I cannot say enough good things about today's visit. The food, the service, the ambiance... did I mention the food. Outback is not a usual place for us, in fact we haven't been there in over 8 years but wow! We have been to quite a few places since quarantine lifted and were unhappy with them all but Outback really outdid themselves. Will be regulars now for sure. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

I am visiting Albany again for the weekend and I wanted to try Outback it was great. Finally, I could eat the clam chowder soup again. I tried the blooming fried chicken it was salty it was the same as the chicken wings I tried back on Queens. The sirloin with the choice of shrimp was great juicy and tasty. If you do not like salty food I would not recommend you the chicken wings or the blooming fried. Besides that everything was good and the service as well.

Had the server Cameron and he was absolutely phenomenal. Drinks were never empty and his recommendations were perfection. The food was delicious and the service even better. If you go to this Outback make sure to request Cameron if he is working and he will make you feel like a family member is serving you.

My server, Cameron, was absolutely outstanding. It takes a lot to impress me, but I was genuinely blown away by the exceptional service he provided. I’ll definitely be back—not only for his excellent recommendations but also for his hilarious anecdotes. He’s earned himself a loyal customer.

Outback appealing to Pescatarians took me by surprise and thanks to the food, drinks, and especially the fantastic service I'm for sure returning to this location! It's been decades since I've been to an Outback but today I wanted to go somewhere nostalgic and since I was passing this one I figured I'd stop in, and I'm really glad I did!! Let's start with the bartender, Brendan, to say he has great customer attention is an understatement! I mentioned my food restrictions and he instantly let me know what to avoid and recommended some of his favorites that have now become my favorites (Peppered Ahi Tuna and Lobster Mac and Cheese for the wins!!), all while serving up my drink before I could blink. Between checking on me I saw him going table to table leaving them with laughter, this is an atmosphere I'd easily return to!! As for the food, it was delicious, the quality was fresh and it made me believe that I can enjoy my time at a steakhouse. My drinks were served up very well (and one with a shark!!) with friendly conversation. I really enjoyed my evening out and I'm glad I stopped by for a barstool meal!!!!

I’m in the area traveling for work…..missing home. All I wanted was a decent dinner without drama. What I ended up with far exceeded my expectations. From the greeters who opened the door for me, to the waiter, to the runners who brought my dinner—they all made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Genuine. Right before my dinner arrived the manager on duty, Abby stopped by my table to make sure things were ok. EVERY business NEEDS an Abby! I could have chatted with her for hours. Abby was looking for ways to make my dining experience better although I had no complaints. There’s very few managers at any business that go out of their way to identify issues and try to fix them—many run the other way even when a customer has a valid complaint. The Clifton Park team should be very proud of themselves for the exceptional service they provided me tonight. The food was great also!

Overall, the visit was great from the service to the food.

We don’t eat here often, but when we do, the food is always good and orders are correct. Usually order delivery and it’s been good too, food arrives warm, well packaged and delicious. I appreciate that they put dressings and sauces in little containers with lids so your food doesn’t get soggy. Also, bonus points for the warm brown bread with butter!

Best experience I have had thus far!! Our waitress was amazing, didn't have to ask for anything she already had it covered. Meal was cooked to perfection and I have had bad experiences in the past with my food not cooked the way I like it. The blooming onion was cooked to perfection- crunchy very well seasoned along with everything else I had with my meal!!

Friendly and attentive service with great food and drinks. Got seated right away on a Friday night. I highly suggest the Gingerbread Martini and loaded mashed potatoes side. Veggies and steak were cooked perfectly. Meat fell off the ribs, so tender.

Omg they were so efficient and kind. My daughter told them it was my birthday and they gave me a dish of ice cream then the mgr Peter was so sweet came to my table wished me a happy birthday with a birthday card with a 10 dollar gift card. Their food was out of this world! I ordered the prime rib sandwich and wow is it good! Our server also did an awesome job. The only negative was the wait time that we experienced before getting seated. It was just my wife and I, and even with a half empty restaurant, it took a good 20 minutes to get seated. I'm sure this is because of their lack of employees at the moment. Technically they did nothing wrong. It was just a long wait.

I love coming here. My server Sekina was excellent ! Everyone working tonight did a wonderful job and I got my food and drinks quickly which was nice because I had my cranky toddler with me. The food was delicious ! Everything was cooked perfectly!

Ash is the absolute best server and barkeep. 10 out of 5 stars. Awesome personality, wonderful energy, great service. My kid looks for her anytime I bring her because she said Ash is so nice. Can't beat that.

I went this evening with my family and sadly someone chocked on there food. The staff handled it very well. In my group there were first responders who helped her out and outback very kindly payed for our dinner. The food was amazing (like always)

The Bloomin’ Onion is a must-have every time – hot, crunchy petals with the perfect dip! I ordered the center-cut sirloin medium rare, and it was seasoned just right, super juicy, and full of flavor. Paired it with Aussie fries and a side salad. Portions are generous, service was quick and warm, and the atmosphere is cozy. Great value for such high-quality food. Highly recommend – this place earns every one of those 5 stars!

I took my adult son to Outback for his birthday and was pleasantly surprised with there 3 course dinner deal. I had a nice salad with vinaigrette dressing and had a humongous burger with fries for my entree,( could also have had a 6,8,or 12 oz steak) and a slice of cheesecake with raspberry drizzled over it. My son had a Porterhouse steak with a baked potato and broccoli on the side. We each had a non-alcoholic beverage and it only came to $56.00 due to my meal only costing $14.99. Our server Erin was great but surprised when I handed her $80.00 and she said she would be back with my change and I said what was left after the bill was hers. She was very happy.

The steak is always consistently high in quality and delivers amazing flavor every time. Just one bite will leave you feeling completely satisfied. The staff are always cheerful and easy to reach when needed, which makes ordering or asking for anything really convenient. They always greet you with a smile, which creates a pleasant atmosphere and makes you want to come back again. The portion sizes are surprisingly generous, and the quality is excellent for the price. I’m sure you’ll be satisfied. Other dishes are also delicious, so I highly recommend this place for family gatherings or meals with friends.

It is a wonderful taste. It is very nice that they are friendly and helpful every time I go. I don't eat pork and when I ask for details about the food I will eat, they are really helpful and if they are not sure, they ask the people in the kitchen and make sure. The taste and ambiance are very good. Make a reservation before going, it is usually full on weekends and you can wait for up to 45 minutes.

It was my first time trying The Outback. I was not at all disappointed. Amazing quality food, and super friendly staff. I loved the atmosphere, and all the neat paintings hanging on the wall made me feel like I was in Australia. Was little wait but staff was nice and also food was delicious! Food was cooked how we asked. Drinks were also good. Litte bit of a wait but not to bad when little shopping plaza next door!!!

We were seated as soon as we arrived, which was nice. Our waitress, Liz Cox, was excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, efficient, and very engaging. Once we placed our order, however, we waited for over an hour for our entrees to come, which was a very long wait, especially since we didn’t order an appetizer. It was nice that Liz stopped at our table and chatted with us when she could while we waited. Our meals were very good. I really appreciate that there are so many gluten free options on the menu, as I have to eat gluten free. We will be back again.

With the change over from college students back to highschools, the retraining process is in place. A little rough night with servers ordering tablet, food coming out not quite right, runners a little confused on what their supposed to do, and some standing around when tables need bussing. We're been here every year for the past 4 years, some nights are good, some, like tonight. It's understandable. 😊

Crikey, that's a big onion! Celebrated the so called "National Blooming Onion Day" by ordering some take out, and boy did I forget how pricy things have gotten for Outback. $30 just for an entree? Yikes. And that's before all the taxes and tip, which ended with it coming to close to $40. Surely then this Toowoomba Salmon must be pretty amazing? Well, not really. Oh sure the salmon was cook nicely and it had a delicious salmon flavor, but I've had better and I was certainly not blown away by the accompanying sauce. It was ok, but just ok, nothing to write home about. Yes the dish also comes with two sides, I ran with the asparagus and mashed potatoes, and for some reason the asparagus is considered a premium side? What? How? It's not even grilled, it was just cooked asparagus in a little butter sauce. So yeah, the price was rather exorbitant, maybe worth $26 at max for everything. Ah, but that blooming onion was fantastic! Just like I remembered, and even though it was take out edition it still retained all the fan fare and flavor. Heck, it was even bigger than I recalled and I had to shelf the rest for another day. Which is neat as the carton comes with instructions on how to properly reheat it. Very nice. Not mentioned but included was the molasses bread they serve with a bit of butter, I think it may be because it was wrapped up but the bread was a bit chewier than I recall and far more moist. Overall I was satisfied by my meal, though my wallet thinks a bit differently.

Excellent service. The bartender was amazing very friendly and attentive. We had loaded fries as appetizer which was amazing then we both got combos. I got the steak and chicken he got steak and ribs. My partners was delicious just as he expected mine on the other hand had so much pepper it was like the shaker broke I couldn't eat it, it was so spicy so I asked for another. Now my partners food is almost gone by time get my steak again well to my suprise it was under cooked and still super peppery. I love outback I eat there quiet often never had to send food back which by the way I hate hate doing. Needless to say I never ate my $22 meal because didnt want to complain there was to much pepper again. . I just said I would get my mean to go. Very suprised considering the restaurant was fairly empty. I know the food here is delicious just not last night epic fail. I still tipped bartender because he didn't make my food and he tried to make it right.

As expected for a chain restaurant. Dan, our server, was excellent. On point, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Had the Victoria filet. Cooked as ordered. Same for my dining companion.

Steaks were overcooked and over seasoned. Waitstaff did an excellent job

Beer selection is good. Plenty of TVs around the bar where I ate. Burger was good but bun was too flimsy, falls apart after one bite. Not enough waitsaff , like a lot of chain restaurants these days. Not in a hurry to get back to outback. But if you like their bloomin onion, and the 1900 calories it comes with,,,, this is why it is crowded I guess.

I'm not sure Outback Steakhouse knows what it's model is anymore. It still has some of the gimmicks of being an Australian style eatery. They have Fosters at least. Food was good enough. Not my first choice for steak. I do appreciate the staff and their efforts to make the customers happy. I would come back, but it's not choice #1 in the area. The tab was way higher than comparable restaurants.

Service was great. Meal not so much. Steak was cooked to perfection and the shrimp was grilled perfect however the baked potat was very dry(ordered with butter and sour cream only) didn’t look like the picture. Also added thee fresh asparagus. Couldn’t even eat it. It was a mess. See attached picture. Probably rethink my dinning choices when I travel.

We had a great meal, the waiter was wonderful and at the end of the meal we got dessert to go. We each decided to get a piece of carrot cake. If you've ever eaten at the Outback then you know the carrot cake is eight dollars (well $7.99), so $15.98 plus tax for 2 pieces of cake. The waiter brought out the carrot cake in "to-go" containers, and they were in a Outback bag with handles. I didn't think it was necessary to open up the bag at the table and check it before I left the restaurant, but I guess I should have. I'm not sure who was slicing the cake back in the kitchen, but we received one piece of cake, and a 1/2 a piece of cake. I reached out to Outback with an email and wasn't even worthy of a response. We love the Clifton Park Outback, and quite frequently take our dessert to go. The last couple of times we went to the restaurant though, NO DESSERT especially after this happened.

Food may or may not be good...I never got a a table. Upon entering, shortly before 4pm, I was told they were waiting on another waitress to arrive. There were 6 or 7 people ahead of me who were also waiting. Sat for around 15 minutes (now 10 minutes after 4) and not a single person was seated. No offer of a manager jumping in to seat/serve customers. No offer of the bartender to seat people at the bar. Just ended up going elsewhere.

We called and asked if they delivered they said yes. 4:25pm and 6:30 still no food. I called they tell me they use Uber to deliver and because I didn't leave a tip no one picked it up, but they did not tell me this. $44 for 2 salads and mine was made wrong w/blue cheese crumble 😞 and onions which I asked to not be on it. Also for my steak to put on the salad, it was 4 slices about 2" long and 3/4 " wide 😞. I will not order again. It was 9:40 when a driver texted me to deliver our food.

We came to Malta so we decided to take the drive over to the restaurant since we don't have a local one anymore. I called the day before and made a reservation at 5pm, which we didnt think would be necessary for a Wednesday, but didn't want to take any chances. We got there around 4:30, it was busier than I expected but not that busy, still lots of seating available. The Host was a mess. He had an attitude, he came over to the booth and we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Never got greeted other than him saying "just give me a minute" followed by a heavy sigh and kind of holding his head blocking us from his sight with his hand on his eyebrows... After his mini tantrum he just said follow me... my husband said at that point that we have a reservation. This flustered him as well. He got more irritable with that and really my husband only mentioned it so they didn't save the table and it would be open for other people. Consideration. His body language was off putting I'm not sure why he would be a host, or worse, it's possible he's management covering for a host or something. Not someone I'd want up front either way. Well, I am pretty sure he was the same person who took my reservation because that person sounded very annoyed and flustered as well. I thought it was a woman on the phone, but when we got there the voices are the same and level of attitude was the same as well. Needless to say he couldn't find the reservation so I'm guessing this guy is his own worst enemy. We got to our table and my husband sat on one side while the host was blocking my 5 yr old and I from getting into the other side. Then he was even more flustered and bothered by us.. but I couldn't go around him to get in the booth because we were by the wall... so he was literally blocking us. Then touched a couple things on the table seemingly with no purpose other than to look busy, used his hand and kinda swatted at the table as id to say "good enough" and then moved out of the way, like we were again bothering him. At this point we expected the worst. Our waiter was great. The food wasn't very good. We shared a blooming onion, cooked fine I just didnt like the flavor. My husband ordered chicken tenders with fries and a side salad. He said the tenders were awful. I ordered aussie fries, they werent the best. The fries themselves taste very good but I expected a larger portion and better toppings, because it said it's a large portion but it didn't really matter because I didnt eat them all anyway, they were lack luster. But maybe the mood was set and the food didn't taste good because we had a bad taste in our mouths before we even got seated thanks to the host.

The good (not much): service was good, attentive and friendly. The bad: food took forever to come out, I’m talking 30-40 minutes for a blooming onion. My prime rib was the worst I’ve ever had by far. It was opaque, chewy, not cooked to my liking, and flavorless. It’s almost as if they didn’t have prime rib cooked so They boiled a ribeye. I’ve never seen or had anything like it. It’s such a good cut of meat I’m not sure how you ruin it, but they did. The outside fat was seasoned but soft and chewy, not crispy like it was cooked in an oven. I would’ve sent it back but at that point we’d been there for so long and the kitchen was so slow I didn’t want to wait. I was excited to eat at an outback because I have fond memories as a kid loving it and the one near where I live is awful too. I guess my memories are wrong or the chain has gone downhill big time.

We ordered 2 meals for my wife and I. My steak was ordered medium with a warm pink center came out very rare fixable, though not that big a deal, but my wife's meal was served well under cooked chicken. When we asked to speak to the manager manager come out and Said that it was soft. It wasn't soft, it was raw undercooked chicken which could have made her very sick. The manager sounded as if she was talking from a script!! she had. No, concern for a meal being served That would have made my wife very sick. Said that she observed it and said yes it was soft She offered nothing to Compensate for this very bad meal. We did call several days later and spoke to a daytime manager who did address our concerns and she was very helpful.

Chicken was so dry and salty i couldn't eat it. Replaced it but my boyfriend was done eating at this point. And was also too salty. Felt they should have credited bill or offered something. Ruined our lunch on vacation. I didn't even bother taking it home it was so salty. Waitress was great though. My boyfriends burger was alittle dry but ok.

Too bad they say to call ahead but won’t actually put you on the wait list till you get there. What’s the point of having that if it just restarts when you get there. Editing: Also I love how Priority means seating four other parties who did the similar call ahead before us. Also the first time it took the waitress over 10 mins to come to the table and even greet us. Mind you there were maybe 5 tables including us. Watched two other servers standing around looking at the empty room and laughing.

Went there and was seated at 5pm. Unbounced to my party there was a 15 top in the building. This derailed dinner for every other patron in the restaurant for at least 45-60 minutes. We got the app and salad in pretty good time. This is where the standstill started. About 30 minutes after this the waiter confided that the kitchen was backed up due to this party. We waited almost an hour for our entrees and should have left when the app came out. The thought that a 15 top broke the kitchen was ridiculous! An hour later my husbands steak came out a was not meat looking. It looked gross! And he was informed that the baked potato he ordered was no longer available. He asked for mashed potatoes loaded. They came out very quickly but were thrown together. My entree was ok but after waiting an hour for a 6 oz filet and chicken I don’t think it was worth it. The wait staff were fine, but think that management dropped the ball. I saw the heavy set “manager” only going to tables when absolutely necessary. Our waiter was a champ and should be manager because he had better skills than she did. Probably won’t be back. Not worth the $79 bill for what we got.

Called for a reservation for my anniversary last night, it was busy when we got there and we had to wait a few minutes for a table which was understandable. Because we had a few minutes before we sat down at our table, we had already looked at the menu and put in our drinks, appetizer, and entrees in all at once in an effort to make sure we got dinner in a timely manner. Our drinks and appetizer came out very quickly- but after being at the table for 45 minutes STILL no entree and no word about the kitchen being busy or it taking longer than usual. I had asked my server to have our meals boxed up as we had both lost our appetites at this point. She said if the kitchen was playing the food they couldn’t, which is ridiculous. I’ve worked on the line in a few restaurants and that’s EASILY accommodated and not a hassle at all. I was extremely frustrated and asked to speak to a manager- she honestly didn’t do much either. She barely let me speak before saying the kitchen was behind and they were sorry before just walking away. Our server even said the couple that sat at our table last had the SAME ISSUE. People who came in after me were sat served and LEFT before I got my bag with my entrees. What a slap in the face. I will not be coming back and I will spread the word about such awful restaurant management. If your kitchen is that far behind- stop seating, OR make sure your servers communicate that.

We were a party of 4. Three of us had a great meal while the fourth's steak was ordered medium well but came out overdone like a hockey puck. She reordered it, and it came out rare. They took it back and when it came out again it was another hockey puck. The manager recommended we change the order to a hamburger, and it basically came out raw. My guess is they cooked it while frozen. At this point, we gave up and left. Other tables were having similar issues. Not sure what the problem was, but hopefully they get it fixed!

I came to this place from out of town last week. I had never been to an Outback Steakhouse, and my daughter suggested it. We got there around 5:45pm, and we got a table fairly quickly. When we sat, we overheard there was an issue with another table, and the manager was notified. Things happen, so I didn't think much of it. However, it took about a half hour before we were able to order our appetizers and dinner. We received our appetizers within about 20 mins, but our food did not come out for another hour. Within this time frame, a family of four who came after us, received their food, and was heading out when we finally received our dinner. The manager was going around asking how everything was, and stopped at 4 of the 6 tables that were occupied. We were not one of those tables. When our food came out, I asked for to-go containers because I still had a 4 hour drive home. The food was not worth it. The food was cooked to the correct temp, but when it came to the taste and the price, it was not worth it. The waitress I could tell was doing her best(being the only waitress in our section), and she received a tip. However, she did get chatty with a table she knew and was talking with them for a good 20 mins, during the time the manager was walking around. Ultimately, I just think this establishment needs more staff, and better training.

Did not at all appreciate the bar tender speaking down towards others. Very unprofessional. He seems to have a poor attitude which is not what is desired for good customer service. Makes the atmosphere quite uncomfortable. Please remove this individual. It hinders appetite

Everything we got was so ridiculously salty. It also took over an hour to get our food, and it was not busy. The "prime rib" on the sandwich I ordered was gray. I'm not surprised we both felt sick after.

I have eaten at this location MANY times I am not sure what has recently changed to this location or WHO but today’s experience was all around shit ! It’s a Saturday and they were short staffed had a short seating wait . I waited 40 minutes to get seated waited for 50 minutes for appetizer that never came while the table behind us came 20 minutes after us and got their appetizer while we were waiting and we never got a answer or explanation for why our appetizer was taken so long and we never get an answer to what happened to our food no one never came to explain or an apology

I went in to take my order from this store. I took my order. There were 3 female staff working there. I asked them a favor. I had an empty glass. I asked if I could have some ice. They just looked at me. He looked at her and she looked at him. I just wanted some ice for my empty glass. It was like I asked for the deed to the restaurant and they said they couldn't give it to me. I'm shocked. I used to go there 3-4 times a month to eat with my family, but I never go there anymore. I don't want to leave money to any business that has no compassion and conscience.

Steak I ordered was cold. Added the garlic butter to the top. Wasn't even melted. Center cut sirloin had alot of fat in it.

Update: Save your time and money. We stopped doing takeout from here and will now also stop going altogether. Served raw steak and waited about 20 mins for the server to check on us. At that time the other person at my table had already ate. Not only was I given a raw NY Strip steak, no manager came to check and I wasn't even offered a discount (I'm not the type to be afraid of medium rare, but when the steak can literally walk off my plate there's an issue). I then had to request a discount (They gave me a whole $4). This is supposed to be a steakhouse, right? So for a raw and unedible steak, poor customer service and my $4 discount I'll choose another location in clifton Park, and I hope you do too! Photo below is the very first outside cut so use your imagination to guess how the middle looked 😬 Usually decent food at this location but we ordered from here last week for take out and the order was messed up. Things were missing and incorrect but the most disappointing thing was the clam chowder. Not sure what happened but there was literally 3 bites of crowder and for the price that's unacceptable. I notified the store and never heard a word back. Make sure you check your bags before leaving because we're out about $15 for missing food and I guess no one there cares once you leave

Food was simply inedible. Ribeye steak was salty, tasteless and chewy. Burger tasted awful and Ceaser salad had more dressing than lettuce. Just terrible. That's it.

Seems like when they stumble onto good tasting entree like their pork medallions or their brief offering of meatloaf they quickly pull them front the menu. They do manage to keep the deadly blooming onion. Not a sweet mixed drink person. Bartender had no idea what a lemoncello spritz was . Go figure. Won't be back

Update: We gave this place another try....both of us had stomach upsets from the steaks. Dessert was good. Original: It's been many years since I've eaten at the outback because of the decreasing food quality but we thought we'd give it a shot... we ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta got home and there was no chicken or shrimp and the pasta was horribly overcooked however the prime rib dinner and potato with soup was good ...called manager and they gave us a refund on the bad dinner so we MAY need to give the place another shot and see how it pans out...despite the staff being very courteous the wait time was double what they said close we sat in the parking lot for 50 minutes .... pretty bad experience overall.

My husband and I ordered to go and were missing his sides. This time I didn't bother to call and tell them. We haven't order from them in years because of the food that was always missing. So I will never order from there again. Was hopping they would've gotten it together. Guess not. And the chicken that was on the sandwiches was burnt on both of them.

First time I come to this restaurant and the service was horrible. Waited about 40 minutes to get seated while the restaurant was not full. Ordered an appetizer that we waited at least 1 hour for it and never came. The table behind us sat about 25 minutes after us and were already served with their appetizer. This service is unacceptable and no training or apology was given by anyone in this place

Do not order to go. They should not even offer this option. Oil was too old for batter. Too little cheese on fries. Ridiculously small plate of mac and cheese definitely not worth 4.99 ! Their spicy sauce is 100% the Zesty sauce from Burger King and the Soy Ginger salad dressing is Wafu sesame but with extra salty soy sauce. Nothing more.

Tonight I placed a fairly large order through Uber Eats. Not my first time ordering Outback via a delivery service. But this time, wow… every single steak was severely overcooked. All the sides were wrong. Over $300 for a bunch of garbage. We ordered from here for a special occasion and I can honestly say I won’t order again.

The service was terrible so I did not eat…. I walked in, just me, and it was a little busy (maybe they’re short staffed?), the hostess stated it would be a 40-45 min wait or I could go to the bar area. Walked up and sat down at the bar. After about 4 minutes, a couple sat next me, and the bartender never acknowledged me and grabbed their drink order a few minutes later . Also followed up with 2 other patrons at the bar prior. After getting them their drinks, she completely ignored me again, and went and took another patrons order. I sat there for 10 minutes, no greeting, no acknowledgment, no service, so I just left. I understand there were about 9-10 people at the bar so maybe she felt overwhelmed, but a simple hi, I’ll be with you in a minute, would have gone a long way. I do not recommend this location.

Terrible, just terrible. Our waiter Steven was courteous and quick with what he could do but the kitchen was an absolute disaster. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to get a medium steak that came out well done. Didn’t have time to wait another hour for a second one so they credited us for that. Talked to the manager and she’s basically said that they are “ well aware” that the kitchen is basically a disaster. Longhorns it is from now on. The price difference is not worth the hassle.

Ordered our food around 5pm Receive our salads about 5 minutes later. After about half an hour our waitress came back to say they had NO sweet potatoes We changed our to regular potatoes. The after about another half hour we received our food My husband was very cold and over cooked, I ordered prime rib and got another type of steak which was well done when asked for med.rare . Got another steak which still was not prime rib. This was my birthday dinner which I so regret going there Paid over $100.00 for a meal we took most home to feed the dogs The waitress was wonderful and felt very bad about everything that was happening at the place that night.

I would strongly not recommend unless you like to wait 2 hours (after you’ve been seated) for terrible steaks. Our waiter (Luke) kept us sane throughout this experience. Offering what he could. Our food was extremely sub par. The attached photo shows two steaks both ordered medium. I am also extremely disappointed in management who intentionally avoided tables as they kept getting complaints. Rather than acting like an adult and checking up to see how their restaurant guests experience was, they were dodging them left and right, leaving these poor young waiters and waitresses on the frontlines. The food was horrible. Burger well done was medium rare. Cesar salad tasted like the lettuce had been sitting out for in dressing all night. The bread they brought out was hard on one side and mangled on the other. The heavy set guy and the bartender were just swearing the whole time. I understand it was the end of the night how ever you should be more courteous of you're a patrons. Especially after spending 8 hrs of driving you just want a good meal. Definitely not a good experience a
