WOW! All I gotta say! The atmosphere was awesome. Service (Jaricy) was phenomenal! Would definitely ask for her every time I come here! The food AND cocktails were FRESH and delicious!! Can't wait to come back!!

Second time visit was great. Good service, great food. Learned how to do the menu. Which made for much better portions. Great time for my son's birthday dinner. Small portions but I believe that is the nature of this type of restaurant. Food was good. We had one problem and it was taken care of quickly. Be prepared to order several dishes to create your meal. That makes sharing fun. Cost is on the high side for portion size.

We got delivery but next time we’ll definitely go to the restaurant as it looks like it has a really great vibe. The food was all delicious and the vegan maki was especially unique with all its various combinations. A little pricey but worth the experience! Recently visited with my husband for date night and had a lovely time. After ordering drinks we started off with the Mango Crab Rangoon for starters. For our main meal I ordered Lettuce Wraps and the Tatki Maki Sushi and Hubby chose the Spicy Tako and Lion King. My absolute favorite was the lettuce wraps — OMGGGG. The presentation was super cute and they tasted so good!! Everything was absolutely amazing. We didn’t make any modifications to the dishes and all of the flavors married well with one another.

It is always a great time here. We travel from an hour away to eat here. The vegan/vegetarian options are amazing and the whole table will get them, even if they eat meat! The drinks are delicious. We have tried several appetizers and have loved every single one. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the items on the menu honestly. The staff are professional, kind, and attentive. 🩵

Awesome atmosphere and service. Our waiter was so welcoming, helpful and attentive. I was in love with the decor. The origami decor hanging from the ceilings were so cool. Shin Godzilla posters throughout was the best. Old Japanese commercials were hilarious, but a nice touch to the space. The bar looked amazing with a decent option of drinks. We had a large party of 13 co-workers. We got the sake flights, beers, assorted sashimi, a few appetizers, sushi and nigiri. All the fish was delicious and very fresh. Uni nigiri was fresh and delicious. I just wish they had a chef sashimi plate option, it would have been ideal. Love the cloudy option Sake those were sooo good. Will definitely plan to get those again if I ever come back to the area. The stand out was the black ink tuna sashimi. It was different and amazing. 5/5

Went here for Valentine’s Day dinner and it was just fabulous! Loved the mango crab Rangoons and their happy hour sushi menu! All their sushi (raw and cooked) rolls are amazing, but their vegan sushi options were a tantalizing delight and are absolutely delicious. Craving for more.

The food and drinks were great - I got the Hawaiian roll and the coconut crab soup! I definitely will be back - prices are a little high but it's a popular area so it is what it is. My husband got two sushi rolls and I got a roll and soup and we each got a cocktail and it was around $75 before tip.

We love this place, best sushi in that specific area. Can be real hit or miss with some items, but the staff is very helpful if you're not sure. The items they do well are amazing. I love the cucumber water.

OMG this is literally the BEST SUSHI you'll ever have. I have tried Blue Sushi in Kansas so I was already entering with high expectations & this place did not disappoint. I visited with a friend & we had the calamari, 2 different kinds of vegan sushi (one with mushrooms and the other with vegan tuna, shrimp called as "hot night") & non alcoholic drinks. Everything was absolutely mind-blowing!! If no one told me that I was having vegan sushi, I swear I wouldn't even be able to tell the difference. Yes, I'd know it's not shrimp or tuna but I'd certainly think it's a different variety of fish I'm having!!! The flavors & texture were spot on. Also, the sushi itself was rolled just the way it should with thin layers of rice & flavorful fillings, cut into bite sized pieces unlike most other Americanized sushi places that create this gigantic sushi pieces with thick layers of rice that you can't even pick up or put into your mouth & simply drenched in sauces but zero flavors inside. Extremely happy with my experience & highly recommend it!!

This place is awesome. The food is great and they even tell you the sourcing of the fish on the menu, which for nutrition junkies like me is awesome. The food was so good and the atmosphere was really laid back, despite how chic the food looked. Great drink options too. Staff was very attentive.

This was a very nice place to visit. The atmosphere was was very formal. Definitely for upper class but the prices were actually pretty reasonable. The service was very nice and knowledgeable. He asked if we been here before witch I haven't and he gave me a run down of the menu. I liked that they had alot of vegan options since I'm vegan. Both my rolls and my miso was delicious and very flavorful. I could tell the miso was fresh. They had a big saki selection with I love trying new saki. This is a nice place to bring a important date. I liked the sealing decore. I would come here again but only for special occasions. I also like that they had Daly specials. If you have the money to spend I recommend giving this place a try if you like sushi 🍣

I've commented before about how wonderful this place is, but I could never say it enough! This is one of the top sushi places we have ever been to. Wonderful food, great atmosphere, and WONDERFUL staff! This place is a must go for sushi!!

I love Blue!!! Their vegan menu is huge, varied, and delicious! Love the fun non-alcoholic drinks like the coco refresher and their delicious selection of hot teas. I usually get an app or two and a vegan roll (or two 😏) it's a huge amount of food for a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and attentive and the vibe is so fun!

I have been here many times even though I live about 40 minutes away and I can say that this place is absolutely amazing for sure. Very unique rolls and sashimi and the fish definitely is always fresh and delicious. Miso and seaweed salad are definitely some of the best.

Picked up sushi around noon on Valentine’s Day and despite the fact they forgot to put my order in the hostess was incredibly kind and comped my order! Amazing vegetarian sushi as well

Amazing, amazing, amazing! The quality and quantity of fish by far the best we have had in Columbus! Everyone is so kind and took amazing care of us! We had the privilege of being served by Bleu and the manager Tyler! Amazing people ❤️❤️

They really do have the best sushi. Tastes fresh. The flavor is always there and there happy hour is off the charts. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in CLE

We had Maxwell as our server and we had our 3 yo daughter with us. He was so kind and made it feel like it wasn't a huge inconvenience to have a child with us. Service was fast and quick and everything we had was amazing. The crab ragoon and lettuce wraps were 2 of our favorites!

Great deals for their happy hour, with plenty of vegetarian options. We particularly like the cowgirl even though it's not your typical flavor pallette of sushi. Miso soup is great. Service is always timely and polite. Online orders for pickup I believe now also get happy hour discount which is great (but don't quote me, just saw a sign last time I was in).

My daughter and I went for the vegan sushi. There was so much to try and everything was delicious! We loved the cowgirl roll and the Thai basil roll, as well as the charred edamame! Very nice atmosphere and friendly service as well, with a great selection of refreshing drinks and teas.

Only 1 unsanitary complaint. Food and atmosphere as well as pricing are amazing! PLEASE advise servers/bar tenders to STOP placing open straws in the drinks for customers! This is the most unsanitary thing ever! Servers touch pens, doors, plates, money and a sleu of other things then they touch the straws that someone puts their lips on....DISGUSTING! EITHER BRING THE STRAWS ON NAPKINS OR INVEST IN INDIVIDUALLY PACKAGED STRAWS! I DO NOT WANT MY SERVER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER TOUCHING THE TIP OF THE STRAW I WILL BE PLACING IN MY MOUTH!

I'm so glad we got to try this! The staff was friendly, the food was amazing and came out quickly, and I didn't have a hard time hearing my friends at the table. I would recommend if you have a large party (8-10 or more) make a reservation because there might be a chance of a wait. Amazing place and I will be coming in again!

Very nice environment and service. The niguiris we tried were very good. Vegan makis: spicy kaluna crunch was nice. Vegan Philadelphia was alright, nothing that some additives can't fix. Truffle Salmon sashimi is strongly recommended. Seared sake Toro niguiris as well. Overall it was a good experience. Very good menu selection. Would come back to try other rolls and niguiris.

I'm not the biggest fan of sushi, but I'd go back to this place anytime. The food, service, atmosphere and interior were all top notch. Oh and happy hour is all day on Sundays with a massive list of options.

Friendly staff. We went for lunch so I can't speak for the full dinner menu but there were plenty of options regardless. The sushi was very tasty. I liked the shrimp tempura roll while my wife and daughter that thought the 'Hotel Cali' was to die for. They need to step up the drink refills....and pepsi ? Really..... ?: /

The food was pretty decent. I took my work team here for dinner. Everyone enjoyed it. However our food came out in waves. So while some people have their food others were waiting. They brought out some cook dishes while we waited for the cold sushi dishes. It was pretty bad. Really didn't care for our service. The table next to us got all their food at the same time so it was kind of strange. I probably would not go here again. But it was okay. Update: Obviously didn't read my review.

This is my first time to a sushi bar so I might be a little harsh on this one. My taki tuna was very good but it was very small. My salmon recommended to me by the server was blah. There was no flavor to it there was no pepper there was no salt there was no nothing it was served on this bed of seaweed and ice if there was supposed to be any flavor it was removed. Considering it was $16 for four tiny slivers I was very disappointed. My cocky tuna while tasty was also $16 for five slivers The total weight of it must have been 3 oz. Very insulting for the price I know times used to be tough but this is absolutely ridiculous The atmosphere is fantastic our server was a absolute delight but I certainly would never go here again not at these prices

I’ve always loved blue sushi and I regularly order take out from them all the time and my dining experience tonight proved I should’ve just stuck to takeout. Service was nothing special, very mid. The sushi is always up to my standards as well, but this time the sashimi was extremely thin and small. I pointed it out to the waiter and showed her my pictures of what it usually looks like when I order takeout, and she just said they’re improperly sliced and they’re supposed to be very thin. But I looked at the photos in the reviews of other customers, and they’re for sure a lot noticeably bigger than what was put on my table. I’ve been to expensive sushi places like Nobu, and I get better pieces than that for the SAME PRICE. I was shocked when it was put on the table. I mean for almost 20$, I got five little pieces of salmon smaller than my pinky. It’s just insulting to be serving this to customers, and I’m disappointed because I was especially excited for the sashimi. In other words, there’s just other places that will give you better portions and services in return for your money. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be dining in here again.

Trendy spot but their sushi rolls are far from authentic. First of all they used some kind of sticky rice instead of sushi rice, and then the rice is unflavored (it needs to be mixed with rice vinegar). The rolls also used cilantro as a spice which is a no no in Japanese cuisine. The price point for these rolls are quite high for the size they come in.

This restaurant is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a great waiter/waitress and other times not so much. The last time I went we did not have our drink order taken for 30 minutes so we sat even without water looking around for someone to ask for help. We eventually flagged down another waitress and she helped us but that wasnt a great experience. The food is always great, ive never had an issue with that. However, I do have an issue with most of their plates being chipped or cracked. To me, thats a health concern if things break into the food. Whoever manages this location should check their plates and cups because this has happened almost every time Ive been here. Food 5/5 Service 2/5 Atmosphere 3/5

I love this place and food is amazing however it was lunch time and not busy, service was not good.. we ordered alittle of everything, food came out and he never came back, I went up to bar to get water refill(twice) and finally again to ask for our bill .. He finally appeared at the end...Others were off to the side laughing joking around..the hostess was very nice and friendly

I’m not sure if happy hour has anything to do with the taste or the sloppiness of my order. I’ve ordered from here before and I’m disappointed. The rolls fell apart, the rice is overcooked and they don’t look appetizing or appealing. I really tried and it wasn’t as good as usual. The cucumbers were big and the VLT didn’t have any avocado just cucumbers. I don’t mind spending money on food that’s worth it. I spent $80 and it was not worth it. The miso soup was great as well the cherry bomb but that’s it.

Probably the worst sushi you can find in Cleveland. It was my first visit and I went due to the reviews and the fact that it was in Westlake. Huge mistake. The rice on nigiri was all gooey with a tiny piece of fish that didn't taste fresh. I should've left but decided to stay and eat it. A couple hours after I got home I got very sick from eating that old fish. Also why would you add dirty sliced oranges on the plate? Awful just plain awful. I wish I've never gone here. Spent $70 for sushi for one person and got 🤢

First time going to this restaurant. Waited 5 min before we saw a single employee to seat us for an 8:30 reservation. Host and hostess finally appear, sloppily dressed and not in control of the situation - as other guests were waiting forever to be seated as well. After we were seated, we literally did not see a single server for 20 minutes - not a case where we just didn’t get served, we LITERALLY did not even see a server in our section for the first of our stay. Extremely disappointed. I had very high expectations from a highly regarded restaurant and did not get a chance to even place a drink order. Not a good experience and I don’t see myself ever returning.
