I think I am totally addicted to the chicken pot pie. Even with the supply chain issues they manage to keep them on hand. Always hot and fresh and delicious. The 2 ladies that work the window are very nice and professional.
Our lunch was fresh, hot & delicious. There were only a couple people working today & trying very hard to keep up. We did have to wait a bit, but those guys gave it everything they had. We will definitely visit again.

Ordered in the drive thru at nearly 9pm on Easter Sunday. The young man that took my order was so polite and his customer service etiquette was fantastic. I told his manager as much when she came out to apologize about the wait...who was also very polite and professional...turns out she's his sister. This was seriously a breath of fresh air as far as fast food experience goes. It's been a looooong time since I could say I've had a good experience, much less a refreshing one.
The food was hot plus the guy and girl at the counter were polite. Very helpful and friendly to my kiddos. This place has come along way since the last managers left. The a/c needs to be fixed but adding the fans is a good temporary idea.vThank you for all your hard work guys!

Good food but only one person working that day. I felt so bad for him, had I known beforehand, I wouldn't have stayed, but, he was working so, so very hard to keep up & asked if we wanted to wait or not. He definitely should've gotten a raise that day.. Poor guy had 11 cars waiting on food, but, he got each of us our food. My food was hot inspite of his dilemma. I didn't mind waiting on him. He was an amazing man. Therefore, Kentucky Fried Chicken should consider themselves lucky that they have someone like him as an employee. 500 stars just for him. The food was good too.
Great location and wonderful food. I have always been a KFC lover and this is just what I needed. As for the 2 low star reviews please remember this. The place just opened and everyone hit this place all at once. Yes there was times the line was long and the wait was forever. Do you want them to not make fresh food. It take 24 minutes to make fresh chicken people. If everyone keeps buying them out they have to keep making it. I love there food as always. The kids in there are working hard and it makes me feel good about the future generation.
Stopped by yesterday for a big family order. The staff was friendly, and even helped me fix something I mis-ordered. They ended up forgetting one meal, so I had to drive from home back to the store. They fixed it immediately and were very apologetic. They even threw in an extra piece of chicken for the trouble. Probably closer to 4.5, but I appreciate the service and they are under new ownership, so it sounds like they are working out some old kinks.
Always great food at this restaurant. Fast, efficient service whether you dine in or use the drive thru. The classic chicken sandwiches, mashed potatoes and rolls are really good here. The spicy chicken sandwich is fire, too hot for me. The three piece chicken strips are great for a quick lunch. Dining area and restrooms are always clean. I recommend this restaurant as the go to place for whatever chicken you crave.
My family and I ate here recently, the food was delicious, everything we ordered was present, the process to order, pay, and sit down with our food was fast, and the staff was smiling, competent, and delivered great customer service. The entire establishment was clean and working properly. I'm so happy we have a KFC now, since we are originally from NC and haven't seen one in a while. We missed it, and were not disappointed!
I highly recommend eating here, the food is always fresh and rotated at a good pace, the service is friendly and inviting and I always know they're working hard to make sure our order is satisfactory. Even if they run out of an item they always make sure to replace it with something else just as tasty.
With my youngest son having a dairy allergy, there aren’t many restaurants that we can eat at. However KFC in Cleburne, is one of our favorite fast food places, where we can grab food and feel safe about it. Alan always makes sure to double check our order, and has great customer service, along with his team. While the wait can sometimes be a little long, it’s definitely worth it.

Ever since the management changed the food has just been so much better as well. My family has gone in multiple times over the past month since they’ve changed managers and the service has just improved so much. The employees are friendly, the food has been fresh and rotated regularly, and whenever an issue does pop up they always work quickly to fix it. The store is cleaner and I just feel welcome everytime my family and I go to eat there.

Went thru drive thru at 12:30 p.m. today. I ordered 2 pot pies, only had 1 and it would be 15-16 minutes for more. Okay, went thru drive thru after work at 5:05 p.m. today to order 1 pot pie, they were out of them!!
Bathrooms were nasty. The food was ok, just tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.The employees were very nice.

Had one older lady behind the counter running both the front counter and the drive-thru so there was a slight wait to place my order. There where three other employees working in the back area, who noticed me but didn't say anything-like we will be right with you are not even How are you doing today? Just a look of why are you still standing here. Food was hot and the price was good only because it was a special.
The line was a little slow going but it was supper time and the cashier made up for it with his attentive- ness to detail and good spirit. We had the Kfc bowls which are always a good choice. I have to admit though that they were pretty skimpy on the chicken tonight, which is why I didn't rate them higher. I mean, they are a chicken place, right...not mashed potatoes and corn? Maybe next time, because I will go back. Normally, they're that good.👌
I love KFC. I always have. The other day I went and the lady there was very pleasant and gave me fresh food. When she's there it's good, but when certain young people are there, they're Not very considerate of providing fresh food. Overall, I'm thankful to have KFC back in Cleburne.
12:02 pm and no biscuits. We paid for 1 original recipe breast with biscuit and 1 extra crispy breast with biscuit. They were out of biscuits but had to still charge for biscuits. They offered for us to wait 16 min for biscuits to cook. We were in the drive through. If they were out of biscuits, they should have already some in the oven. Not wait until someone ordered them.
It's been a long time since I've been to a kfc. Flavor was decent and service was friendly, however the portions were soo small. The "nuggets" were about the size of chic fil a's bfast nugs, they were tiny. For a $10 value meal I expect more. It would would've been about 1.5x a chicken tender, so go that route if you eat here. I also get more flavor from popeyes so I'll be getting it from there. Maybe I'll try again in 10yrs.
1145AM, Not enough chicken to fill my order of 8 pc white meal via drive thru, And then, had to wait ~15 mins to get the order. Employee was polite enough, but someone needs to explain the point of a drive through. And if you can't serve the product you're famous for, close down so I don't waste time and then I'll go to Church's or Popeye's.
Food would have been decent if the tenders had been fully cooked. Gravy was runny. After waiting almost 15 minutes for my food I had to throw the tenders in the air fryer to finish them, and cook the gravy to thicken it. Not very happy.
The staff was great, the food was very good but I ordered 2 extra cole slaws that cost me almost $6, asked if they were in the bag, told yes. Drove to our campground and NO COLESLAW. We didn't go back thru Cleburne on our camping trip so I just lost my money.
Chicken was burnt. Asked for something else . They replaced my burnt strips with a burnt thigh. I just walked out. It's sad you spend your hard earned money with these fast food places and they don't care one bit about customer service. It's a shame. Same as stealing, in my opinion.
The drive thru and parking lot was very empty yet I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. Ordered eight tenders and received six. Also, the Famous bowl didn’t have any famous chicken. I guess this place will eventually close with this level of service.
Ordered a meal for myself and my son. One of my tenders had so much polyester stuck in it like it was cooked in i couldn't trust any part of it and my son didn't get his drink or the toy to his kids meal. Absolutely disgusted by the tender...
I ordered (online) Kentucky grilled chicken & wasn’t told it wasn’t available. I should’ve been told this during the ordering process so I could make another choice. When I picked up the order, the staff had given me original recipe instead (which I don’t really like) & I didn’t discover this until I got home. When I called them about it, they made no offer to fix the problem. The corn I got tasted like field corn, not the big, juicy sweet corn they’ve always had in the past. I ordered strawberry lemonade also. But when I got to the store, they had given me plain lemonade - without telling me about the substitution. I noticed it & asked the staff about it. They couldn’t take it back but they did offer another drink of my choice (thank you for that). The extra crispy chicken tenders I also got tasted kind of old & not like the normal extra crispy chicken recipe from when I’ve gotten it in the past. Sadly, the colonel died. (Lol)
I have been to this location at least 3 times within the last few months and they NEVER have the chicken pot pie.. NEVER..are there none in the store or someone just don't want to walk into the freezer and pull one out? Hell if I can take it home frozen and put in my oven then I will do that. I just don't make any sense that they never have any.
Onthis review they ask how the food was and the service ect. All that is fine. They nerd to ask “Was your order correct. I get very unhappy when i order all white meat and pay ectra for it.Then they give me all dark meat and Im mot going to drive all the way back up there
Not impressed by their $7 fill ups. Most of my tenders tasted so hard and cartlidgey. The mash potatoes were okay, the imitation canes sauce was better than the KFC sauce. The apple pie poppers were mid. Only in cleburne do you hear about people's marital problems while their preparing food.
I ordered online and when I arrived at my pickup time, two walk-ins, a drive thru and a door dash were all filled before I received my one piece extra crispy chicken breast with two coleslaws and mash potatoes. The odor of old grease, greasy tables and chairs with food debris and pesky flies, made my decision to take my order back home. When I got home I didn't even have two coleslaws.
I’ve been to this location before and had no problems. Today was VERY different. I waited for 5 minutes just to order and then another 30 to find out that my order was burnt because of negligence. They were severely understaffed and the other person working with the woman was not doing much. The woman that was at the counter was very sweet and apologetic but that is no excuse for the way the service was handled. I ended up getting a refund.
So, we tried again. We had our 10 year old daughter and she was reading the name off a sign by the register and I about had a heart attack and smacked the snot out of her. I know these kids think it's funny, but come on. If, by some chance, his name is really that, leave it at Mike. Gave it another try 5/9/25 and $60, a 15 minute wait to order, 45 minute wait for food, burnt food, messed up order and a you have to file online for a refund, we left very unsatisfied and disappointed.
Went tonight to try the new dunk it buckets, and highly disappointed with what was served to me. The fries were like day old stale, the Mashed potato poppers were empty inside and also stale. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the chicken tenders were at least edible.
I've visited the drive thru twice, and both times, they just gave me what they wanted, too. She didn't even ask if I wanted crispy or original recipes. Drive thru put me on hold for a long time, then blamed me for the wrong order. Rude as she could be, without going so far as to curse and get fired from her job. She practically threw the order at me and said "you got all dark meat, If you wanted a breast, you should have said so earlier, that's an extra dollar". I always pay the extra dollar, that wasn't the issue. The interruption upon ordering my meal was the reason she didn't hear me. They have a serious attitude problem.
People complain about service but no one should have to work or eat in a place this hot. A/C is out and I don’t mean working not working properly. It 85+ degrees inside and its got to be hotter near the back for the workers. The owners should be ashamed of this and apparently it’s been down awhile. How can anyone enjoy a hot dinner while stewing in the dinning room. I’m traveling and have no where else to eat my food.
They don't even deserve the 1 star! Went and ordered an 8 piece and a large family fry. Got home and the fry box was half gone, but I was going to let that go. Then I open the bucket and right on top is a chicken leg that was bitten off of!!!! Disgusting, I did go back and took them their food back! My family will never eat at the Cleburne location again! I called and spoke to the GM and he wanted to give us free meals! Sorry nope!!!!
Went threw the Drive thru, Was asked to park in the parking lot, I said I'm not coming in, I'm in the drive thru, she said that her manager gets mad because it runs the time up in the drive thru, so about 3-4 minutes later she got my food to me. I got home and I had gotten a 2 piece and asked for a leg and a thigh and got a leg and a wing and was charged for them. Don't know if I'll be back.
Food was old and chewy, out of 90 % of the menu items couldn’t even get my biscuits or the right drink very disappointed
RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!! The manager at this place is so short and rude he doesn't even let you speak!! I pulled into the drive thru for a pick up order, there is NOBODY else here and he screams out of the box garbled.."how can I help you!". I was in the middle of telling him that I was here to get a mobile order and he cuts me off and screams out "ALL PICKUP ORDERS MEED TO COME INSIDE!!!" All done, won't be back!!!!!
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. My husband and I went in for a quick lunch and that is what it was quick. We ordered popcorn chicken with mashed potatoes. Pop corn chicken was totally cooked in the microwave GROSS It was awful. They gave us stale hard fries even though we ordered mashed potatoes. My husband went back up there and the lady was rude told him that was not what he ordered even though he had the receipt. They gave him a bag got to the table and it had mashed potatoes and Cole slaw we didnt order coleslaw. She argued with my husband that the popcorn chicken was fresh knowing damn good and well it was not . Don't waste your time . We did get a refund and left.
I ordered original, legs and thighs. Received original mixed. The crust was hard and crisp, to long under a heat lamp maybe. The biscuits were not fresh either. I should have paid more attention to the lack of customers, that tells the tale. Also did not get a receipt so it's pointless to go back and complain, I paid cash and have no proof I was ever there. Nor will I be there again
Went thru the drive thru about 9pm and ordered 12 piece tender meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. Guy at the window asks me to wait up front and he will bring it out. He brought everything out minus the come slaw. Don't fall for the okey doke. Next time I'm gonna wait right there at the window, so I can checky order. As a customer, you try to be nice, but if there is nobody behind you, why the hell are theySki g you to pull up front. Just to put you at ease, so they can screw up your order? Fat chance that will happen again. Then when you try to call several times they don't answer the phone because they're all trying to go home. Maybe I'll have better chance reaching Corporate tomorrow.
ZERO STARS Dirty, hot, weird smell. Wife and I had to clean off our own table and chairs. I counted 5 other tables that have not yet been wiped down. Floors are disgusting as well. I can only imagine how gross the kitchen is if the lobby is this bad. We would have rather ate in our car. Employees don't seem to know how to get along or communicate. We heard two employees arguing while we waited for our food.
Food I wanted wasn't even cooked yet. It's 1:30pm people! Worst pet pieve didn't get all of my order. Should of read reviews first. Stay away from this kfc. If there was a minus 5 star option that's the one I would have picked for this first time last time visit. I see why they leave their phone off the hook and won't answer. This kfc won't last long. With all the complaints looks like the owner of this franchise would fix the problems this store has. I guess he eats and is serviced by chicken express. Idiot.
Waited a good 10 minutes for the two cars in front of me, then was told it would be a minute until they could take my order. After 15 minutes and wondering if they’d forgotten about me I asked “Hello” twice before I got a reply of “one second sir”, after 5 more minutes I just drove off. I’ll never waste my time here again especially since the last time they messed up the order and left things off. How hard is a family meal and 4 sides to put in a bag..?
Worst service ever! I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal the kid at the register takes my order 10 minutes later he says they have no French fries, he said he can replace it with matched potatoes 🙄 so then I asked for a refund he says he don’t know how to do refunds even tho his “the manager.” Then he says I can make French fries but it will take another 10 minutes 😤😤😤 who hires this people??? 🤷🏽♂️ Don’t get me started on Popeyes 😫
Food good when I finally received it almost 30 minutes after ordering in drive-thru. Was told out of biscuits, 2-4 minute wait, please park in lot next to drive-thru. After approximately 10-15 minute wait, drive-thru attendant proceeded to deliver food to the current drive-thru orders and ignored me and other two cars that were ahead of me. KFC employees stared out at us several times but never came out to inquire about our orders. Finally those of us in parking lot had to knock on the door then wait while they filled our orders. The biscuits we were waiting on were hard, cold, and stale, certainly not baked that day. Most disorganized service ever. If you are asked to wait out of line, DON'T DO IT. REFUSE TO MOVE UNTIL SERVED.
Ordered five piece tender meal, and two chicken bowl combos. Tender meal was supposed to have mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese. (Got two mashed potatoes), no cookies for the chicken bowl combos. I ordered sweet tea with no ice. I got ice. I gave the iced tea back and asked again for sweet tea, no ice. Got it, it was unsweet. Had to go back thru the line again. And the kid wants to argue and tell me it's sweet tea then offers to give me sugar packs n already explaining it will take an additional be ten minutes to get a fresh batch of tea, on top of the twenty minutes I had just waited the first time. I got a Pepsi and asked for the manager. The manager really had no excuse, just listened and handed me a large pepsi. I get home and go to open the bag, the tenders meal was literally just thrown in the bag, whole bottom fell out. I had asked the kid for bbq sauce, of course we didn't get it. I go to look for the receipt. Realized he didn't even give me that either. I called, advised the manager about these issues. I didn't want anything, I just wanted him to know how disappointing and ridiculous this was. I could see if they were busy. There was one car in front of me, one car behind me. I was there at 230 in the afternoon. Piss poor service and no sweet tea at 230 pm. Too many ppl. Need jobs to have employees that just don't care.KFC used to be better.
If I could leave less stars, I would. Placed my order at 9:25pm. Got there around 9:35pm to pick it up. Waited at the speaker for almost 5 minutes. No one talked to me or nothing. Pulled up to the window, where I proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before I called the store. The girl that answered them told me that they had to close early and that they may not be able to makey order. Which, in turn she had said that they were not able to make it. Lights where on and everything. No sign that said they had closed early, nothing. I called corporate and complained. And got myoney back. I have issues every time I come to this store, whether its old chicken, missing products, or my order made wrong. But I keep coming back to keep giving them a chance. No more after this.
Went by 2 get some Chicken on Thursday afternoon today, February 15th, unto my surprise. The open sign was on what the doors were locked. I called and the excuse was the cook did not come in this this morning. So I guess they didn't have enough Chicken for people to come inside to me. But there were people sitting inside doesn't make any sense.That's a poor excuse
Food is old never fresh and they can't even open on time. They open at 1030, got there at 1050 chairs still on tables kids in there standing around laughing and on their phones, wouldn't even come to the door. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE all the way around.
Waited almost an hour for food. Only one in the lobby. Watching the employees goof off in the back. "Oh, we forgot to bump your order. We'll start working on it now." No apologies given. Food tasted terrible. Won't be back.
I placed my order at the drive thru , the girl took our whole order and after waiting in line after 2 cars we pull up and she says theirs no biscuits offered cookies ?? Biscuits are apart of the meal and make it . She literally was so rude and slammed the door on us for no longer wanting the food . Not only that every encounter here is just far from even kinda good . Don’t mess with people’s biscuits .
It seems like every time i come here they mess up something. I usually order the same thing every time a famous bowl spicy no corn. And about 2 times out of 3 they mess up by either putting corn in it or not making it spicy. Usually its no problem to get it fixed and i did this last time. But they messed up on it again and gave it to me. Instead of taking the time to just make sure its right. Ive worked in fast food for 3 years including a much busier taco bell. And if you have a remake make sure its made right.
Worst KFC I've ever been too, employees hygiene is not present they don't wash their hands after using the bathroom (I visual saw this) and I noticed the employees cooking with no gloves!! Also when I went one night to see if they were open it looked like someone was living inside the lobby of the restaurant they were sleeping on the floor!
When you order a spicy chicken sandwich, you expect spicy chicken not a spicy sauce. Food cold, fries suck. Was going for a bucket, and was told all they had was dark meat. Now what kind of place doesn't keep up with the food. Hate that I even had to give it 1 star. Oh yeah, not to mention the chicken wasn't even done and was way smaller than the bun. Never go back

Terrible service!! They gave us an incomplete order, I told them I was missing a meal and they had the nerve to to tell me they ran out of chicken!! So I told them why the hell didnt they let me know ahead of time and all they could do do is blame each other. This place disgusting and they're workers are just lazy and rude!! First time customer. Got a 12 peice family meal at about 5:30 pm. The chicken was so soggy and the potato wedges were so hard. Got home and noticed they didnt give me the 6 biskets that were supposed to come with it and wasn't gonna spend 15 minutes to drive back to get them. The cashier's couldnt even tell me how big the sides were. Cleburne KFC is absolutely the worst chicken place in town. Will not be going back.
Went there last night at 7:30 order 45$ in food off the app and when I got to the window the guy says hay we don't have any tenders ! And asked me if I wanted chicken to sub it I said sure when I left and went don't the street I looked in my bag and my chicken sandwich was not there or my nuggets !!! So I go back and he's saying o ...we don't have any of that eather!!! And my fries were old as hell I'm still trying to figure out what did I pay $45 for if they ant got half my order?
Well KFC what was supposed to be good....terribly failed! If I could give lower than 1, I would since I don't even get to have any of the chicken I ordered. Placed my order and my wife left to go pick it up. When my wife arrived, the employee said that it sat too long so she put it back but then there's no longer any extra crispy. I doubt that...more than likely she sold my order to someone else. I was trying to remember why I stopped going to KFC (multiple locations), now I remember the customer service sucks! The employee was unprofessional and acted as if the inconvenience wasn't her fault and didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Guess I'll remember for now on and we'll go somewhere else like we've been, but wanted to support y'all being back in Cleburne.
We are from a small town and we were looking forward to a nice meal at KFC. When we walked in, it didn’t feel any better than the hot sultry air outside. We decided not to eat there because the AC was broken and appeared the unit had not been working for quite some time 🙁
The chicken I received looked dry and old like it had been sitting all day and a side was missing from my meal. I returned and kindly asked if I could get fresh chicken with my side included. They took my food back and then gave me back the same old dry chicken . The manager told the drive through cashier the chicken was not old. This place is a joke the entire staff should be fired and replaced with people who actually care about the image of the business and customer satisfaction . I couldn’t believe how I was treated. Skip this KFC if you can HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do not eat here. This is the third time they have given me the wrong order and this time when I caught it while I was there, they said oh sorry we were out of that so we just gave you something different without asking. The attendant was rude and could not understand what I was saying Did not even get an apology for charging me giving me the wrong food eventually just had them cancel the charge and gave them back. Everything will never shop here again.
There are so many issues with this store but my biggest complaint is how poorly they treat their employees. Noone is paid fairly and everyone is over worked. The atmosphere is awful. The staff is working so short handed, you sit at the front counter for long periods of time before they can get to you because it's usually 1 person running drive through and front desk at the same time. It's insane. Something needs to be done about this employer. The employees need help.
I really wish they would get some management and employees that actually cared about providing good food and service. They never give me all my order and or forget to give me all my food and sauces. My tenders tasted like they were 3 days old. It's so sad they people care so little these days
Went to eat at KFC in cleburne. The A/C was not working and the employees all looked like the have been worked outside for hours in 100 degree weather. One of the employees mentioned that the A/c has not been working for weeks. The food was great.
Went thru drive thru to pick up my order I placed online . Was rudely told that I would have to go inside . Went inside just to wait 10 minutes on an online order I placed and that was supposed to be picked up 3-5 minutes before I came . Got the food and the order was messed up . Had to wait another 5 minute just to get my order , while everyone in the back was laughing and being goofy while I waited . Got my food and they didn’t even tell me it was ready just chunked it on the counter and walked off. This why I never go to kfc cause customer service is horrible .
Food is terrible and overpriced. Service was bad. It reeks in the building and is very hot. 🤢🤮🤮 no good drink selection, food was cold, and took a while to come out. Do NOT recommend to anyone go to popeyes or any other restaurant but here. 👎👎
I give this place chance after chance because my girlfriend likes it and every time they find a way to mess it up. Most recently I spent $30 on a spicy famous bowl meal and the Nashville chicken with some sides. Got no sides, neither of our meals were spicy, no fries, no biscuits, no silverware and even though I specifically asked for extra cheese and gravy on my famous bowl, all I got was a bowl with regular chicken on mashed potato’s. No gravy no cheese no corn. Sad to say I won’t be coming back after the manager refused to refund my order and I made a call to corporate but no updates. Highway robbery right there.
Every single time we come to order Original Recipe Family meal and other combo meals they never have anything. I always have to wait atleast 30 minutes. Today I was told a hour is the wait time . So I pull around to the front and next thing I see is your employees locking the door and leaving in a maroon Chevy truck. This is ridiculous! Closing the store to take someone home or not come back at all. This location definitely needs new management. These young Hispanic boys and I mean boys have poor work ethic and lack customer service skills period! Who do I speak to about this! This is poor business!!!
Got a three piece meal there on Sunday 6/23. Chicken was either from previous day(s) or had been sitting under some serious heat lamps for most of the day. Worst fried chicken I have ever experienced. Wish there was a negative star option. So many better options in town, I will not be giving them another chance.
This place shows it is open until 10:30pm, yet I pulled up on a weeknight at 9pm, closed, pulled up Saturday night at 9:30pm, closed. Do these workers just make their own hours or what? Also this place rarely does any business. It seems like Corporate should be aware of this & either fire the current management or just shut it down completely as even the food reviews are terrible...
Tried to submit an online order and it said that you had already closed at 9:36pm on a Friday evening. Pathetic.
I don’t know how this place stays open, ridiculous wait times for trash food every single time..
I keep trying to give this place a chance but this was the last time I plan on eating here at this exact location. They were out of almost every side(as usual), this time no biscuits either, the chicken was absolutely burnt and pieces of fries fried into it lol. I also got a family meal and the sides they did give me were little baby sides, not family sides. They just need to go ahead and shut this place down, look at all these negative reviews lol.
I ordered a 8pc family meal and they told me to pull to the front they have to make the extra fry as I was thinking in the car I remembered I forgot to say all dark because our family doesn’t eat white meat well I went in to tell the young man and he gladly said no problem he can change it when he attempted to the Hispanic lady from the drive through told him no don’t change it I have to take it like that I should’ve said something before she didn’t know I could hear her. So he comes back with the food and says he didn’t have enough to do all dark. The audacity of him to lie in my face a customer that’s paying his hard earned money. So I politely ask for a refund so the lady from the drive through came I’m assuming the manager and said what’s the problem I said I’m sorry but we don’t eat white meat can I get a refund now all of a sudden they have enough dark meat to give. She was rude straight up told me I should of ask for all dark from the start
Terrible experience, ordered my food on line, waited 35 until the all said it was done. Show up to get my food and they are out of part of it and do not have enough wings to make my order. Understand that fully, no problems. But if you don't have the food then cancel the order, don't make the customer wait 35 minutes and tell them the order is complete. Cancel the order. Then to get a refund I have to get on the app, waited 45 minutes and finally gave up and called the 1-800 number. Took them 5 minutes to process my refund
I have absolutely no idea how this place has stayed open this long. EVERY single time we come they are ALWAYS out of something. This time they are out of French fries & potpies... it's 6:30 on a Sunday night how are you out of French fries of all things and didn't even offer a time frame for potpies... needless to say we left and guess from now on we'll got to the burleson location, they seem to know how to run their location.
This is the second time this location has gotten our order wrong and they take over 30 minutes to fix their mess up. Guess we won't be eating here any more
Ordered online and picked up through the drive thru. Chicken tenders were lukewarm and could tell they had been sitting for quite a while. Mac and cheese was actually cold- like from the refrigerator. Biscuits were ok. Fries were hot and tasty. Gravy was lukewarm. Did not get any of the dipping sauces we ordered.
PSA: DO NOT ORDER KFC THROUGH ONLINE OR MOBILE APP. This goes for any location, not just this one, but this is the location in which this issue happened. After placing an order on the KFC mobile app for 4 items, I was told upon arrival that half of the items were out of stock. I then said to just forget the entire thing and just issue a refund. It has been 3 WEEKS since this has happened, and I still don't have a refund. I have called KFC "Customer service" multiple times and always get told that my case needs to be escalated to a higher department to examine my $18 food order like they're detectives from the FBI who need to collect and examine every detail of what happened regarding a fast food order. I am tired of waiting, so I'll just leave this review out of my frustration. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never had to wait this long for a refund from anywhere, and I'm making it known now that YOU WILL BE CHARGED regardless of if they have your items that you ordered, and if you try to get a refund, this is the path that you will be forced down to get your money back.
This is the second time we attempt to get chiken. When we pull to the drive through they tell us they are out of chiken….how are you a fried chiken fast food place and not have chiken!! This was 3pm on Saturday!!
I ordered food for pickup, and when I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing. So I had to drive all the way back to get it, wasting my time and gas. I feel like it's not right that I have to use my own money to fix a mistake that they made. They should have compensated me in some way. I understand that people make mistakes, but how hard is it, really, to give someone what they ordered?
I pulled up to order. She takes the whole order down, then when I get to the window she said it's gonna be 10 minutes before it's done. How you gonna be a chicken place yet not have no chicken ready. Lol and why didn't you say that when I ordered it. And what's sad the one in Burleson is just as bad if not worse
I haven't even had the food yet, but man, the employees are just complaining 😒 They seem to be annoyed to have to be working. Maybe I'll take my business elsewhere so to not make them so frustrated... I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order to be made, too.
