Mug On the Go Cleburne Reviews
I went to Mug on the Go for the first time today. The drive through was broken but the young man at the window took my order and answered all my questions kindly. I ordered a brown sugar salted caramel iced coffee with cinnamon and a muggssant. Both are delicious and came out quickly. Not too pricey either!
We literally just drove through here and I had to leave a review. I got the ocean breeze lotus (kinda blue raspberry flavor) and it's great. My husband got a caramel frost with added coffee and it is SO GOOD. I kept stealing sips. Pricing is very reasonable when compared to similar drinks elsewhere. 10/10 for our first trip here and looking forward to many more!

Fast and fresh. Loved it
The workers at Mug are super! Love their Americano, too!
Tried the toffee nut cappuccino with extra shot and it was perfection - bold, flavorful, and not too sweet. The young lady in the drive through was also very polite and welcoming.
Outstanding value & quality! My wife is a (thankfully) fully recovered Starbucks addict, and (regretfully) now a frequent patron of Dutch Bros (fan of the Dutch Freeze options). BUT, whenever we visit Cleburne, her ONLY spot for coffee is "Mug On The Go." No question, the value, quality of products, and superior customer service make it the only choice for coffee fans who appreciate "quality" and prefer to support a local family business rather than a corporation. Thanks, Mug On The Go, for showing 'the others' how it should be done!
We were in and out even with a bit of a line. I ordered a lotus and expected something similar to a Dutch Bros rebel, but I didn't have any of the negative effects I usually feel after drinking caffeine! It tasted the same but actually made me feel more energetic and focused all day. They offer competitive prices too. I'll definitely be back.
I don't drink coffees, my wife absolutely loved it tho, and the girls were courteous. From my own perspective,? Much cheaper than FarBucks
I always have a wonderful experience here. Great food and coffee!
Everyone is always so nice and my coffee always tastes great. I love supporting local businesses
They have amazing drinks and really nice people and there service is the best.i think mug on the go is way better than mug on the square.
The staff is always incredibly kind, and my drink is consistently refreshing. I appreciate the reliable quality and friendly service every time I visit!
Absolutely amazing coffee and most tasty matcha, good pastry, friendly staff! The only disadvantage is that it’s slow and you have to wait if there are a few cars in a line. I will still come back but overall it would be great if the process gets faster.
Good coffee, fast service. Easy drive-thru.
I absolutely love Mug On the Go. I love it so much it's become an every morning, before work stop. The employees know me by name now, and I them. When they see me pull up and sitting in the drive-through, they'll immediately begin making my iced caramel machiatto just the way I like it. Extra vanilla, caramel, espresso, with easy ice and then stirred. They're a great group of people there. I recommend this place to my friends and family all the time because they're so much more friendly and the products they put out and make are way better than the big chain coffee place in town. I'd definitely say Mug On the Go is a much better place than 🌟bucks.

Texas Tornado, mocha, extra shot. It was so much more than I hoped for in a tiny cup ❤️❤️❤️

I love coming by here in the mornings instead of Starbucks. Their location on the square was too hard to park and order on a recurrent basis, so I'm pleased to be able to support their business! The line can sometimes be long, but it's worth the wait. They always have delicious seasonal items in addition to their menu staples. I've only had, maybe one coffee not live up to expectation, out of 20+ orders. I usually wind up ordering a seasonal drink, or their iconic Honey Lavender Lattee; my bf always gets their blended Maui mocha with extra shots. We often ride with our pup and also get a "pup cup" of whip cream. All of us love our visits to Mug. Go try them out!
Everything is perfect except Sundays it takes 20 minutes or longer because only one person. Cars are piled up both at entrances . Just avoid Sunday morning

I have been going to Mug on the Square for years now and was so excited to see them expanding into “Mug on the Go.”. However, recently I’ve been finding myself waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru with maybe 3-4 cars ahead of me. And I’ve found that I can park in the square and run into Mug on the square in 10 minutes or less and grab my coffee. Just a little inconvenient. as far as the coffee, no complaints. So just a little heads up that if you plan on stopping here you should have at least 10-15 minutes to spare on an average weekday morning.
We love this place, but it’s always so slow. There are 5 cars in line and they won’t take your order or start working on it until you get to the window. Plan on spending 15-20 minutes in line. Owners- you would do so much more business if people saw a shorter line, and you could easily do that by taking their order while in line.

I requested no sweetener in my matcha and they added it after requesting a tip before making my drink!
