BACK TO FIVE STARS!!! Customer service was quick to answer my email with instructions how to navigate the new app and everything worked again so I’m putting back the 5 stars. Thank you 85 Degrees!!! UPDATE! Management put an updated version of the app so after downloading, I can’t log on to my account anymore. There’s no way and all my points are gone. It appears I’m not the only one, almost everyone who downloaded the new app have the same problem. It appears all our points are gone and that’s a terrible marketing ploy. This review will remain until management fixes all issues. Best Value !!! My “GO TO” bakery cafe, 100%. Highly recommend for Birthdays, Anniversaries, special occasions or just wanting to enjoy a good snack. They offer a wide range of cakes and pastries and the flavors and very good on the palette, never overpowering. Personally, I recommend ordering different 6-8 slices of cakes and assemble them to make a round cake; this makes it more colorful and people can share different flavors. Their rewards program is solid and they take good care of loyal customers.

My friend just dropped off a box of goodies! She knows me very well! Me myself has been a customer since day one and loving their calling FRESH BREAD!!! That drives me crazy 🤣 I want to get every Fresh Bread and sink my teeth to a warm silky bread 😋 Go get one Fresh Bread and experience it yourself 😅🥰

Great place for coffee and baked goods, every time the kids and I visit we try something new as well as some of our favorites.

They now lost a customer who spends about $300-$500 a month at this place buying bread for my clinics. I caught them a few times not counting correctly and over charging. Yes it’s just a few breads and they’re tired in the morning. But it is bad business. I am no longer coming back here because of this. Very unfortunate. And when they counted wrong the staff goes “so do you want a refund or do you want me to grab the one I over charge you for?” What type mentality is that ? lol often time they are with the mask. Not appropriate type of work ethic in my book. Update: thanks for responding I appreciate the acknowledgement, I’ll fix my review.

Great bakery with lots of excellent pastries, cakes, bread, and other treats. Also has a great selection of prepared coffee and tea drinks

This place has some super delicious treats. The little chicken pineapple pizzas are my favorites I will dive super far out ify way just to come here. Yum!!!

Friendly and helpful employees most of the time. Usually we preorder or cakes and goodies for pickup. Love that they always have or treats ready to go. Some of our favs are the tiramisu cake, mango burlee, egg tarts, almond moons, and a lot more... We love that their treats are not too sweet. It's always a great place to grab a cake for your special someone.

They have really good desserts, I cant boast enough about there boba drinks with taro or chai tea. I give them 4 stars cause they love to put red beans in there desserts and I know its traditional but they should have one with and one without. There macaroons are also on point.

Finally you can find 85C in IE. This one is the basic one and not the big ones you get in other LA neighborhoods. There is only a small sitting area too.

This is not a review of 85 itself. Just this location. 85 is always great. However, this location has a constant staffing issue. 1 employee for the register who also makes the drinks, thus having wait time problems just to check out. If possible, I would just avoid this location. But as always, 85 is 85 and everything taste great.

It’s pretty small compared to the other locations. Parking can be a challenge. Went here on a Sunday right after lunch and it’s pretty crowded. You may not have a seat if you plan to dine in during a busy day. Also, don’t place your tray on top of the pastry display. “It will get scratched, thank you”. 😸 I would probably drive to the chino hills or west covina location for better parking and more seats. Glad there’s something closer though.

Ended up with a stomach ache after eating, threw up about half an hour later with an upset stomach all of the sudden. I came here to try since I loved the one in Rancho. Happened to stop by superking, thought to try this one. Severely disappointed.

I know this has mousse, ganache, and chiffon cake but it just seemed like it was only 20% cake and 80% filling. Sorely disappointed ... since I bought this for my child's B-day! A day of celebration ended with a B-day buzzkill.

As a customer for many years who have purchased lots of bread and cakes for special occasions, but this one was just .... I love 85 degrees but this is the worst branch I’ve ever been to. I got sea salt coffee and the coffee was just totally watered down. It was so disgusting I just threw it away.
