I have to give credit where credit is due. This place was SLAMMED today. Drive-thru was out past the entrance, inside you had to squeeze thru people just to order. Surprisingly got my food fairly fast with how busy it was and my order was 100% accurate including my 2 ranch sauces. The employees were moving! Keep up the hard work, and as a customer that needed something quick to eat I appreciate all of you. Thank you

Why does this place even have a option of a star? U ask for a BBQ sauce they get so nasty with it . And straight to ur face will roll their eyes tell u u only ordered few items . First off ... 1 bbq sauce isn't enough for like 4 large French fries and 2 burgers . And I even said I'll pay extra . Also no need to roll ur eyes . This is ur Job . Dear whoever the owner manager please train ur workers I beg to defer. They take it so personal as it if there's a shortage on bbq sauce. Changing the review to 4 star since I've wrote above this place has changed alot total new workers not cheap with bbq sauce we go there every Friday . Seriously it was a huge change .

McDonald's isn't as inexpensive as it used to be...The place is at a difficult corner and bad spot. Crossing into the place on foot can be a bit dangerous and just awful. The drive through is just as bad, the designer of that little area,had one job..he blew it! But the food was pretty good,the fries not as hot as I would like.. The place was clean and the bathrooms were also clean. A small line and the associates were attentive.

The service was good. The lady helped us out when needed. Tasty sandwiches and nuggets. This particular outlet is recommended.

it’s fast food, but the sandwich burger construction is getting more and more slipshod with all the condiments to one side, and often the pickles all stacked atop each other rather than any attempt at distribution. but it’s quick and reliable taste after you manually adjust the toppings and relatively cheap. it definitely hits the spot when you’re in a rush and sometimes when you have a craving 😁

When you ask for fries without salt, almost every McDonald’s just gives them with salt on them. But here, they made them exactly as I customized, without salt. Also, the female manager working during night time was very kind and worked quickly. It was the first time in a while that I encountered such a friendly McDonald’s employee.

This location stays extremely busy. From time the order was placed until the you get your food is a long wait, due to the location being extremely busy all the time. But your meal is hot and fresh. Associates are polite.

very rude staff met this guy here that was asking me if i know spanish or not and i said yes and he completely pissed off and he had alot of attitude like he was forcing me to speak in spanish. BEWARE OF THID GUY THE ONLY THING I REMEBER IS THAT HE HAS GLASSES :/. either way he also got my order wrong. overall its a good place just be careful with that guy with glasses and he speak spanish.

Not bad service can be a little faster

I feel not respected here. The employee called my number with wrong item, I talked to her. She said it was not my order even she didn’t check my number. And after she noticed wrong item she gave, she provide me with barely hot coffee( I ordered hot). At the same time, She muttered to herself in Spanish. What’s more, they provided order which miss item again to another customer. That’s really messy experience.☹️

Placed a mobile order around 1pm today (Sunday). Arrived at curbside pickup and entered my space number. About 10 minutes later watching cars drive right through with their food, I couldn't keep the kids waiting any longer. We went in and checked on our order and it seemed like they had no idea. Good thing was the young gentleman at the cash register got the order expedited and handled but not the experience I'm looking for with kids and groceries in the car, trying to get home quick. App has been easier to use but used to have significant issues with login problems. Also got a deal for 20pc nuggets with free 2 of any size fries. Good deal for the kids and family.

Was pretty busy when was there. Order through the app and set the table number. Due to the sheer number of customers, I had to walk up to the counter and found someone else sitting at my table.

The workers are always lazy here. I am giving these 3 stars instead of 1 because the one manager/supervisor always stands up and does the work for them when needed. She is a true manager because she does their work to keep the customers happy. Wish I knew her name, but she is Spanish if that helps.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app for curbside pickup and parked in the designated spot as instructed. I waited over 20 minutes, but no one brought out my order. In the end, they told me to go inside and pick it up myself. What kind of service is that? Totally defeats the purpose of curbside pickup.

First, I waited on line and asked if I could order at the counter the answer was yes, just wait for someone to come. No one came until I spoke up. Second, I purchased a Mcdonaldland limited meal and did not receive the KIT. Fortunately I ate in and noticed it. I had to go back to the counter to get it.

Rude old lady working at the cash register wanted to argue with me when I said “3 hotcakes with sausage” because She thought I meant three orders but I meant ONE order. and so she was rudely correcting me and said “just say hotcakes with sausage” meanwhile I’m literally just reading straight off the menu… the attitude was 0% necessary

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had at this newly renovated store. It was my first visit after the refurbishment, and I found the atmosphere to be chaotic and disorganized. There were long queues, I made an order through the mobile app for takeaway, I waited for a considerable amount of time. I felt weird and checked with the staff, to my surprise, I was informed that my order was not in their system, even though the order number was clearly displayed on the overhead screen. The staff repeatedly asked me to show them the order details on my phone and email receipt. Eventually, they only provided me with the fries while disregarding the rest of my order. I had to inform them that there were still missing items and present them with the complete order details before they reluctantly fulfilled the remaining food items. Furthermore, they forgot to include the tomato sauce, and I had to request it separately. What I would like to emphasize is that I am currently 37 weeks pregnant, and having to stand in front of the counter for an extended period without any assistance from the staff was extremely distressing. The overall management and organization of the store were in complete disarray, and this experience was extremely unpleasant. Very disappointed. Another problem is the mobile app, always has issue to login, and this is not exception, it has happened to me, my colleague, and friends， and lasted for half a year.

The seating area is clean but the service is painfully slow. 15 minutes to get a simple breakfast order of an egg McMuffin, OJ & hash browns. I asked 1 woman behind the counter about the order and she just walked away. Admittedly I asked in English and she might not have understood.

EVERY SINGLE TIME i come in here whether there’s 2 or 20 ppl it always takes so long to get my order, the one lady who i believe is a manager has a very bleh attitude an seems to really dislike being at her job, and you can only order at the kiosks which messes up your coupon codes by automatically adding a coupon for you depending on what you order. you guys really need to work on shorten your time to hand out orders, most of us don’t have all day to get our food like you may think based off the time it takes to receive the food you order.

My food was super dry as if it had sat on a counter for a while. Literally projectile vomited at home. Place is hit and miss sometimes good, this time awful.

I was disappointed with the service I received at this restaurant. I ordered through the drive-thru and was frustrated to find that my order was incorrect or missing items. This has happened multiple times, and I have paid more than I should have for the wrong items. I believe that the employees should be better trained to pay attention to detail and ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly.

I'm currently here at 1pm on a Wednesday,, peak lunch hour. There are 8 tables in this location, 1 had no chairs when I arrived at 12;48pm. 1 of the remaining 7 has an employee sitting at it eating a bowl of her food from home, at peak lunch hour. I sit at one of the communal bars to wait for my order and see another employee bring a chair to the table that had no chairs, sit and start lunch, didn't even think of joining that 1st employee so someone else might be able to have a table. So at 1pm 25% of the tables in this place are occupied by McDonald's employees? Who's running this place?

Bad experience. First, I don't know why they designed the drive thru where you have to cross the entrance/exit into the parking lot. Them I was given 2 iced coffees when I ordered only one. When I informed them, they kept the extra but did not refund me so I had to ask for the second one if they intended to charge me. They gave me oatmeal but not the fruit. I waited for awhile until I had to shout to get them to come back to the window to ask for the fruit. The oatmeal looked watery but I thought maybe it was settling. Put in the fruit and mixed it but still watery. Iced coffee was watered down too, and now I had 2 of them. Not good! Bad food and bad service

OMG i spent my last 15 minutes of my break to do this . THIS MCDONALDS SUCKKKK . All the employees including managers do is talk to eachother .. they dont use the cash register AT ALL despite not being able to do everything on the app or kiosk machine . The people in the front cant read orders properly and bag them up . If you dont speak up you will be waiting for your order FOREVER

They took a very long time to serve us, and when I asked for help, they ignored me and made me wait a long time, even though there were very few people there. And when we asked for the code for the restroom, they spoke to us rudely.

Much better after renovating. But they still make mistakes like forgot adding one extra paid chicken pattie into my burger. Food is fresh. Employees attitude is getting better. Manager is accountable. I can see employees at this spot are really picking up.

The food is still good and the service still good, but the new remodel of the restaurant is just horrible… The seating used to be better. Now they remove all the nice seating to put in all the new machine. The nice outdoor was gone as well. They have no idea that most of the customers there are family with kids… I saw kids seating on the high chair and almost fall.. The even take out the nice outdoor seating………. The most ridiculous thing that happen was the password lock for the bathroom… When I ask the staffs to open it, they would pin in like some kind of top secret lock… I’m like chill dude it’s just a toilet………. I think this place is gonna lose lots of business with family with kids which we have one that is very near by and have nice seating area plus a playground in it….. 8/19/23 Bad management.

Definitely the worst location ive been to. Its like a social club every time ive gone in there. Order placed at 6:24pm, and at 6:42pm at the time of the review, still waiting. Not to mention, i never get my drink, Everyone is always just chit chatting behind the counter during the busiest time of the evening, dinner time! No one notices when there's people standing at the counter needing help. And when someone finally does acknowledge a customer, its like they dont understand what is being asked.

I went there today thru the drive and ordered a meal with large fries and I also got the large drink that I never asked for. Anyways, 14.25$ for a meal ! That's crazy !!! When the guy gave my meal he was smiling, I bet it was because he has already eaten half of the fries. It was it was less than half full! I will avoid this location in the future, crazy expensive and they rip off their clients!

The workers at this McDonald’s have a very nasty attitude as though they are doing us a favor. When I attend I see how they treat people here very nasty as if they don’t want to work or do anything for you. They just do whatever they want to do. I believe that they are also prejudice. Like they’re doing us a favor. Especially the Managers and the supervisors. Of course the food here is horrible,. Because of the heart that they have for themselves and not for others.

Hi so I got a bagel sausage egg McMuffin coffee, and chocolate milk and I gave her my code and I thought she took it but no it never went through and I ask her and she gave me bad attitude and yelled at me for no reason I left disappoint 😭😭

I ordered an ice cream cone on the app. I used my points to redeem it since I had it for free. I went on the drive through line to get my order and the person tells me that their ice cream machine is being cleaned and to go to the second window to speak to the manager to see what I could get in return. I get to the window and I’m just waiting. Workers are constantly passing by and they see me waiting, no one is helping. I have to wave my hand to get their attention. I had to explain what happened and the manager then comes up to me, tells me the ice cream machine is not working and proceeds to close the window in my face. She didn’t bother asking what I would want in return, if I could possibly get my points back and so on. I had to say excuse me 2 times before she opened up the window and I asked if I could just get a small slushee in return and she said no and to come back in 2 hours. 2 hours for a cone? She then closed the window and expected me to leave. It was the most rude encounter I’ve had. It was so demeaning that she was practically shoving me away. I’m not going to wait 2 hours for a cone.

Every time I order from here, they always forget something. This time they forgot to put cheese in my sandwich and forgot to include my child’s sweet and sour sauce with his happy meal. I also ordered 6 nuggets for him but the box came with only 4! Like cmon. How hard is it to follow a list when it’s right in front of you? I wish they would understand how upset a child gets when one thing is missing from the kid’s order. Such a nuisance.

Go to the drive thru. This Mcdonald has a new face lift. Looks good but the sign in the drive thru is not working. I go to first window and no one is there. Go to the second window. The guy a said I need to order at the first window. No signs!!!! Get it together.......all the time there is something wrong with my order and now this. Never go back there again.....sad place

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Bad service. Bad food. Don't waste your time or money. I would give ZERO stars, but that's not possible on here. Food tastes like it was cooked in old oil or re-fried and stale. Not the only time this has happened. During my most recent visit...The Soda machine was not working. I ordered a combo meal which comes with a drink and they tried to charge an extra charge for any drink substitute even water. How does that make sense? Never going back there.

I ordered a large frappe through the McDonald's app for curbside pickup and they said the machine was broken. I asked for two Mcflurrys for the frappe because the price was different for the size of the Mcflurry. I then asked to speak to the manager and the person that attended me was disrespectful and rude. The manager was also rude, I decided that I should get my money back for the frappe not given. The problem wasn't solved by the employee or the employer and the service was terrible. Won't be going there again.

Literally the worst service! Staff was unfriendly waited 20+ minutes for our order and the staff does not prioritize dine in. No anticipation even though they see you standing at the front counter.

Staff needs to be better trained in Customer service. I tried to explain my mobile order to on of the Staff and He was totally rude Kept telling me I was wrong. Tried to give me something I didn't order. He ended up grabbing the order I didn't order and walked away and never returned. Another nice young man came over and new exactly what I ordered and returned with it immediately.

Update to review: Be prepared to wait a LONG time for your food. There are A LOT of employees here but there is lack of organization and the girls who are putting the food in the paper bags and giving them out seem to be more invested in gossip; meanwhile we are all waiting for our order. I waited 20mins+ for my order. If you order fries regardless of the size you barely get any, same goes with the mcflurry, ice cream, soda, etc. We are all paying for our food not getting it for free to be getting barely anything. Horrible customer service from the spanish manager. The spanish managers gossips a lot with the employees meanwhile the place is packed with customers waiting to get their order. For coffee and apple pies i had to wait for 30 minutes. When i got my apple pies they were frozen and the spanish manager had the guts to give me pumpkin pie when i specifically wanted an apple pie. I decided to try the pumpkin pie and it was SPOILED! These people do whatever they want and don't care what the customers want.

I will never go back this store! I order happy meal they give me everything wrong and without toys! So why I have to order happy meal! No toys happy meal? Because crocs very popular so you guys people don’t want to give us?!

Let me put it to you like this. I was in the area shopping at target and knowing this McDonald’s was next to target I STILL went out of my way to go to the McDonald’s on Stratton even though it’s more convenient for me to go to this McDonalds. This McDonald’s didn’t have fries or ice cream. The last time I did go they forgot my straw for my Frappe and sauce for my nuggets. Never apologized instead tried to justify and make excuses. Don’t bother

Invest in an extender so people who use Google or Apple pay don't have to hand their phone over to the cashier. It's unsanitary. It's called contact less for a reason. Additionally if you have to be rude when being questioned about it...get another job. Customer service is POOR. I've tried a few times to see if it would be different but it's the same nasty attitude every time. I won't be coming back here.

On the window this place close at 11pm by like 9:20 the person working at the cashier is no where to be found all the other worker was looking for this dude when he come and take my order instead of telling me before hand he don’t have enough coins to give change after I gave him the money he just have that oh well face and tell me I don’t have enough coins for change and when I wanted hot chocolate he tells me I don’t know if it’s still hot like you can just grab a cup pour a little out and check ? I was served a cheeseburger with MOLD on the bun. Do NOT eat at this McDonald’s! Unacceptable and disgusting.

Use my app to place the order no problem. However, this McDonald’s takes the fast out of fast food. I ordered one Coke no ice order fries. They gave me Coke with ice I asked him to take the ice out. They did but the soda they gave me the cup was all sticky and the soda was flat. There was no please or thank you for your order nothing no manners at this place. At least there was a sign saying thank you.

The website says this location is 24 hours and even verified by the business as being 24/7. Went to the location and it was completely closed. Sticker on the door said opens at 6am.... That time rolled around and it's still completely empty.... So much for getting breakfast....

I never leave reviews and have never taken the time to leave a review on a fast food place but this McDonald’s drive-thru has some of the most incompetent kids working at it, especially at night. The little boy at the first window taking payment misses orders and the little boy giving you your food at the second window is dismissive and high. This location should close down and be rented out to a more productive establishment. Pathetic.

Placed breakfast order for mother, father, and I with kiosk at 10:40am. Got in line to pay in cash. Only 1 cashier. Waited 25 min to pay and cashier said “breakfast over at 11:00”. I showed him my food order receipt from kiosk, and he didn’t care. There was large line forming and eveyone was getting angry. No effort to open another register. Terrible. I don’t really care for McDonald food, but my 76 yr old mother really wanted their big breakfast. She was really sad.

The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! They don't bring them to the table as they are supposed to even more since the store was empty!!, the food was greasy, the fries were mixed with old ones and barely warm, I went to use the bathroom and they said that the bathroom is closed!! The food is typical McDonald’s food. This review is for the employees who work there. There’s so many of them and not one can help open the freaking bathroom door. There’s apparently somebody in the lobby to help, and you see four employees just sitting around and not one of them can help you open it. Their go to is to say to ask somebody else. So pissed! Just spent a small fortune on drive through for my kids, I asked at least 10 times if the sauces were in the bag for the damn nuggets, I got an attitude and assured that they were there. Surprise, surprise no sauces. All the food went in the garbage. I will never go there again! So mad!

I wish i could put atmosphere at -5 because they treat their workers like GARBAGE. The only one that seems to put on an effort to make others welcome is the worker named Raquel. That same worker gets punished for things her managers do as well. Needs a new management, needs a remodel. DISGUSTING.

the staff were really nice and pleasant. the big mac was very disappointing, the patties were about %60 of the width of the bun and very very thin, both patties and buns were dry. Really pathetic for a signature sandwich. someone needs to step it up on quality control.

Waited 5 minutes for someone take my order while few employees where talking to others and on the cellphones ( understanding drive thru employees were busy) when took the order was not great gave me the food like i was begging for food not actually a customer ( no please or thank you), burger was not placed correcty into the bun and condiments, fries were cold and soggy, they gave me two napkins with my order, tables were dirty

Since there is no such thing, why would they put it on the menu and buy it for you without telling you other things? Just give it to others. This kind of store should close down.

McFlurry is not as good as in the past. Got it today on May 4, 2022 at night time. I haven't eat that for a long time and want to try one. What apparent to be is very watery McFlurry. I know it's soft serve ice cream but not as watery as this. Come on McDonald, serve better ice cream. This is a drive thru order.

Service is so bad here, waited for a cashier to come a good 10 to 15 minutes. I told him what I wanted to order and he said you have to do it at the kiosk. I don't like to order from there I'am trying to help your co- workers kept job their job's. And he's standing at the register, all he had to do is push a few buttons. So I said kiosk right out the door! They also need more people to help get the food to the customer's. 😡 😡

I was ordering on the app and noticed that large fries were unavailable and as such so were large combos. So I ordered a medium combo and thought it would be a simple request to ask for a large soda since it's the same price as the medium ($1.49) and they hadn't filled the drink yet. I was told no because I ordered a medium so that's what I would get and they poured my soda into a medium cup. They further lied to me and told me that they were not the same price and that the large soda costs $1.62 - this is the price after sales tax is applied to $1.49. Was this negative review worth it to save your company the ten cents that the beverage probably cost? Oh yeah, and I got no sauce either, but that's to be expected because every McDonald's seems to set the bar at the bare minimum when it comes to their customer service.

Do not order from curbside or go to McDonald’s at night time the management there sucks . I ordered from curbside and never gotten my food . I ordered my food at 7:20 p.m on 10/25/2023 . I decided to go through drive thru just to get a bag of cold food . Your need new employees

The restroom requires a passcode for access. I kindly and politely asked the cleaning staff to unlock the door for me, but she refused. Moments later, she unlocked it for another customer.

I ordered food online, but the waiter said the food I ordered was not available. This is crazy! The staff ignored me completely! The staff had a terrible attitude!

Why is the milkshake machine always not working. I think they just lazy to clean it.

My brother order some food to enjoy but the they throw the stuff in the bag and the large fries are like a medium fries because they put very little in it and they switch a ice tea to a lemonade and gave and not to be dramatic but this also need to be put is that there was half a slice of cheese in my burger they cut haft of it and gave it to the other burger

This McDonald's seems to have forgotten how to be mcdonalds. Most awkward drive thru ever! This time around the soda was broken and they were handing out cans? They had no sweet and sour sauce which was hella disappointing. The fries were squished and not full, they were cold and tasted weird. The big mac was ok.

The staff at this store are incredibly lazy. They had an older woman operating the computer, and the problem is, she didn't know how! She couldn't find any orders for ages, wasting so much time. The younger staff were arrogant and just going through the motions; their efficiency was extremely low! There's a reason for the low rating; a 3.4 rating is an insult to the McDonald's brand.

The service was terrible. The person who served me never stopped to talk to me, didn't try to help me with my order, and I'm very disappointed because I'm a frequent McDonald's customer. I'm very disappointed with this store, and I honestly won't be going back. I'd rather go to another establishment than return there.

We waited more than 30 minutes for our food. This is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, yet customers who arrived after us received their food first. When we asked about our order, the staff told us that if we didn’t want to wait, we could get a refund. However, our time had already been wasted, and the experience ruined our mood. I paid for my order but got nothing!! Don’t go to this place!!! They will messed up your order!! they gave your order to somebody else then told you that someone already took it. They just leave you standing there and don’t even care if you got your food or not. obviously it’s their fault by not checking people’s receipts and handed it to the wrong person, and they will not remake the order or give you a refund. I have horrible experience with them and feel not welcome here.

I would've liked maybe a better review if I got some extra in my meal for waiting a excruciating amount of time for fast food. Staff was okay nothing to complain but waited for a long time and not apologetic just gave me the order and that was it. Seemed like since it was a machine fault they could've apologized and gave me something. But no. I ain't coming back here again. I can't. Period

Terrible McDonald’s. It’s not the food it’s the staff there. I go in for my Mobile order, there are about 3-4 staff members working behind counter. Not one, ONE turned to even make eye contact with me to ask what I was waiting for. Do they think they work in a wholesale warehouse? How is it that there are absolutely no one who acknowledges or greets a customer who is waiting clearly just standing there for 10 minutes? For this reason, I will never have McD’s ever again. I’m not trashing in anyone but I would like to state that it’s the few rude, ignorant workers of fast food chains that create a bad stereotype for the rest. Please look up and make eye contact. Also call out the name on the order like in Starbucks instead of the codes. Customers are NOT numbers. We all have names. It does not feel right to be treated like a set of digits.

Before you can even finish your order the person taking the order cuts you off and say “bbq sauce and coke” just to get your food and not have any sauce. It’s not a one time thing either, it’s becoming all the time. I could understand if I ask for sweet and sour and you gave me bbq but no sauce at all?!

Please be aware of this location, we were charged for someone else’s order at the drive though late last night. We noticed there was an extra charge and decided to come in today to ask for a refund. The manager refused, even though we showed her our bank statement with two back to back McDonald’s purchases. She said we needed a receipt… how can we have a receipt if we didn’t make that order… also our card is missing. I’m not saying that the person who took our order last night held onto it by accident and charged it for the next person, but it’s definitely possible. The manager was very dismissive and rude about the whole thing, and refused to help us.

Very bad place! The worst McDonald’s in the universe. They renovated the place recently but it is the fresh coat of the paints can cover the bad customer service. People here are rude and majority of them don’t speak English. I have been in Mexico’s McDonald’s, and their customer services are great. The problem is not their English skill but their attitude. Please take time to train your staff, rather than hire them from the street.

Ordered to dine in from the kiosk and grabbed a number... order is supposed to be brought to your table. 🤔They called the number from the counter. I was surprised, but walked up to get my tray anyways since my blood sugar was low... no time for delay. Start to drink my medium Hi-C, no ice and warm... my second drink has ice. they swap it for something they already had sitting ready.😟 Blood sugar down to 62, no time for arguments. Reach for my 4 piece nuggets, sauce I requested not included with my order😔 I head to the counter again and have to stand there for 5 minutes while no one comes to the register.😠 I flag down the manager... Can I have the sauce that was missing from my order? (Receipt in hand). Hands me sauce with a hole in the top cover😔 Definitely my list visit to this store 4 sure!

My wife decided to surprise me when she went to Flushing yesterday, 2/20/25, with a cheeseburger and fries. She ordered the McDouble special for $5 which was supposed to have a double burger with cheese, chopped onions, sliced pickles and ketchup…along with a coke, 4 chicken McNuggets and small fries…but what she got was a McSingle burger without any of the toppings other than cheese and they didn’t even have any Diet Coke!!!
