It might not be the pizza you want if you are in the mood for pizzeria style pizza, but it is great for the price. The employees are friendly and it's fast!

This specific location always has good quality and employees are a lot more friendly than I’ve experienced at other locations.

Great spot to get a pizza if you have work near Domino's. I recommend ordering online.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Domino’s in Clifton Park. They followed all of my instructions very carefully and delivered on time. They even put a joke in the box when I requested it. All in all Domino’s in Clifton Park did a very good job with my order and I would recommend it to a friend.

This Domino's is AMAZING. IF I COULD GIVE IT 10 STARS I WOULD. It has become the only place i get pizza from. The food is always hot and the order gets to me early everytime. It comes down to ~$13 for 2 pizzas and its your weekly cheat food ample for 4 -5 people. This time around I changed it up with pastas instead of the pizzas as you can mix and match it. Other optional items include dessert, wings or sandwiches. This month it's been a weekly visit with a special $3 coupon that they have been giving me for each order....may be for the super bowl, there by bringing the order total to $10. With this amazing deal and my frequency of visits, I would have accumulated enough rewards for a pizza or 2 by the end of the month (I already have one pizza free).....so get ready for more yelp check-ins. The location is pretty convenient to me as I do most of my grocery shopping next door or down the street from where they are located. I love their tracker that tells me exactly when my food is ready so I can plan accordingly. My family and amazing deals are making me stay out off my loyalty to the HUT.

Always takes 20-40 minutes EVERY time... and sometimes still gets your order wrong

Not bad for Pizza. We sometimes order here and were not disappointed. But we are not very much into pizza in general.

On my visit they served us what had to be the world's tiniest wings. I have never in my life seen wings so small!!!

The service is adequate and the food is okay... but they are consistently running out of key ingredients. I have attempted to order pasta on 5 occasions and out of those they were out of pasta 4 times. They have also run out of chicken wings on occasion.

The girl on the phone insulted me and was dismissive. She said they did not and would not deliver to me (2 miles away). I ordered online and pizza arrived in 40 min and everything was dominos. Only order from here if you are starving, it is late night, and no one can drive.

They stopped serving salad the store and its stagg are great. Its Domino's as a company I have a problem with. They still have the salad sign up but they took it off of the menu. The problem I have they failed to give any advance notice ans just thought so low of their c Customers they did not feal they should Know. I buy at least 6 salads a week so now I will buy nothing and tell everyone I know that this company cares nothing about their customers!

Poor order oversight. They often get the order wrong. Over half the time I ordered wings they only gave me half the number of sauces I ordered. Tonight I ordered wings with 10 sauces and got only 5 sauces. I also ordered a pizza and got a plain cheese pizza which wasn't the type of pizza I ordered. I will just order from Pizza hut from now on.

Placed my order online and it was ready in record time. I selected contactless delivery, and asked for them to bring it to my car and place it on my backseat. I go to pick it up, let them know I was there and proceed to wait 15 minutes and needing to go inside and wait for them to go find it. Unimpressed to say the least.

This place may have alright food, but I don't like getting ripped off for dipping packets... Especially when I have a decent order in... I could understand someone asking for a handful of free hot sauce or something, but they won't even give you a couple packets they charge you 75 cents each, when I ordered something that should include it.. Not impressed. Ordered online for carside pickup at the Half moon location. I was instructed to tap "I'm here" on the order confirmation & turn hazard lights on upon arrival. We sat for a couple minutes then had to go in & ask for our pizza. We walked in & the girl behind the counter had her mask under her nose. She quickly pushed it up when she saw us. Our pizza was just sitting on a counter. I used carside pick up so I wouldn't have to bring my son in. I had to be somewhere shortly after & almost didn't make it.

Ordered 35 dollars worth of food around 8pm last night (7-4-2013), waited over an hour, when I called, was told that the driver couldn't get to be because of traffic, so they canceled my order. I don't know who owns this franchise, but I live less than five miles from the business. if you don't want to make money, than close up shop. don't waste mine time, or that of any of your other sure to be short-lived customer's. -Andrew Naylor

I ordered a pizza with green peppers onions and roasted red peppers. I got home and their is black olives on my pizza instead of red peppers. The other night I wasn't sure if my husband ordered a pizza or if I needed to as we were both not home. Couldn't reach my husband so when I called Dominos I asked if they had an ordered already called in for us. The woman said no, so I ordered. I picked up on my way home from work. As I was talking to my husband when I got home he told me he ordered the pizza also. I explained she said there was no order and never a question when I got there to pick it up. We ate and later went to bed. At 11:15 PM, yes 11:15 PM my husband's phone rang. It was DOMINOS! Yhe guy on the other end said ...YEAH, this is Dominos , are you going to come and get your pizza tonight?! My husband said I think you guys made a mistake, we had our pizza and told them how his wife called and the lady said there wasn't an order and the rest of the story. The next morning I called the 800 customer service center. They relay the complaint to the store owner. I never received a call back so I called Clifton Park/Halfmoon store directly. Well, the owner was there. He was extremely rude and said he received the complaint and was looking into it. He said there wasn't a phone record from my number the night before. I read him the exact number and time and call length from my phone. He said his staff knew NOTHING about it and there wasn't any left over pizzas last night. We were literally harassed at 11:15 PM at night over a mistake on their end from 8:15 PM. I will never ever go to this place again. Shame on the order and his staff for acting in such a manner.

Website was easy enough. Delivery was punctual. Delivery driver forgot my credit slip and asked me if I wanted to tip... I always tip the driver but it was a little awkward being asked. The food I received was what I ordered. Pizza was significantly overdone, crust was black. Chicken was very good, satisfactory. Desert I ordered was also very good. Bread sticks were pretty disappointing. It doesnt say in the description of the bread sticks or show in the picture that the bread sticks are just a pizza crust with garlic powder and parmesan on it. The bread sticks were extremely bland and chewie. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience by any means but it was not great either.

DO NOT ORDER SPECIALITY PIZZAS!! I didn't look at price beforehand which was my fault but I never thought in a million years Domino's really thought they could ever charge $20 a pizza! Completely got ripped off, not worth it at all and will never order there again. Way better, real pizza places don't charge that! Who do they think they are.. It's laughable. Horrible The manager was so rude and disrespectful. He hang up the phone without letting me know how long my food my be. He talked about as I left the store .but there was one staff member who was very helpful the pizza pie maker she was very understanding and explained the coupon I had.

"You know how to take an order, but not how to keep an order." 5 minutes after placing a large delivery order, I get a call informing me that they 1. don't deliver to my address, and 2. they won't meet me to complete the delivery. Instead of the manager making the call, they had a subordinate make the call, while dictating in the background. Disappointed that they chose to cancel an order instead of filling it.

Ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots. The only aspect they got right was the knots and dough! No sauce on either pizza and they got the toppings wrong on both! Sadly I changed from the latham location due to too many issues there. Guess I need to find a reliable new pizza place. Sad to let go... They use to be a great place and I use to order from them a lot. Best of luck, hope someday things can get back to good business.

The person behind desk was HORRIBLE !! Just HORRIBLE!! (FYI i never use upper case font unless necessary). Tracker showed pizza was ready but was not, he made us wait for 20 minutes. While we were there another customer came in complaining they got wrong order. A different customer came in, waited 10 mintues but was not helped or asked for order and left without a pizza. There was a utter lack of hygiene, he was wiping hands down his gown and did not even considering cleaning hands before preparing next pizza after using computer. I will never buy at this location nor will recommend anyone to this location. I would give negative star if possible. This store does not live upto Dominos standards.

I ATTEMPTED to order a pizza last night-12/23/15. I had a horrible day and just wanted to have a pizza and chill. I never had a Domino's so decided to try them. I called in, gave my order and then my credit card number. He told me it had been declined. Shocked, I told him to try again. He did, then said, again, it had been declined. I immediately checked my account (on-line). I was scared to death! It was fine. I ordered a "Pizza Supreme" from Pizza Hut who put the card through first time. It was not declined. How can these people make a pizza when they can't even put a card through?

I’ll attach photo there is no cheese blend no extra cheese and no bacon at all when I asked for extra!! Rude and disrespectful food worker. Don’t recommend this location anymore after this!

When we went to pick up the order I asked if they have red pepper and napkins . there were only two guys working and rude to us . They said that they don’t have anything . My friend went to ask for napkins again to get some finally … It was a really bad service! I will never go there again !

We ordered 2 medium cheeseburger pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 plain cheese pizzas. When we got our food delivered they did not give us the 2 plain cheese pizzas and we were charged 52.96 for 4 pizzas. We called the store and we were told we didn’t order 6 pizzas. Only 4 and we didn’t order the plain cheese. We asked why so much money for 4 pizzas when two were 8.99 each and two were 5.99 each. We were told that the cheeseburger pizzas were 17.98 each. ONLINE IT SAYS 8.99. The staff was rude and unprofessional and we were told that because we phoned our order in instead of using the app we had to pay full price for the specialty pizzas. I asked why we were not told about this when we asked mix and match deal. Only that the cheeseburger pizzas would be a little extra. I do not recommend this dominos. What ever happened to good customer service and try to help fix the problem. Instead she argued that we never ordered the cheese pizzas and was rude about it.

Instead of receiving assistance, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, overshadowing my excitement for the food. When we went to pick up the order I asked if they have red pepper and napkins . there were only two guys working and rude to us . They said that they don’t have anything . My friend went to ask for napkins again to get some finally … It was a really bad service! I will never go there again !

I’m writing to share my recent experience at Domino's, which was unfortunately marred by poor customer service. . When I visited the store, the counter girl was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of receiving assistance, I felt ignored and undervalued as a customer This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, overshadowing my excitement for the food. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for their staff to ensure a more positive experience for customers in the future."I had a truly unacceptable experience at Domino's that I feel compelled to share. We ordered 2 medium cheeseburger pizzas, 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 plain cheese pizzas. When we got our food delivered they did not give us the 2 plain cheese pizzas and we were charged 52.96 for 4 pizzas. We called the store and we were told we didn’t order 6 pizzas. Only 4 and we didn’t order the plain cheese. We asked why so much money for 4 pizzas when two were 8.99 each and two were 5.99 each. We were told that the cheeseburger pizzas were 17.98 each. ONLINE IT SAYS 8.99. The staff was rude and unprofessional and we were told that because we phoned our order in instead of using the app we had to pay full price for the specialty pizzas. I asked why we were not told about this when we asked mix and match deal. Only that the cheeseburger pizzas would be a little extra. I do not recommend this dominos. What ever happened to good customer service and try to help fix the problem. Instead she argued that we never ordered the cheese pizzas and was rude about it.

I ordered a pizza, salad, & dessert. Upon arrival ate salad which was still chilled. Opened pizza and discovered entire slice missing!😳 now waiting on replacement delivery..person on phone wanted to argue that person who delivered pie was same who cut it and insisted it was all there! Credit or replacement? I want my complete order the first time!
