I would give 0 stars if I could. I got there placed an order at 9 30. Was patient for about 30 minutes, then everybody that placed their order before me, got their orders. Asked if my order was going to be done soon. They said they were working on it. Another 20 minutes goes by and I ask for a refund after asking another time if it was ready. And got "there is only 2 of us on the line" that doesnt matter when you've done 15 orders before my 5 things. Worst taco bell ive ever been to.

On my way thru the city I stopped in for breakfast. They “opened” at 8:00 am allegedly. At 8:30 I attempted to order food at the drive thru speaker but received no response. I went around to the window and there was one worker what appeared to be setting up or cleaning. A simple response would have went a long way.

writing this after 10 mins at the driveway window and still no food, still sitting here. I ordered thru the mobile app, pulled up to the speaker and got the "are you checking in" speech, said no and my name for the order... heard nothing for 10 mins, just pulled up to the window. Still waiting. I could have gone home and leisurely cooked myself a meal by now. Just got my food wordlessly (said thank you, got nothing back).

Went to order & was told that I needed exact change because they have none & I mentioned credit card & she said it’s been down a couple days?!? The person taking order wasn’t friendly & when we got our nacho fries not only were they ROCK HARD. I’m not exaggerating!! U could smack them on the dash board & they didn’t budge!!!! U could tell they were oil logged (I have worked in food industry so I know) - u shouldn’t be making them ahead of time & u only make the correct amount per order & most definitely don’t oil log them. Don’t send out food that you know you wouldn’t want to pay for & the person at window is last line of defense so she should be double checking bags & if it’s not exceptable then tell them to remake food. Ordered 3 orders of nacho fries & all were rock hard & couldn’t be eaten. Tried to call up there & of course no one answered ..

20 minutes for a drink and 2 items. Fries were cold and were old. Love wasting my lunch time and half my food is inedible. This is like the 3rd time I've had long wait times. This was the longest and last time ill be in this location.

Going past 10 PM? Good luck. You’re better off going out of your way to a different Taco Bell to get food. Only 4 cars in line and waited nearly an hour for food. Moved up one spot waited for about another 15 mins and just left. The Taco Bell on bagley road in Berea is so much better.

Waited 20 mins for the only correct item of 10 ordered to be nachos and a half cup of cheese. The things we did receive but didn't order were stale, without meat or cheese, and had a small amount of burnt beans in them.

Honestly this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The dude at the speaker was rude and when I got the food home.. The refried beans were dry and crusty, and my taco shell was so stale it had that “been in the pantry too long” scent and taste. My pepsi was almost entirely sparkling water. Now as I write this review, my stomach hurts. I wouldn’t go back to this location if someone paid me. The girl that was being trained was very nice. She was the only positive part of the experience.

I don't know why continue to think that every time I come to this location that it will be different but it isn't. The service is absolutely slow no matter the time of day. The staff does not care and the management would rather make fun of you for the sports team you like than actually help the staff all while having his kids in this restaurant. This location has seriously become the worst location in Cleveland and that's saying something.

Not sure I have ever experienced a more disgusting excuse for a fast food establishment. 30 minutes in the line and wasnt even busy took an additional ten minutes after paying to get food several items left out of our order manager talking on cell phone not one hello, sorry it took so long, or any bit of communication or friendliness whatsover. The fact that anyone there has a job is completely unbelievable

I tried ordering breakfast at 9 am , and they said they can't make the order because of the shortage of workers. So I had to cancel the order . The reason for the one star is due to the extremely long wait time I experienced at lunch time, when there was only 3 cars in front of me. Management needs to hire more workers , to make this location efficient enough to make timely food. If I go to a different Taco Bell in a different city , the food is better , and it is served in a timely manner. I bet you this location has constant business so why not hire more people? I blame this on poor management.

Number 1 don’t get me started on the new management, absolutely creepy. The man came up to the window (in the middle of rush hour) and was asking if I wanted a job and was being very creepy staring at my (you know..) And while he is standing there keep asking me and trying to convince me after I had already said no TWICE! And I had already been sitting there for 8 minutes (at that point he was talking for like 5 minutes, so going on 15 minutes) waiting for my food. Worst experience. I feel bad for the employees left in there alone, looked like the two men (not the weird manager) was doing everything by their selves and that’s not okay, this taco bell is one of the busiest so for them to be working without help is crazy. Which is onto my next point, it was absolutely disgusting in there, dirty everywhere, food on the ground, Drinks spilled by the drive thru, we could see right in the store from our car, so imagine what the back looks like. Disgusting! The drive thru girl was rude and acted like me ordering was bothering her “peace” lol. I would NOT recommend this place at all, the old management was way better, from the old managers to the crew, i’ve been coming here for years and I don’t know what happened, the people used to be so nice and it was clean everytime I used to come. Now the doors are locked at 4pm and there’s 17 cars in line. Smh. They are overworked and underpaid.

The line takes forever, the food is wrong consistently and their lights are off in the parking lot, which makes it really dangerous at night. They refuse to give sauces, try to say it's in the bag when it's not. Horrible service! Horrible restaurant!
