I loved it!! The meat was spectacular! So tender! Some of the best I've ever eaten. I especially enjoyed the provoleta. Great service, served by the owner himself. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, fast preparation and delicious food, fair price.
Delicious food and excellent service. The cuts of meat are delicious, as are the empanadas. The staff is extremely friendly. For dessert, I recommend the alfajor. All the food is fresh.
Highly recommended. Delicious food, personalized service from the chef and owner. The flavors are excellent, the quality is great, and the prices are very reasonable.
We had two different entrees, the provoleta cheese and the tapas, we accompanied them with a sangria. Then we had a matured beef fillet, and finally, a chocolate volcano with a lavender ice cream One aspect to highlight is the personalized attention that you get from the owners, they make sure to learn your name, your preferences, and make you feel at home.
Wonderful food and would recommend going to eat there. Look at internet for hours. All employees know how to make your dining a pleasurable experience.
Awesome service directly from the owner. Probably the best Argentinian empanadas I have had in Mexico. Very well prepared delicious cuts of various meats. Great selection of desserts as well.
Everything delicious has stories of encounters and partings behind it. They call it love. This unpretentious place is delightful. I won't speak of the partings; I know little about them. The encounters are wonderful, with Peruvian and Argentinian cuisine. The empanada is exquisite because of how they cook it; the wok is key. The meat should be medium-rare, juicy, and tender. The sauces... I won't comment on the desserts; I don't have the authority since I didn't try them. They don't have beer, but they do have wine. It's worth it... Oh, and I almost forgot, the salad is fresh, and the dressing is dreamy. I tried everything, as you can see in the photos.
It has a very interesting mix of Argentinian and Peruvian food. On the menu, you can find fine cuts of meat and several other options to try. I tried all the empanadas and highly recommend them as an appetizer. The ribeye steak has an exquisite flavor; it's perfect, simply amazing. The layered alfajor, like a cake, was a pleasant surprise and its flavor was excellent. I would go back just for them.
Acoglienza eccellente e carne squisita. L’attenzione e l’accuratezza al servizio ottima. Diego, il proprietario, una persona molto disponibile e attenta al Cliente, la scelta della carne è di qualità…
No vuelvo. Debut y despedida 👎👎👎👎👎
Yesterday I had an awkward experience at this Peruvian restaurant here in Colima. Upon arrival, I noticed that the menu included tequeños, but surprisingly, they had a small Peruvian flag next to them. As a native of Los Teques, Venezuela, the city where authentic tequeños originate, I was surprised and asked the restaurant owner, a Peruvian woman, about this discrepancy. I told her that, as a tequeño myself, I know the origins of this dish and that tequeños are from my city, not Peru. However, she insisted that "Peruvian tequeños" are Peruvian, with a unique preparation, and that they have no relation to Venezuelan ones. This already struck me as odd, but the worst was yet to come. The owner began talking about Venezuelan immigration and the problems in Peru. She then stated that Venezuelan cuisine was limited, which struck me as a very ill-informed opinion. Venezuela has a rich culinary tradition that she apparently wasn't familiar with. She also mentioned that her family considered emigrating to Venezuela in the 1990s but decided against it because our country was dangerous. She compared our situation to hers in a way that struck me as somewhat derogatory and out of place. I felt somewhat offended, as if a Mexican in France were to go to an American restaurant and the owner started badmouthing Mexicans, saying they cross the border illegally and that the United States is a dangerous country because of them. I don't think this is the right way to treat diners, and if someone has reservations about a country, they shouldn't copy its dishes. If Venezuelan cuisine is as limited as she claims, why include tequeños on her menu? Furthermore, it's important to note that in the 1980s, there was a significant migration of Peruvians to Venezuela, mostly illegal immigrants, who settled in marginalized areas of Venezuelan society. Many of the Venezuelan migrants who are leaving for Peru today are, in fact, the children and grandchildren of those Peruvians who arrived illegally in Venezuela seeking a better life. This migration is a complex issue that deserves respect and understanding, not disdain and rejection. Despite my discomfort, out of decency, I stayed for lunch. I ordered a portion of tequeños and two hamburgers. To my disappointment, the "tequeños" they served shouldn't be called that. They bear no resemblance to the authentic ones and are nowhere near as tasty. I wouldn't recommend them, as they will only confuse those unfamiliar with real tequeños. The hamburgers took 50 minutes to arrive. The bun was stale, and the meat, which wasn't even meat but a kind of patty, was dry. I ordered a Malbec wine that was old and oxidized. Furthermore, the prices were quite high; I spent almost 800 pesos on this disappointing experience. In short, it was a negative experience. I felt uncomfortable with the owner's comments, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
