I ordered the 2 for 6 original and the whopper and it was so amazing. I loved the customer service there. There is one employee in particular, his name is Julian. I gave him a 5 dollar tip for doing such a great job and was super friendly. He should definitely become a manager or even the store manager. Based on the reviews I have seen the store manager in charge is not doing to great and I know Julian would be able to excel at being the store manager. I would like to go to Burger King just to be served by Julian. 10/10 definitely coming back.
Been here several times. Even though the drive thru looks packed it moves quick. Always take my coupons. And this morning the coffee maker was down so they threw in an orange juice! Friendly staff. Keep your customers happy and they'll keep coming back!

The food was good,it came to me very fresh very warm. The workers were nice but this one worker at the drive thru was the best. Her name was Olga and she was so nice very patient with me while ordering my food. The best of the fast food burgers for certain but it's still fast food and only greed, not quality can be found at the heart of the fast food industry. Even in the assembly of the burgers and sandwiches, it's a slap dash assembly to get you out of the way. Cheapest product sold for as much as people will pay. No pride in craftsmanship...just greed which can only culminate in a lower quality product. The best you could ever expect from fast food is mediocrity.
I needed help with the Burger King app to receive a free whopper & the cashier had no idea how it worked. Unfortunately I had to pay for what was supposed to be free.

The Whopper is still the Whopper...same size as the past and delish...still special orders don't upset us!.
It was pretty good service today but the last 2 times I was there, the employees were rude. Spicy chicken sandwich was good, I also had a taste my sons whopper and it was decent. They ran of Buffalo sauce....smh I grew up with a Burger King a few blocks from my house and the Whoppers were way better back in the day. Haha All in all it was a good experience today.

This location me and family keep getting not so good food. And one time i got food poisoned and i had to call off work. The only reason i haven’t given it 1 star is because the fries are good and the employees are at least good people from the last time i been here. It’s been over a year and never came back

My biggest issue was that I ordered onion rings with my meal and in the receipt it states I get a sauce but when I asked for the gentleman with the pink hair he wanted to charge 27 cents and was a bit short with me. Am not gonna return to this location.
Bacon king pattys were luke warm but evertyhing was very cold, onion rings were cold & soggy. Taco's were served hot & good

Went in this morning memorial day. Counter said biscuits take 15 min to make. Wasn't worth making. Last time I went in. I waited 5 min for service. Girl in back just looked at me. This place turned into a joke. Use to be good. Workers are just there for the free check .
We went through the drive thru and the lady working named Jessie, Jesse was very rude didnt get our order right and was snatching the order out of my moms hands and had a huge attitude.
I waited in line for like 15 minutes and they just kept looking at me and taking the drive through orders ??? I’m just confused, all I did was go inside and wait in line ? Never got my order taken so I left
Sigh ... I know it’s just a fast food burger spot but I remember when it was actually good back in the good ol days when service with a smile was just a thing. They got our order wrong not once not twice but Three times . They charged us for burger with cheese but gave us no cheese. Maybe the owner needs to do a revamp of staff or proper training on how to properly comply orders with a smile . Lost a customer and I’m local .
Ordered a large whopper combo and asked for ketchup and 2 bbq packets. Lady only gave me one and I asked for another. According to her manager, she can only give me one because I didn't order chicken nuggets and they have to charge me $0.30 per packet. That's completely ridiculous, especially considering that Burger King is more expensive compared to other fast food places. I'm only asking for 2 bbq packets, not 5+. I get managers need to cut costs, but $.30 per packet? Seriously? Get real.
This place sucks. The cashier taking the order doesn't know the difference between chicken salad and garden salad. Ordered chicken fries and they were hard and cold. Had to stop my daughter from beating the cashier's ass do to attitude. Think before eating here.
There is a lady that denied a homeless man food and wouldn't even hear him out, started to scream at him to leave the area or she will call the police( ended up calling) all the guy wanted was food. End of the day we are all human and no one should ha e the right to deny a person a meal (he had money to pay for said food). She was nice to her regulars.
Worse location ever..The young biy at drive thru window displayed he hated his job. Wrong person to represent any company. Even though i bit my tongue which is hard for me to do....i had to ask for everything. Wrong drink supposed to get lemonade didnt get it. I asked for ranch for my 8 piece nuggets he gave me 1 ranch. I had to ask for 1 more. He gave me a dirty look as if im the problem...then i checked my order. No straws for 2 combos so again i had to ask. Im glad i check my orders everytime now before i drive off. Then i asked for napkins because ofcourse there isnt any??? I dont know whats wrong with this younger generation. No common sense, no manners. Just whatever. Rolling his eyes and sighing. As if im the problem again. I was once a manager and i fired a employee for simply not doing his job. Bad for buisness. Poor customer service. Manager by the name of Lorena needs to study basic manners and customer service. Attempted to order through speaker and could not understand what I was trying to order so I spoke I spoke ordered 2 plain cheese burgers in syllables. Manager Lorena had the audacity to say yell okay in syllables to us. Broad has issues!! If that’s the managers customer service I prefer not to bother with this location. Drive somewhere else. I wouldn’t even trust this location with the cleanliness nor safety of handling the food.
This employee had an aggressive attitude. She needs more training. She made me feel very uncomfortable and she made me feel like I was bothering her by ordering my breakfast. She was in a bad mood. She might have been a manager because she had a different color shirt. Grey plain shirt no name tag. I won't be coming here again. Very disappointed.

When we got to the window to pay michelle didn’t even smile or say hi no greeting just the total amount. Took my card gave me the food before my card and from far away didn’t even go to window to make sure I knew she was talking to me; she said, ketchup? I wasn’t even sure she was talking to me. she didn’t even say thank for coming when she gave me my debit card absolutely nothing. On top of it all the food was bad. I guess the pictures speak for themselves. Meat was old; definitely not fresh. They weren’t busy so I know the meat is suppose to be fresh. Hardly any lettuce on the burger. burger bread was alright and most of the French fries weren’t even cooked all the way: they were hard. temperature food was, burly warm. Definitely returning the food. Hope Michelle the girl in drive thru is better with her customer service. FYI I drop 4 miles to get to the restaurant for Thai terrible experience. And no I did not get home to eat the food. I checked the food before I even left the parking lot of Burger King. Returned the food right away. Definitely not returning. After we got the new food it was still bad French fries and whooper burgers had no onions I love my onions that’s what makes the burger. Anyway, good luck if you return. At least I know Blanca the shift-leader was nice.

I spent $40 on 2 small whopper meals 2 additional sandwiches and 2 orders of chicken nuggets.. and the manager in the evening doesn't help with his attitude... Like sorry for walking in and ordering sir lol... And my food seemed skimpy idk

⭐ 1-Star Review Date: 12/3/25 Around 3 PM I stopped by this Burger King today and had one of the most uncomfortable experiences. The young guy on the speaker was calmly explaining that they were sold out of an item, and out of nowhere a girl working the window started yelling over him through the mic. She completely cut him off and was basically shouting, making him seem like he was doing something wrong. It wasn’t just rude to me, it felt very belittling to the kid who was trying to do his job. The way she over-talked him and snapped made the whole situation awkward and unnecessary. I ended up just saying “okay, thank you” and driving off because the energy was so disrespectful. Employees should be lifting each other up, not embarrassing them in front of customers. I hope management addresses this, because that behavior was completely uncalled for.
I asked for my money back because I felt like they were going to mess with my food then I went back again saying to myself maybe I was wrong but I got that feeling again and I told them I want my money back and I felt like they were going to mess with my food

At 2:30 pm on 03/05/2026, the drive thru clerk brought to my attention that the “spicy” part of the Royal Crispy Chicken is not included in the promotion. They also noted that the promotional code should be presented first before ordering anything. Good to know since I aspire to be a Burger King employee in my future.
I came into the store after work because I had to use the bathroom and I wanted to order. Completely ignored for 10 minutes. The cashier hide by the drive through window. I waited patiently at the counter for someone to take my order. Even left to use the bathroom and still no one. I just left. An older Caucasian woman wiping down the tables in the back of the store started complaining and didn’t try to service my order. It was all around bad. I would make a complaint to corporate but there customer service number doesn’t work.
I paid for two crispy tacos and just walked out without my food because the wait was unbearable. My couple of dollars just waisted because I had no patience for waiting in a nearly empty Bus her King with one cashier working. I hope my mine and food goes to someone who needs it more than me
