99% of the time i come here, the service is good - quick, polite etc.. today i ordered inside on the kiosk, and as soon as my order went through i heard one of the employees, a younger girl, groan and cuss about like it’s some monumental task. i got two tacos and some nuggets, and there were no other customers in the building. i work in food service and i understand being annoyed and burnt out, but doing that out loud with an empty dining room where anyone can hear you that clearly is wild. the other woman working who handed me my order was incredibly sweet though, honestly made up for the entire experience. i just hope the other girl wasn’t the one making my food, cause clearly it was an inconvenience for her.

Went at about midnight. They seems too busy to want to be taking orders. A simple order took 30inites to order and pay and leave, and there was no one else in the drive thru line when we were there.

And nobody apologized to us that it was taking so long there had been multiple Uber eats and DoorDash drivers that had already gotten their food before us and they were there later than us! DO NOT go to Taco Bell.

I have gone here a few times and even if there is only one car in front of us it still takes a long time. This last time I placed my order, made it through in 10 minutes (only two cars) and realized they forgot our tacos. Went back in line and was told they had three pages of door dash orders to go through and weren’t taking orders. I said that’s fine I’m not ordering I was just through and you forgot my tacos, she said “we aren’t making anything till we get through these orders” like wth I already paid for them they should be made. So here I am in line writing this review, it’s been 20 minutes, still in line lol learned my lesson and will just drive to the other Taco Bell next time since they have it together.

I literally never leave Google reviews but good lord this place sucks, I placed a pick up order after I got off work at around 10:30 — When I got there I was informed that they were only doing doordash & pick up orders, when I told them I was doing a pickup order it changed into “we’re only doing doordashes”. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and I know how stressful it can get when you’re backed up, but literally half of the employees were standing outside/in a doorway smoking a blunt and doing nothing, there was smoke leaking into the building too. I knew how useless contacting Taco Bell about a refund was but good lord, my order was $20 they gave me a $5 coupon. The store itself refused to make it right even after I came in and asked very politely, the MIC who was working at that time was incredibly nice and it just seems like her hands were tied. I don’t think my family or I will come back to this one unfortunately.

This is the slowest taco bell in the area. Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes to order and an extra 10-15 to get your food. I'd give 2 stars if they got my order correct as I always order mobile. But that's not the case unfortunately.

Hey Taco Bell. I’ve been there about 5-6 times over the past two weeks. I work late hours and always come past 12:30. I’d check your sales during this time. Whoever works at night doesn’t work. They either say “the wait will be 40 minutes” and if I ask why they say “I have to make food” and when I drive by they are simply sitting down in the back. They simply don’t work at night because there is no one to keep them accountable. I mean I guess saves me money but maybe think about new employees. Or check your sales for the night. I never have a positive experience when I come to this location. The wait is always VERY long. Today was the last straw when I ordered inside in hopes of having a quicker wait. After standing for 5 minutes, I was told that due to a “shift change,” they couldn’t take my order at the counter, so I’d have to use the kiosk. While waiting, I noticed how dirty the lobby is (see photos). I still had to wait 25 minutes for one combo order. I won’t be returning. I don’t recommend this location at all.

I live right near this Taco Bell and unfortunately ,for a DoorDash order and an in person pick up I have been missing items. Since when does nacho cheese come on at Cantina bowl? Believe it or not some people actually like lettuce, but unfortunately there was none on my bowl. Imagine not being able to follow directions past the age of 14. Paid for strawberries and cream drink with no freaking cream, despite being advertied all throughout the drive-thru. imagine having access to education allover the place, and still choosing to be a loser. This is literally the 3rd times I've come here and it's cash only so I just pulled around and went to Rallys meet door. Last time I was actually able to eat here they screwed up half my food and I ended up throwing it away. This place seems like nothing but irresponsible kids working and looking for any way to get out of doing actual work. There's simply no way your credit card machines are down for almost 3 months. Literally the worst location next to the one in Brook Park. Don't give them your hard earned money, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that cares about the customers and quality of food they put out because this 100% isn't it. I went there around 10pm on 2/22/2026. When I got there, no one greeted me or told me it would be a minute before they could take my order. You know, the usual "Hi welcome to taco bell I will be right with you". I waited about 10-15mins. During that time people behind me were backing out of line and leaving. Someone finally came to the speaker but it wasn't a greet, it was a "Uh is someone at the window?" They then told me that it is cash only because no one there has enough sense to put up a sign stating so and the employees are to lazy to greet people and let them know about the cash only before someone spends 10-15mins waiting. This place is consistently bad. Every time I go there the service is bad. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Taco bell in Lakewood on Detroit Ave, which is what I did. I’m writing this because this has officially become a pattern rather than a one-off fluke. It is Sunday at 8:00 PM—hardly the middle of the night—and once again, this location is "only accepting pickup orders." What exactly is the point of a fast-food establishment if you can't actually order food on-site? This isn’t the first time we’ve run into this issue here. It’s incredibly disappointing to drive all the way out only to be told the lobby and drive-thru are essentially closed to anyone who didn't plan thirty minutes ahead on an app.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I got there placed an order at 9 30. Was patient for about 30 minutes, then everybody that placed their order before me, got their orders. Honestly this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The dude at the speaker was rude and when I got the food home.. The refried beans were dry and crusty, and my taco shell was so stale it had that “been in the pantry too long” scent and taste. My pepsi was almost entirely sparkling water. Now as I write this review, my stomach hurts. I wouldn’t go back to this location if someone paid me. The girl that was being trained was very nice. She was the only positive part of the experience.

I don't know why continue to think that every time I come to this location that it will be different but it isn't. The service is absolutely slow no matter the time of day. The staff does not care and the management would rather make fun of you for the sports team you like than actually help the staff all while having his kids in this restaurant. This location has seriously become the worst location in Cleveland and that's saying something.

Not sure I have ever experienced a more disgusting excuse for a fast food establishment. 30 minutes in the line and wasnt even busy took an additional ten minutes after paying to get food several items left out of our order manager talking on cell phone not one hello, sorry it took so long, or any bit of communication or friendliness whatsover. The fact that anyone there has a job is completely unbelievable

I tried ordering breakfast at 9 am , and they said they can't make the order because of the shortage of workers. So I had to cancel the order . The reason for the one star is due to the extremely long wait time I experienced at lunch time, when there was only 3 cars in front of me. Management needs to hire more workers , to make this location efficient enough to make timely food. If I go to a different Taco Bell in a different city , the food is better , and it is served in a timely manner. I bet you this location has constant business so why not hire more people? I blame this on poor management.

Number 1 don’t get me started on the new management, absolutely creepy. The man came up to the window (in the middle of rush hour) and was asking if I wanted a job and was being very creepy staring at my (you know..) And while he is standing there keep asking me and trying to convince me after I had already said no TWICE! And I had already been sitting there for 8 minutes (at that point he was talking for like 5 minutes, so going on 15 minutes) waiting for my food. Worst experience. I feel bad for the employees left in there alone, looked like the two men (not the weird manager) was doing everything by their selves and that’s not okay, this taco bell is one of the busiest so for them to be working without help is crazy. Which is onto my next point, it was absolutely disgusting in there, dirty everywhere, food on the ground, Drinks spilled by the drive thru, we could see right in the store from our car, so imagine what the back looks like. Disgusting! The drive thru girl was rude and acted like me ordering was bothering her “peace” lol. I would NOT recommend this place at all, the old management was way better, from the old managers to the crew, i’ve been coming here for years and I don’t know what happened, the people used to be so nice and it was clean everytime I used to come. Now the doors are locked at 4pm and there’s 17 cars in line. Smh. They are overworked and underpaid.

The line takes forever, the food is wrong consistently and their lights are off in the parking lot, which makes it really dangerous at night. They refuse to give sauces, try to say it's in the bag when it's not. Horrible service! Horrible restaurant!
