It's Burger King, right? So you get a pretty good burger and the specials are always accurate. Some of the drive-thru people are fantastic. In fact, most of them are great. I always know I can grab a quick, fairly inexpensive snack of meal here. Love the remodel inside. Very nice.

Food is good but if you go in the morning hope you have a card and not big bills I waited in the drive through in the morning just to be told they did not have change for a hundred well I didn't get to get my food and when to work hungry as hell lol but hey it happens I guess lol

Good hamburgers. Clean place. A/C sucks though. Breaks down seems like quite often. Stuffy indoors. Need to hire more people. Long waits on orders. Need to fix the coke machine. Always broken. Been broken for months. It's bad enough the girls are having to scramble on orders on the driveups then scramble to help the people inside.

If you're in a hurry don't come to this place.! Going inside is horrible, they don't greet you. Takes about 10 minutes for them to actually acknowledge your existence waiting at the front counter. Seems like they are in a hurry to get the cars out so they can meet their time markers. I waited 20 minutes to get 4 slushies, check your food before you even leave.

They are often short staffed and don't have the whole menu available. One occasion they would not accept the coupons that came the day before in the mail.

The oil was old I could tell . They said my chicken would be coming out fresh and to go wait in the parking lot after already waiting like 5 min on the drive through line and it tasted burnt and every time I ask for a shake or something like they always say there not doing it at this time or they don't have any . Bs

Food was cold or should I say, not hot for not having much people ahead or behind us. Not even the fries were fresh and hot! Like my husband said "there was a reason we had not been here in a couple of years and a reason we won't be here in a couple of more years!!" Sad, it used to be one of our favorites....

I got the new chicken sandwich. I was charged extra for cheese and didn't get any. Plus the chicken was a little old and dry. Next time I'll order fresh.

They pull up to the front after going through the drive through to get my order. Had to wait 10 minutes before my food was walked out and the fries were not even hot.

We went to the drive thru at about 230 in the afternoon on July 22, 2019. We were able to drive right up to menu and order, but the girl rushed us thru, so we only got to order for 1 of us. We were the only ones there, so we went straight to the window, we asked to add more items to our order , and were told in a tone that implied we were disturbing her "we can't add anything at the window". Uh, ok, and why not? Wouldn't that add to the revenue, and the daily sales? (Again, NO OTHER cars in drive thru, no one waiting, so I'm still questioning this) So I asked her why she rushed us thru ordering? She said "how do I know you weren't done?" With such attitude, I'm sure we were interrupting her busy day of not assisting customers and playing on her cell phone. She never once asked if that was all, or would this complete our order. I am assuming she wanted us to drive thru again to bump up their numbers. The food was good, and I have no complaints about that, but they lost out on additional revenue because she wouldn't add items at the window. She was irritated that we were there. Whenever I drive past BK, there is no one in parking lot, and maybe one car (if any) in the drive thru. They ask you to pay at window, then go wait out front so they appear to help customers faster, and the stats show fast service. It's the only way this store has remained open. We went and spent our $20 somewhere else. The receipt we were given is so faded you can barely read it. Otherwise I'd call her out by name. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT GOOD FOOD.

Constantly run out of items like coke, fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, chicken for a few examples. It was so bad one time I had to ask them what they did have on the menu to order. Almost always gets something in the order wrong. If you don't go by 6 pm they will probably not have what you want.

I’ve been in drive thru for 20 mins with 3 cars ahead of me. It happends more often then not…

Drive thru doesn't work most of the time and manager seams to not care. Food was too dry the last time I went. I worked for burger King before so, I am able to see when food is fresh. Food was not fresh at all.

Ordered two ice coffes at 7:06pm Thursday... Its 7:58pm still being told couple more minutes Update 2022 Feb. 4th time in 5months i have gone and as usual, out of cheese but this time also out of burgers... I wonder how a place called burger king runs out of its main selling point

This place is terrible they make you wait in the parking lot for your food every time, went there for the last time the other day I was the only car in the drive thru they ask me to pull around front 14 minutes later my food comes out. There were 3 other cars waiting like me this burger has taken the fast out of fast food.

OMG! BK says their burgers are made to order. This indicates your burger will not be cooked until you order. I call BS on BK. Not only did my burger not have a char broiled taste, it tasted like it sat around all day. Worse than McDonald’s. All BK advertisements, TV and internet, show leaf lettuce on sandwiches. Why am I getting chopped lettuce from a bag (I can tell because I can smell that nasty plastic odor and I can taste it)??? Why, is it when I ordered a Whopper, they put cheese on it? On the menu, there is a Whopper and a Whopper w/cheese. One reason is they can charge more. Long story short, like all the “fast food” restaurant chains in Coalinga, it’s terrible. However, the chocolate shake was great.

They were totally disfunctional. Order completely wrong, customer service off, it was just like everything you can think of great service just the opposite. I hope the get some reflection. Completely no stars but you have to just to post.

Whopper was cold and messy.. I don't know why you have to overflow and drown the meat with ketchup and mayonnaise.. the bun falls apart after two bites and the thing is just not even worth eating. Threw it away

This is the only Burger king where you could be the only one in the drive thru and your still going to wait for a very very long time.

Waited a long time at the drive thru and when I asked her when they would take our order she said they have a lot of customers inside and coudn't get to us. So we went to McDonalds instead. She was rude!

This location needs new management and need to learn some people skills. Rude in the drive thru and are always out of ingredients for any type of melts or promo meals

They get no stars and I rather drive to I-5 and 198 for food. The drive-thru just had the audacity to send me home with cold fries and a cold hamburger. Lucky that I'm tired and in the middle of finals and have a full-time job that I happen to care about. Rather than go back to complain I just won't go back at all. $8.94 that I had no business eating late at night anyways. Maybe this is my reminder not to eat late too

Seriously sloppy, missing cheese after it was ordered. Was wrapped and marked correctly but ummm not a single spec inside. Oh and not 1 burger but 3. We were on our way out of town so was about to turn around after already being 10 miles away by the time I got to mine. Called corporate. OH we can send you a coupon, how about a refund? Anyways... I miss a good classic no mistake burgerking. Anyone know where to find one?

I'm not sure who's running it but, either they are victims of supply chain shortages, or they don't know what they're doing. My last four trips through there, I have never got any of the specials being offered or my comfort food they typically carry..

After I waited in Drive Thru for 25 Minutes, when I finally got my Order My Onion Rings were Hard and tasted like Rubber and were very cold. They forgot to give me my Soda as well. I didn't even bother wasting The time and Gas to take order back to Restaurant because Honestly, I have better things to do!

We will never eat at Burger King again. The people that work there don't care about customer service. They are rude and disrespectful and it's the people that work the night shift. One time we went and it was 7:00 pm and the people were there but would not answer the call box. We drove up to the window and wouldn't answer. I called the resteraunt to speak to the manager but the phone just rings. We drove there one night and asked what time do they close the store and ice cream machine. They told us the store closes at 11:00pm and the ice cream machine closes at 8:30 it was 7:30 when we went. I wish the manager would message me back apparently he only works on Tues and Wed. So who do I talk to?
