i love dining here ! so many options it’s always hard for me to choose. i’m always excited to try new things on the menu. the drinks are immaculate, atmosphere is lovely, no harsh annoying lighting & the food is delicious each & every time. the service is very pleasant, most especially melissa & gavin <3 very sweet & they know the answer to every question i have. the nicest & most helpful bartenders, amber & tyler always provide excellent service ! amazing experience each time.

This place is amazing such a large variety on the menu. I can ensure you that no matter what you're in the mood for there's something on the menu for you. (even if your on a diet!) I love how they have an enlightened menu section that offers healthier & lower-calorie options :) and I also love that on the website they have pictures of every meal & all of the nutritions and calories listed as well as details. So you really know what you're getting. I tried at least three different meals from BJ's Brewery and they have all been delicious my favorite is from the enlightened menu the Barbacoa pita tacos I'm literally obsessed with them! I'll be back for them again definitely! They also have a very nice variety of alcoholic beverages. I love the cocktails there's also a calorie listing for the drinks to which is perfect. [The setting in the restaurant is very relaxed.] And the staff are very nice and helpful. The waitress that we had at our table was lovely she did everything in her power to make sure everything was absolutely perfect & to our liking.... even though it was pretty busy and she had her hands full she did such a good job! .... Oh yeah & the pizookie is yummy I love the pick 2 flavors option because I'm super indecisive. 🤣

The prime rib was perfect. Juicy and tender with a great seasoned crust. I couldn't finish the whole meal. The salted caramel pizookie was hot and gooey with ice cream in the middle. A truly monumental ending to a great meal. Portions are moderate, making it a bit expensive for what you get in volume of food. Full bar service.

Michael at the North Olmsted Ohio BJ’s was friendly, very cordial, knowledgeable and took time to visit as we asked of his future endeavors and where he sees himself in the future. Extremely nice young man. Food was also good. My sister and I were here to celebrate our 83rd and 75th

Shoutout to Mike!!!!!!! He’s served me a couple times here. Incredible man, food is just as incredible and I really enjoy the overall theme of this restaurant. I come here every now and then to treat myself to supper. Pizookies here are wonderful. Thank you Mike, you’re the best.

Stopped in tonight. Melissa was great. Made a suggestion, jambalaya for me. It was so good. Wife had boneless wings. Got the pizookie thing for desert, wow! This will be our go to place.

Michael was our server and he was absolutely amazing. We came in with a larger party, and we came at staggered times and he was super accommodating and served each new member of the party quickly. He was pleasant and funny, would definitely come back to see him!

The food was delicious and our server, Karen, was AMAZING. She was handled a situation behind our table with such professionalism and was incredible patience with them. Huge should our to her!

This was my first time to BJ's Restaurant, their vegetarian options were so fun! I really enjoyed the avocado egg rolls and the veggies power bowl. Liz was our server and she was the best! She helped our table to sign up for the rewards thing and made excellent suggestions on meals 🙂

Really good meal deal, I got the chicken and mashed potatoes and it came with a pizookie. Micheal was my server and he did a phenomenal job. Constantly checking in and giving refills, and great customer service. Over all super satisfied.

BJs is one of the better chain restaurants out there. Menu is good. ( I really like the Parmesan crusted Chicken) and service has always been good. This time we had Rhea as our server and she was great and very helpful in dealing with a food allergy, making sure everything. Was good to go. We will be back

I recently dined at BJ's and had the pleasure of being served by Mark. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive and friendly. He made excellent recommendations from the menu, and his timing was perfect—always checking in without being intrusive. When we had a small issue with one of the dishes, he handled it with grace and professionalism, quickly resolving the problem to our satisfaction. Overall, Mark provided exceptional service that truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend him and will definitely be back!

Had a really good experience here, thanks to Zaid. He was awesome!! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and on top of everything without hovering. He gave great suggestions and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. Definitely made the experience better. We would love to have him as our server again.

The young lady we had take care of us was great. Brooke never batted an eye at the size of our group but never missed a beat. That was my first time to go to the restaurant and I would definitely go back.

Casandra you know who this is and you deserve this review more than anyone! Had the best experience with our wonderful server Cassandra her attitude was so positive and she was lovely to meet. It was our first time visiting and we will be back for yummy eats and good service! Thank you bjs!!!!

Cassandra was so littt!!!! She was such a great server and the food was phenomenal. It was our first time visiting and it was amazing and we left with very full belly’s. Her service very fast and efficient. It was definitely a pleasure visiting and worth the trip!!!!

Went with husband for a date night. He wanted wings. Unfortunately on Saturday at 5:45 pm they were out of them. So he got a small pepperoni pizza. He said it was good. I had the prime rib dinner.(please mind the pic as I forgot to take it when it was served)It comes with salad, two additional sides and a dessert pizookie. I ordered another salad as a side and my husband ate that. I'm wondering how well they clean their lettuce as some of the pieces tasted like dirt. I did like the prime rib and it was cooked perfectly. However, the au just was like straight grease...wasn't stirred or something. Instead I used the horseradish. Baked potato was good and the pizookie was delicious. The picture of it doesn't look so good as I opted for chocolate ice cream. Our server, Nicki, was very nice and very good. We would go back and try again for those wings.

Had a delightful dinner. The food was prepared quickly and tasted delicious. The waitress Melissa was very attentive and took care of myself and daughter very well, the staff was welcoming and courteous. It wasn't too packed of the time I went and was easy to find seating. There is outdoor or indoor dining. If you're looking for a good time I suggest stopping in for a bite! 🥂

Solid 4 stars. Deep dish nachos are a must. Salads are pretty good, my wife didn't like the ziti all that much. Pasta just tasted too much like it was from a box. The cinnamon roll pazooki was so good though!

Surprisingly good for a chain. We walked in with a party of seven on a Saturday evening and were seated within 10 minutes. The service was excellent even though the place was packed. Really nice selection of their own brews and ciders. They really do a good job loudly celebrating birthdays!! The fresh baked huge cookie with ice cream is amazing. Looks like they offer a good food and drink happy hour.

The burger was good. One comment would be the bun. Its why I didn’t give it a 5. It’s kind of airy if that makes sense. When you get a good bun it kinda sticks to the roof of your mouth or it’s grilled such that it adds flavor. This one was like it was just taken straight out of the bag. Pizzookie is always good. It was half price so you couldn’t go wrong. What I don’t have a picture of is the potstickers. Those were good too. So overall a good meal, not great. Service was awesome though. Antonette was very nice and responsive.

This place was delicious! I would suggest to look at the menu prior to arriving because there is so much to choose from. They manage to make all of it very well though! Our table had a bunch of different foods and we all were pleased with our decisions. We wanted to come back the next day so we could try something else! Definitely worth the trip and worth the money. Our server was very nice and gave his opinion on what he liked the most! It definitely helped narrow down the options! I can't wait to go back again. I feel like I still need to look at the menu to try and find something! They literally have something for everyone! Whether you're watching what you eat or don't eat meat....the options are endless and you WILL find something to make you happy!

Yeah we had a great time tonight waiter really didn't show much care that we were there took half the plates off the table and left the other half there for another 10 minutes but overall we love the place

Wings were excellent. Wife liked her calamari... only suggestion find a creative seasoning for the rice sticks... Michael E gave excellent service

We waited twenty minutes, which in strip mall time means a delightful tour of humanity and an ill conceived trip through Macy's. The place was packed, loud enough to feel alive but quiet enough to still hear ourselves being clever and funny. The food was solid, the beer was better. I mean no one’s writing poetry about it, but then I'm not sure I've ever felt like writing poetry about a meal. Or writing poetry in general. Just the idea of rhyming couplets is a giant no thanks from this guy. Anywho.. prices were reasonable, the staff was intensely cheerful, and honestly, by the end I was ready to high five our waiter, if I was the type of person to display affection.. which I am not. Overall 4 out of 5: would wait among the Sweets and Geeks crowd again.

Three was a group of 3, our waiter Angel was ok at first until one of group only wanted to order a drink and he couldn't get it right. Greg had to repeat himself 3x until Angel understood. Crown on the rocks is simple with a small glass of cola. 2 of us ordered food which was brought out on time, but after that we couldn't find Angel. I wanted to order a sandwich to go for my girlfriend. Finally I spotted him at the take out window chatting up a girl worker so I asked a waitress to get him for me. Food was good, maybe we'll go back.

The "deep dish" pizzas aren't deep dish. They're not even Detroit-style. They just have a ton of bread and like 1" thick, dry crust, with way too little cheese and sauce. What little sauce there is gets absorbed by all the bread. I won't be ordering this again, which is a shame because the photos looked so good. I was disappointed even with it being half off, but $25 for that is a complete ripoff. The pizookies are good though.

I ordered a drink , the tipsy snow man and the waiter took it away before I was even done drinking it!!! I only had 5 sips and I did not even get to eat the marshmallow!! WHY WAS HE IS SUCH A RUSH TO TAKE SOMETHING I WAS NOT FINISHED WITH! And he did not even ASK ME!!! So I paid for a drink that I did not get to enjoy fully and I rarely drink so I did not even get a buzz!! PLEASE TELL YOUR STAFF TO NOT TAKE DRINKS AWAY OR ANYTHING WITH OUT ASKING IF THEY ARE FINISHED! AALSO WAY TOO MUCH ICE! More Ice than drink is ridiculous and makes a holiday drink kind of a scam!

BJs used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The menu always changes and my favorite things keep coming off the menu, which is disappointing. However, that isn’t the reason for the poor review. As far as the food, we asked for well done on the sliders for the appetizer and then again for the All American burger…both were pink. We were never given the opportunity to bring this up, because we were never asked about how everything is. My salmon was a little salty but still edible. Not going into much detail about the food and didn’t take any pics. Because of the burger situation though, we ended up taking our food to go so we could eat together instead of me eating my meal, while my significant other couldn’t. I realize today was Valentine’s Day so I can understand it was a busy day. I don’t expect much but still feel as a customer, if you want me to give you a decent tip, give decent service. When I was going to ask for a box due to the sliders being pink, I said “Excuse me Ma’am” to my server. She turned around and said, “What?” pretty rudely. I can tell she caught herself and somewhat corrected herself but it was too late, when I noticed this. Maybe she was having a bad day but it really set off how our service was going to be. For the to go box for the burgers, my significant other went to get it from another server instead of us asking for the server. Now, because of this service, I didn’t even wait to get my military discount because I was so ready to go and just paid on-line instead of waiting any longer for the bill. We started to get up and leave, when we were asked if we wanted dessert, which we declined. However, the worse part was this server stopped us before we were leaving thinking we didn’t pay. At this point, I feel she served us the way she did and pulled this crap at the end because of my significant other being black. She loss out on a decent tip because if we would have gotten decent service, I normally give the money that I would have gotten on the military discount along with the regular tip to the server. She was lucky she got a tip at all!!! Won’t be going back anymore. Again, maybe it was the holiday and it being busy but I just don’t feel that way in the end.

Ordered this salad and it’s essentially a kid menu sized salad. This small salad should not be $20. It’s the size of my fork and my hand. You get a small 2oz. Cup of dressing to go with it. I’ve had far better salads that were $20, bigger with an actual full size chicken breast filet not a portion of one. Maybe where I went wrong was ordering it from a brewhouse.

Went for lunch today food was good. Ordered the specialty drink in the bath tub! Beware they want to sell you the drink but I asked at the time I ordered the drink If I could buy the tub server said oaky. Drink comes to table and was told at that time this is the last on and we cannot sell it. Funny this very same encounter happened in the summer. Manager basically stated cannot sell them because people are stealing them. But you sure did not tell me that before I ordered the drink. Terrible practice very deceiving. I stated you could just remove the option to buy the tub and people would know. Beware

Very disappointed. Been eating there for a couple years regularly and tonight not so good. Reserved a table a week ago for 7 people and our table was in back corner literally in a corner by kitchen but was a 6 person table. Very uncomfortable and cramped. . Also 1 of us ordered simple American burger and was given plain cold smash burger and cold mashed potatoes. Manager comped the burger of course but not very apologetic. Very disappointed 😞

Tried this place for the first time last night; very overpriced for the meal. Had to send the salad back twice because it was wrong. Had to send back my husband’s drink because something was floating in it (looked like the straw wrapper). Gentleman sitting next to me had to send his pizza back, too. Servers were nice but the food wasn’t. Poor quality control - would not recommend.

The Nashville hot boneless chicken wings were really bad. You’d be better off going to canes. No flavor. They didn’t add any sauce. For $17 too? Dang man that’s sad

Ordered prime rib dinner. Missing the ice cream, Au jus dip, horse radish sauce, half of the soup, and utensils. I did go back in for the ice cream because that was one thing I noticed was missing by first glance. Very disappointing. Last time they forgot the chowder. Attached is the half of soup that I received.

I visited tonight with an old friend, I’d like to share my meal w Google Review. Yes I did speak to a Manager, yes the Manager took off my meal, yes I was offered a free dessert. ( Oreo cookie w ice cream) I have no complaints for the server or Manager. My complaint is regarding the food & who prepared it! Food / Presentation, not a happy camper, do better.

If u have allergies becareful. They make u feel like ur the problem and u are inconviencing them. There manager is just as rude and make u feel like he is doing u a favor by accommodating u. And points out how he had to help in the past. Allergies in food is real and can kill people when people go out to eat we want to be treated like everyone else . Don't disrespect us and show us kindness

Where do I start. My Wife & I made reservations & noted that this was a special occasion (anniversary). Upon our arrival, the "greeters" up front barely "greeted" us before escorting us to our tiny booth without another word (enjoy your meal etc). Our wait person was obviously busy but was kind, courteous, & attentive when he eventually came around. We both ordered the Fish & Chips and let me just say, I've been a Professional Chef for many years & I would have been completely embarrassed if I sent out what we both received! Fish was over-breaded, over-cooked & menu made no mention of what type of fish they were using. Either they overcooked the fish or the fat in their fryer needed to be changed. When our plates arrived. The server just set them down & walked away without asking if we needed anything else & had to wait for our waiter to eventually roll around once again so my Wife could get some Ketchup! They sure were prompt with the check....having made no mention whatsoever of our anniversary! We should have sent our entrees back but we didn't want to make a fuss but, in hindsight, like I said, I've worked in this industry & I would be completely embarrassed overall.

The food was really disappointing, even though the menu made everything look appetizing. We ordered a steak salad and wings, but neither dish was touched because they tasted so bad. Our server was friendly and tried to help us, but the management was lacking. While he did give us a refund, he seemed indifferent to the fact that we had brought our family out for dinner and left feeling hungry. His careless attitude made it seem like we were the problem, which was frustrating. If the manager acts like that, it raises concerns about the kitchen staff and their quality. It’s hard to believe someone like him was hired, assuming there were no better options available. I sure hope Karen is Appreciated, to have such awful manger and still work there, much respect to her! Thanks for being you!

Yesterday evening we had gone there after moving all day. We wanted to relax and enjoy our meal. We were quoted 20-25 minutes but waited 45. Which was fine because they were busy no big deal. Our food took a bit also, which again no big deal. What their issue was is that they had sat us where they were going to put a large party (not our fault might I add). The issue was with the mangers. They had pulled our waiter to the side to talk to him by our table and male manger seemed very upset that we had order dessert because they need our table. Never addressing us or anything but talking loud enough for us to hear. Then the other manager kept rolling her eyes at us. They kept circling our table making all of us uncomfortable. They kept looking over at us, watching us. Then as we were leaving the female manger was talking to the large party blaming us for this issue. It was not our fault at all. We are paying customers also. You sat us. You never asked us to move. We would have if you did. Instead you made us feel rushed and uncomfortable making this one of the worst experience ever. I just know those mangers are blaming everyone and not taking accountability. I’m so sorry I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner and relax a bit but instead we felt like we were a burden. Our waiter was amazing though and I feel bad that he works for people like that.
