Food was very good and service was great. Our server, Alex, was great. She was right, the chef at this location is really good. My new stop on my regular route. Everything was perfect. Oh, the restaurant was super clean.
First time at this coffee shop. There's no sitting, so drive thru would be a better option.
I usually don’t share reviews. This Starbucks used to be amazing. Now they are very rude they ignore their customers. The managers should train their young employees. Customer service terrible. I wont Be back. I’ve grown up in claremont and always came here. Very rude and the drink was nasty too just like all their attitudes
I ordered venti strawberry acai with 3 scoops of strawberries. The amount of strawberries were not even a scoop and the drink is so blend and watery. Love the cleanliness and the vibe but the girl who made the drink was a bit insensitive and unfriendly. I prefer the village location way better.
Be aware there's no chairs to sit down or a restroom
This is not the first time I got treated like this. I usually go to other coffee shops but because I got a gift card from my friend. I do the pick up order and when I came, the screen said ready so I asked one of the lady. She said thay somebody took my drink but it sound like they forget or skip my order. They did not even apologize or say anything. They are very RUDE at this location. None of them look happy. Anyways then they forgot about my banana nut bread as well so for me they just forgot or skipped me. I won't go again. This comment might not do anything because they think that it doesn't matter because i did one before. I just want to put it up and let's people know how terrible their service it.
Some of employees here are super RUDE! I always place my order online and it’s been like 2-3 times that a employee has told me to wait longer so they can have it ready (in a rude tone) I always wait like 5-6 mins to head to the store and TODAY!!! 12/22 the employee told me “ next time wait for the suggested time” but my drink was already being prepared and I was in line with 2 cars ahead of me and my order was saying it would be ready by 9:57 and I was in line by 9:55 when I went to the window and I politely asked her about what suggested time because I was confused she said “ don’t worry about it “ and turned around and ignored me as I was talking to her! I believe her name was Solana or something similar PLEASE TALK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES
I placed a mobile order a few minutes before we drove up to the store. When we arrived, we let the employee know we had a mobile order and asked to add a water. Before we could finish, she interrupted and said, “We just received that order, and it usually takes 7–10 minutes to be ready, so please pull up to the second window.” Our order included a plain green tea, a matcha latte with cold foam, and an iced water. When we received our drinks at the second window, the matcha was missing the cold foam. When we asked for it, the employee didn’t say a word and she took the drink, checked the label, closed the window, fixed it, handed it back without a word, and closed the window again. The matcha was clumpy and unsweetened, and the water had maybe 5–10 pieces of ice, which melted within minutes. Overall, it was an awkward experience. I’m disappointed by the lack of customer service, which made a simple request feel like an inconvenience.
I came here on Friday 10/24/2025 night around 9:15 PM. I ordered one Venti Caramel Frap from a guy, he was pretty nice but the drink was plain I can barely taste anything. I feel like the drink was rush to be made I know you guys almost close but it’s like 15 minutes before the closing time. I always come here and I never have this experience at this store very disappointed this visit
I mobile ordered drinks. Headed to location when my app said drinks are ready to go. However, lobby was closed so then headed to drive thru. Passed through the ordering screen since did not need to order. After waiting for a couple of cars to pass I made it to the window. The barista must have been having a bad day because he was upset that we did not stop by the ordering window when we clearly communicated at the window were just there for pickup. Before we even mentioned pickup he told us “can you next time stop by the ordering screen and not drive off etc” We were frustrated already waiting more than 20mins for drinks so I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to be telling us this since we were waiting patiently. I was with my father and he told the barista when he handed the drinks what was really the point of stoping by the screen and again this guy was like oh so we can have your drinks ready (aren’t they already ready) Again awful service, never mobile ordering here again cause it’s pointless and employees just rude. We ordered iced green teas and they were very watered down. Bad drinks, bad service
This is the worst starbucks I've ever been too!! Mind you I buy starbucks everyday. I asked for my drink specifically how I always order it and JOSH told me they couldn't do it that way. SMH I would have preferred them to be able to offer options or how they can accommodate it. INSTEAD just rude n bitter!!! Yall need to improve your customer service, you SUCK!!
This location always has the tendency to say they can’t hear you at the drive thru. I always feel like I’m yelling so this one time I pulled up to add items to my order because I did not want to be yelling at the screen for the lady to hear me. The girl who worked the drive thru at 9:10am on June 26, 2025 seemed upset at the fact I wanted to add items. As a customer it’s already an inconvenience for me to be yelling for my order at the screen. The employees tend to be nice and attentive however this girl was not. Had an undertone of attitude and I understand I was ordering causing a bit of blockage however the rest of the time she gave us attitude. Definitely the last time I come around here after that horrific experience.
this is not my usual starbucks i go to but I was in the area…we placed a 3 drink order and my app told me “ready around 11:47” we were early and got in line at 11:46. The young woman who took our order never greeted us but went straight to rudely asking if we JUST placed an online order??? & that they needed time to make the drinks, we responded with understanding and realized that we were a tad bit early. At the window she proceeded to make rude remarks about us just placing an order. I told her to have a great day & to quit if she’s unhappy with her job. The audacity of people to be rude to complete strangers is beyond me. Hire people with better social skills
Ist been like a year theres is this blondy girl she always have actitud with all costumer and every time she is there the drinks they serve are really BAD hope te general manager take acyion cus evertime servise is worse not when the open this location 😡
Very rude worker! I’m a regular customer and ordered the wrong size on my mobile order. I went to pick it up and noticed my drink was emptier. I simply asked for more cream and coworker named DAISY was very rude. She wanted to charge me for more when the app did not charge me at all. Extremely inappropriate behavior from her part, yelling at me while there were many customers waiting in line. If you can’t do customer service, don’t work at Starbucks. Now I understand why people are going to Tierra Mia.
This nice new location has no bathroom, Starbucks loves not putting restrooms in specially POC areas… it’s actually a nice area but heaven forbid they have public restrooms. I’m going to stop ordering from all of them going forward. Will take my $20 orders elsewhere.
About a week ago I go in and get two different gift cards. I ask the girl helping me to load 2 different gift cards with 20 each. She made a mistake and charged the full amount (40) on One card. And the other was left with a balance of 0. The reason I found out was because my niece went to use it and it showed the amount at $0. I go in this morning to have them fix their mistake. Mind you I was very nice about it given I work in a restaurant. The manager tells me that I have to ask the other person for the gift card back in order to fix it. All around embarrassing because it looks bad to ask someone for the gift back and the other person left with nothing. My issue wasn't the mistake because mistakes can be made. My issue is the fact that I have to resolve the mistake THEY made. Manager says she can't do anything without the other gift card which as I said before looks rude to ask someone for the gift back. I used to come to this Starbucks every weekend but now I'll have to change locations. All around bad I left with the problem being unresolved because I'm sure that my sons teacher has already used the gift card I showed my bank statement and brought in the other gift card to show proof of purchase.
