her I used the mobile app and finally get my hash brown I had to fight for then I left just to realize they did not put an egg on my sandwich. Terrible customer service and just overall quality.

Once again, got wrong order. I tried to call it in, the line got picked up, I could hear the background of the store in the line but no one would say anything. This location can never get a simple order right. There is always something missing or wrong. I ordered a simple steak egg and cheese bagel, no onions no folded egg add round egg (paid 2 dollars extra for) and they gave me no egg all together. Even the ticket says what I wanted. Why can't yall ever get it right. If this wasn't the only mcdonalds near me I would go somewhere else.

It's just sad every time we come here which idls usually on Saturday mornings or even some of the landscaping crew may stop through the week. It's always something. The iced coffee either has to much cream or milk or it's has barely any. I took pics and I got receipts. We tried to call to again remedy the issues. But y'all answered the phone then hung it up

Save yourself some trouble and drive to Austin or Bastrop for McDonalds or other food. Food items were missing after it took 30 minutes to wait to order and receive our food. Some of our food was overcooked or over seasoned and the staff had us repeat our order at least 3 times. Our drinks had little to no ice. Terrible. We will never eat there again.

I could barely hear the girl in the drive-thru. And when I told her that she did not speak up she just continued to speak very low. There were 18 wheelers around so it was very difficult to hear. So when I got up to the window I asked her to read my order back and she was very rude but she did. When I got to the window to pick up my order, which was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal, a medium caramel macchiato iced, and a medium iced coffee, the lady did not speak any English. But she didn't tell me which coffee was which, they were not labeled, and one was small and one was medium. So I tried to explain to her as best as I could but she didn't understand me. And she walked away. I thought she was going to get somebody to help. So when she was away, I looked at my order and it was a McGriddle. I receipt said a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but they've given me the McGriddle and no hash brown. I tried to get her attention and she would look at me through the window, with the window closed, and walk away. By this point I was going to be late to work so I had to just leave. I don't think I will ever return.

We stopped here on our way back to Austin and we wished we would have waited. Our burgers were lukewarm and the fries cold. Not to mention it took forever to get our food. We waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes from the time we placed our order to receiving our food. The service was lackluster at best. Won't stop here again.

Literally took an hour to get our food and 20 minutes of that was standing in line waiting for someone to simply take my order. It was chaos. There were bugs on the floor, wet spots EVERYWHERE. There were at least 4 sets of people who asked for a refund and then left everyone else was beyond angry. There was a girl who was being BEYOND rude to another employee who was actually trying but had just started that day and didn't know what to do. There was no order, nor organization WHAT SO EVER. I asked her for my drinks twice and after being ignored both times I eventually took it upon myself to go behind the counter to get my cups after I had waited 20 minutes for her to do so. I wanted to leave SO BAD but I had 4 tired hungry kids after watching fireworks and it was the only place open so late. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I will literally NEVER go back.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, they screwed up my bacon double quarter pounder, then had to wait at the counter while multiple employees just stared at me instead of helping me. Eventually one of them came over after five minutes to which I asked for a side of bacon instead of remaking it, so they gave me some old dried out bacon to resolve the issue. Horrible service and food quality. 👎👎👎👎👎

And to top it off I spoke to the GM just yesterday because she said she fix my order for me mind you they kept my receipt ever after getting my order wrong the first time. So I went back today to have it remade and the manager tonight said “I need to have my receipt” and I told him that they told me I don’t need to have my receipt because to the GM already her name was Plamoa or something like that. I am very disappointed to have my food and order completely wrong again. Here’s proof of me missing my large fries.

This location is usually don't have problems with . But today I ordered a large Mocha Frappe and they give me half of cup of whipped cream. What is this them the guy at the window was rude and would not fill it . Like really ripping people off at a McDonald's.. Wow horrible

I’ve been holding back this review for a while because I know the staff probably works really hard, but the service has been terrible since November. We wait at the register for at least 15-30 minutes before the employees even bother to help us. They just stare at the register and us, ignoring us until someone from the front says something. It’s incredibly rude. I used to be able to get my food in at least 5-10 minutes, but now it’s always at least 30 minutes, regardless of how busy it is. The service is getting worse and worse, and it makes me not want to eat after waiting so long.

No free refills on Lemonade (not a soft drink they say)when others do Macdonald do it. We ordered at the table but we had to collect as it was for take out.
