Our location here in Cleburne, TX. has a store that has been opened for a little over a month. I have had the pleasure of ordering from them a few times now. Let me tell you, the food is amazing! The price is par for the area. The customer service is out of this world! I am very impressed with my experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for something new! There wings are very good! I've tried both the bone in and the bone out. I prefer the bone out, they were moist and really had a good flavor! Had the teriyaki, garlic parmesan, and buffalo. Now for the sweets! I've had their "Sandy's Amazing Chocolate Chunk" cookies. OMG! The flavor and texture are incredible! You get nice, big chunks of chocolate throughout the cookie, the sweetness between the chocolate and the sugars mixes perfectly IMO! I LOVED THEM! I look forward to being a customer for many years to come! I can't wait to try the remainder of the menu items! Take the whole family and go hungry! Oh, the Ultimate Fries are addicting! You've been warned! LOL

Sooooo goood! Probably the best food place in Cleburne. Everything was hot and fresh, bread was soft not dry, lemonade was refreshing not thick, and good size portions. Kids meal is even good for an adult. Service was good our cashier was Claudia L. She was great! Friendly, patient, and welcoming. Some of the reviews said the service was not great which made us hesitant, but today it was awesome! Oh and yes this one is so much better than the ones in the mall. The ONLY thing is that it gets packed if you dine in bc people bring in their carts 👎🏽 so it gets crowded in there.

Not bad. Good for a quick stop. It was grand opening we showed up to on the way to a trip and they forgot our loaded fries. Got a free mug for spending more than $50. But would’ve been 5 stars if we got our fries.

Food is great, poor english. The wings literally come with fries. I was charged for fries and the have no idea what drums only means. Hire workers that can read and understand english plz!

The food is great like always, but the service this time was absolutely awful. Went in after making an online order. Was ignored in the beginning, even after trying to get someone's attention. After a few minutes, she starts saying yes with a smile, but she was looking at a coworker not me, so I didn't think anything of it. She then snaps at me and says yes in a really huffy tone, making me realize she was talking to me. I apologize and say that I'm there to pick up an order. She just sighs, rolls her eyes and says in a really snappy tone "Okay". I then give her my name and she says "Okay" in the same tone, but a bit louder. She then finishes packing it and drops it on the counter before rolling her eyes and talking to her friend in Spanish and laughing really loudly. I just took my food and left. Just really sad.

We stopped in for a visit and was told we couldn’t stay and eat &they were making our order to go since they were closing “in 10 minutes”…according to their door and online it showed they were supposed to close in 45 minutes(thought that was weird). We also had some children with us and were surprised that they didn’t have public restrooms! Again, weird that a food place put paper signs up not allowing the public to use their restrooms. Took 20 minutes to get our food. THEN our food order was wrong. Not impressed.

Been here twice now, both times I ordered no onions and both times I got onions. Customer service is nonexistent, food is severely overpriced. Ice machine is broken, they’re out of wings, they’re out of Mango, the slurpee machine is broken. Have to order at a kiosk, and to top it off, they have the audacity to ask for tips. Definitely won’t be back.

I know it just opened but it has some work to do. We ordered cheesesteaks 1. The meat wasn’t chopped nearly enough it had large chunks and overcooked ( dry ) 2. I ordered extra cheese and only got cheese on half ( how that happens I have no clue ) 3. Cheese sauce for the fries tasted old 4. The lady at the counter didn’t know what American cheese was when asked. Good note: the fries were good and the rolls were very good. We won’t go there again for awhile. Hopefully it will get better with time. I’m hoping it’s just a matter of training and knowing how to properly cook a cheesesteak.

This lady made my sandwich wrong and started yelling in Spanish and getting bent out of shape and I had to explain to another lady about the issue totally unprofessional to get mad in front of the whole restaurant like that

Hair in my food, rude customer service. they got onto my boyfriend like he was a kid when looking at a ticket on a bag to see if it was ours on the TOGO rack (we ordered TOGO). I don’t see why that mattered as I didn’t even get what I ordered to begin with.

2 cooks - no hand washing, one consistently playing with his phone while cooking, never said hello to any customers, only communication was just foods ready, the food was bland at best very watery- dripping while trying to eat the sub and the ice cream was literally slop in a cup, clearly there’s a problem with the temperature control, was told - this is all I have. Terrible customer service - no wonder the place was empty at lunchtime 12:30. Wasn’t offered a refund- the lady didn’t speak good English and she walked off.

Ordered at kiosk, requested meat, cheese, onion and bun. Remove all else. Staff even assured me no peppers lettuce or mayo. Sandwich was swimming in mayo and covered in lettuce and peppers. Inedible! I work long shifts and am lucky if I can catch a place for a warm meal before it closes. Place closed after I picked up so I cannot even get a redo or refund. Going hungry, but please avoid this location so you don’t go hungry as well.

Other lady comes out of the back and just ask "what do I want" no hello or sorry for the wait. I proceed to order. As im wrapping up my order a couple walks in looks at the kiosk and then after my order the lady walks away from the register as this couple walks to it (it's like 2 steps away) I get my food decently fast but the couple was still left without anyone helping them. Not sure if it takes 2 people to cook but ok..

When I told them I was only wanting the number to the store to put a complaint in they gave me a bogus phone number to a cable company. And walmart says they have no way to contact them even though they are in their store. They will never receive money from me again.

So I orderd them today and a couple behind me was about to get there food, so I went to the counter and ask the cook, ( because the cashier was gone), where are my cheese sticks. She had 2 on a plate with sandwiches? I said I ordered them 10 minutes ago. so she gave me one and it had been cooked so long that ALL THE CHEESE was all over them . I took a bite and 3 of them had no cheese at all, inside. So I asked for another one and then saw the cheese fries and said get that instead and she looked at me. I said do you even speak English she said no.They brought me another cheese sticks with NO cheese in the middle over cooked them again. I said really, and I wanted a cheese fries instead so finally they brought me one. Don't recommend going here if you don't speak Spanish. I'm done with this place....
