I went to the Popeyes on 3500 Boston Road and used the drive-thru, which was super convenient. I ordered dark meat and ended up getting a couple of wings instead, but it was okay—they were still tasty. The parking lot was very spacious, which made things easy, and when I stepped inside, everything looked clean and well-kept. They also have a bathroom available for customers, which is definitely a plus. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience.

The food was good. However, the staff does not follow the online orders. I was missing a lot of items I chose on my online order for delivery. That is frustrating, it is not rocket science just read the order.

They displayed a complete lack of customer service and courtesy. I placed an order online that was scheduled for pickup at 3:30 PM. When I arrived, I had to wait for over an hour because of the frozen lemonade drinks included in the order. Initially, I was told it would be a 10-minute wait, which I was fine with. However, after 25 minutes with no update, I approached the cashier to check on the status. I was rudely and bluntly told, “It’s not our fault, it’s the machine.” Ten minutes later, I returned to the same cashier to request a refund for the drinks so I could leave. The cashier told me they could not issue a refund, then turned to another staff member and began laughing. I had no choice but to continue waiting until the drinks were finally given to me—without any apology or explanation. This is my second bad experience with the staff at the 3500 Boston Road location in the Bronx. Due to the repeated poor customer service, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered my food today and I use my Popeye's app a discount code for the 5-piece with two sides so the lady who claimed she was a manager is going to Tell me to come to the window and show her the code so I asked why this idiot is going to tell me that people screenshot coupon and she has to verify the code please make it make sense 🤔 happened today at 12: 00pm lunch time some chick in a black shirt who claimed to be the Manager who had an attitude and kept trying to give me red beans and rice when I ask for Cajun she's trying to tell me what want I want and some older lady with glasses and big braids came and was listening as if I'm going to hold my phone open so some chick can look at a code that went through on there computer system now I understand why this Popeyes isn't busy
10$ for chicken skin essentially I ate my “spicy tenders” in like 3 bite’s because the portions were measly… it’s almost like they’re daring you to say something about it. Smh 🤦🏾♀️ when they first opened the food was fresh and hot now their standards have fallen 🤷🏾♀️ do better management

Avoid avoid avoid. They have some nasty and rude workers at this location during the afternoon/evening shift. After ordering food, I pulled up the window and paid, then the lady asked me to reverse my car away from the window until she’s done. After I reversed my car, 2 mins later, she told me to drive back up to the window (which made no sense). She gives me my order and it is missing a side of fries, so she is rushing me to leave the window and I show her that I’m missing fries. So she tells another worker “she said she’s missing fries can you pass some fries” … Mind you, I WAS missing fries like what? Disgusting. Do not spend your money here.
The lady with the dark gray shirt that works the drive-thru is disgusting she didn't have a name tag brown skin with a ponytail she's horrible she's rude she has no customer service skills , they never have Cajun Rice and decide items are not full. Completely there is no corporate I would definitely call and complain
I went to buy popcorn shrimp today and they didn’t have any. I end up getting 3 piece tenders and a chilled lemonade it end up $9 and something in change that is ridiculous. I use to work there and I never charged anyone for that price plus the girl in the drive thru have a nasty attitude. And I had to ask for a sauce

After so many years of eating Popeyes. Today was the worse Popeye's I ever had. The rice and beans was watered down, and the apple pie was so over caked up with so much crusting of cinnonmin. I could not eat it. I will never return back to this new location again.
employee attitude sucks. a young man need to use the restroom and he asked to enter , she told him if it’s lock someone is in it. after 15 minutes, another patron had to walk up to her to ask her to check. she didn’t even knock to verify if someone was actually in the bathroom. she just unlocked the door, rolling her eyes.
Super unprofessional staff. I get that it’s a fast food job in the Bronx no less, I wouldn’t be too enthusiastic about working at Popeyes either but the staff could be just a tad polite given the fact that the customer is paying for the service it’s not a handout
The fries were cold and saggy the wings were undone. I called and an underprivileged germs hung up in my ears. Also I'm still waiting on the drinks that i ordered with my combo meals. Or my money back im gonna get my lawyer involved.

I am a DSP and I work with the mentally disabled. My consumer needed to use the restroom which was filled with feces. I asked if they would allow him to use the restroom and was told no. The female bathroom is only for staff. He is someone who is disabled and cannot hold himself. They made us wait

I'm told to proceed to next window where some guy puts his hand out to say wait. Ok waiting tic toc tic toc tic toc.... he's back at the window. I pull into parking lot and pull over to eat. First glance very tiny like a snack size for $4. Open wrap very little piece of chicken. Even less fixings. WoW both honey mustard. These people need to stop coming to work if they don't want their jobs. Sandwich was a total disappointment. You can't make up this amount of incompetence... POPEYES just quit you are going down hill fast without brakes.. I want my money back. POPEYES you robbed me without a gun!!!!

Today I walk in , walk up to the register and the cashier LITERALLY asks the person behind me what they would like to order without acknowledging me the entire time I was there , not even a greeting or a “I will be right with you” . Refused me any sauce for a 10 count chicken meal , since when was suace not included ? I’ve never heard that. I had to ask 4 times if my online order was ready and the only reason I got a response was because I had to raise my voice . As a business owner , I would never treat my own clients like this , do better , it’s embarrassing .
