The food has been top notch every time I've gone. Expertly rolled sushi - excellent flavor profiles .. the Hibachi and Bento boxes - delicious.. excellent beer menu / stocked bar .. Chinese owned and operated but no Tsingtao on the menu?? C'mon - it's one of my favorite beers - great place just to go and unwind or dress up and take a date ...
I had my doubts pulling up to a place tucked between a dollar store and a gym, but Wow... It was so good I forgot to take a picture 🤣. We had the miso soup, gyoza, crab Rangoon, champion roll, and American roll. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and the place is amazing inside. Worth the drive and definitely worth a visit if you're passing through.
Great little small town restaurant when craving something different. Great experience dining in, but recently did a to go order and while waiting, every single staff member that passed by asked if I had been helped yet in a very kind voice w/ welcoming smile. We all know how rare that is these days! I will return again & again just for that alone. The delicious food is just a bonus!
Definitely 5 stars for everything. The atmosphere was really relaxed, and quiet, but also fun because of the amazing decor. The food was also fantastic for each of the dishes I ordered. Then the service was perfect. I never got the name of my waitress, but she was awesome. I had her for the two nights I stopped there for dinner while in town, and she was super friendly, and I could see that same attitude throughout the restaurant with the other staff.
I came in for a quick bite and realized they had ramen, so I ordered the vegetarian ramen. It was great! Jenny even brought ne some spicy crunchy chili 🌶️ oil to add to it and it was delicious! Will definitely be back. Jenny is a great asset to this place.
The Ramen was delicious! And the portion was huge! Definitely will be back! Hub had the shrimp/scallop hibachi and enjoyed it, as well!
After attending a local theatre event in Cleburne we stumbled upon this amazing sushi restaurant. From the time Jenny our server greeted us and throughout our wonderful dining experience always ensuring that we were taken care of. The quality of sushi was beyond words of sheer genuine authentic high quality sushi and ramen. The sushi was prepared and presented in a highly professional artisan manner. The restaurants decor is warm and inviting. Although we live in nearby Burleson we’re definitely going to make the drive back here whenever craving well prepared and presented sushi. Highly recommend this restaurant. The people are fantastic, the food is authentic in very generous portions and reasonably priced.
ASAKA sushi has been a favorite of ours for years. Always great service and good food. Both are hard to find in Cleburne. Now they have Ramen!! We tried the steak and chicken and both were great. Broth had great flavors and the bamboo was soft and flavorful unlike some places you go to. Highly recommend trying if you haven’t already.
We LOVE Asaka! It is our weekly go out meal. We usually get the same server Jenny, who knows us and remembers our orders. Shes on top of everything. They also have recently added Ramen to their menu and we all loved the Ramen as well as the sushi. I highly reccomend!!
The new Ramen menu is fantastic. I had the spicy miso Ramen and my wife had the grilled chicken Ramen. Both delicious! Jenny was our server and she was great!
My wife and I love coming to Asaka. The atmosphere is very traditional and calm. Great for date night. The food is great. They just added some amazing ramen in their menu. I would’ve uploaded a picture but I ate it all! Thank you Jenny for a great service.

I have been coming here for years! Why haven't I reviewed this place? Funny how you think to leave a review when things are bad, but Asaka is amazing. Food is super fresh, the staff is kind amd knowledgeable, and the vibe is great. Whether you take someone here on a first date or it is a family outing, Asaka has you covered. I always over order because the food is delicious. Even the leftovers hit the spot. If you are on the fence about going, just pull the trigger and you will not be disappointed! My daughter is 7 and she always asks to go to Asaka!

Went here for lunch and I was surprised how cute it was inside! Service was quick and she was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Sushi came out really fast and it was so good! 2 rolls for 11$ is a price you can't beat!
Staff is GREAT! Food is always fresh and served quickly! This is one of the top restaurants that Cleburne has! Try the 2020 roll or the Royal roll! We enjoy going to this restaurant and try and go atleast once a week!
This place was absolutely delicious and the food is absolutely gorgeous! Jennny is the go to waitress she was very helpful and very sweet. Didn’t even mention to her it was our anniversary and she made it perfect. Deffff should try the sweetheart roll!!!
We had the Philadelphia and shrimp tempura rollas. As well as the grilled chicken raman and spicey miso. We loved the rolls, absolutely delicious and pretty decent size. The grilled chicken ramen was a bit salty but nevertheless very delicious as well! Unfortunately the spicy miso fell short on spice thus lacking in some flavor. Over all enjoyed our experience and will be returning!
Our waitress was kind and attentive. The ginger salad dressing was really good. The seaweed salad was perfect. The salmon lovers plate tasted fresh. Wasn't to impressed with a basic spicy tuna or the hard dried out Wasabi. But the prices weren't bad, the service was good, so we will he going back.
The inside of this restaurant is beautiful! The service was great. The food was okay. I ordered the chicken katsu. It was fried to perfection, but it was very bland and the katsu sauce they use seemed too salty. Also ordered a dragon roll, I believe. It was decent.
I stopped in for dinner at this location the restaurant is beautifully decorated. I ordered the shrimp hibachi the shrimp was not hibachi style tasted like it had been boiled it was overcooked and had a weird taste my server never came to ask how anything was it was before dinner hours and after lunch hour when I was there and not busy. The veggies and rice were ok. The salad and soup was good. The menu is very large offering something for any appetite I will come back and try the sushi or something else. Thanks 🩷✌️
Gyoza was delicious. Teriyaki beef straight up had zero seasoning and was tough. Chicken udon was ok. Ramen was decent, although adding corn was unusual. Pork was tender, noodles were cooked well and the broth was rich. Service was excellent and this place was nice but could be amazing with a bit more love put into the food.
Placed an online order. Got there 30 minutes later. Asap says order will be ready in 35 min. 50 minutes after order is placed, it’s still not ready. Waiting for 20 minutes, and no apology or acknowledgment. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with orders taking far too long. We won’t be back. The funny part is if you order dine in, they’ll bring your order super fast and rush you out!! Sad. I love sushi but will have to live without it
We were driving through Cleburne and decided to give this place a try. I placed a to-go order when we were about 15 minutes from Cleburne. Upon arrival we noticed several others in the waiting area...but the place didn't seem overly busy...our estimated wait time was 35 minutes. We waited over an hour for our to-go order. This seemed excessive for 3 rolls. Each roll was very plain, even the specialty rolls...definitely not worth the hour long wait or the $40 spent.
