Like other hamburger stores, hamburger + fries + beverage is a combo. After the order bell rings, you can choose the vegetables in the burger. And next, you can choose the sauces to put in the burger or on the fries. I tried cheeseburger combo, the burger was juicy, and fries are crispy.

Every time i come to revs i get very attentive service especially by the cashier Liz, she complimented my mask and always recommends me new things to try from the menu. My go to right now is the Aggie Club Sandwich and they always make your food fresh and hot

I like going to rev's. It's a reliable restraints to get some good food at. Depending of the time, it could be rather busy, but the service is rather quick all things considered.

Visiting our senior and cousins, late, after most places closed. So glad this place was still open. Practicing good pandemic precautions, place was clean, we ate outside.. great atmosphere and the view of Kyle Field 👍🏻

Revs is generally overpriced for the quality of their items, and edits to items or orders of multiple similar items aren’t frequently provided in my experience. If you order an item that isn’t frequently ordered, expect a somewhat long wait time, but if you order a common item, it’ll be out in no time. Workers at this establishment are kind and seem to have a positive group dynamic that positively impacts the atmosphere of the restaurant. If you’re looking for an American grill playing country music 90% of the time, Rev’s isn’t a bad option overall, but don’t expect amazing variety or quality.

I have seen to much negative comments here but what happened last week at this place they make a huge mistake of let it go one of good works that makes good fried and the hamburger meat. All because a student's parent makes a threat to him and the rest of works that the only thing that they are doing is fallowing their job policy. Now it seems like he won't be there any more. Thank you for those who try to stand up beside him and try to keep him there for a little bit longer. Life have something for him. Each one of the works I'm very thankful for try to help him out. If you know who am I talking about.

What can you say about campus food. It was very fairly priced and the food was good! Service is super fast!

I had a burger here. The price was somewhat reasonable and it had good flavor, but the patty must have been about 1/6 of a pound. It also had some hard bits, but nothing too bad. I like that you can put as many toppings as you want on it. This place pulls off the diner atmosphere even though it’s a fast food restaurant.

Rev's is usually a pretty great place to eat, but they've changed up the recipes this year and put kiosks up at the front (which they neglect to update when they are out of the item). Like another review mentioned (after already paying for the meal), I was not given the toast and gravy mentioned in the description. And honestly, having gravy to dip the chicken and fries in is the only thing that could have made it bearable. The chicken was so dry it tasted freezer-burnt, and over half of it was just crust; the fries were bland and had a tasted like they were frozen for a while as well- with a dry, gritty texture. It's not worth it. There are plenty of good places on campus to eat, but this is no longer one of them.

Quite possibly the worst hamburger experience, taste-wise, ever! The only positive about the experience, was a gentleman, who I can only assume was a manager of some kind, who assisted us with the kiosk. Which was also not too well thought out because you have to know how to navigate around it. Because it's user friendliness is not very cooperative when it comes to choosing a combo meal. Very disappointing...

They used to be pretty good before fall 2021. But now it’s pretty bad. Serving sizes are smaller. It’s either cheese or veggies but not both on burgers, which is crazy. Fries are still good ig. Overall not worth it.

Rev's American Grill is like the Walmart version of Whataburger except the line is always absurdly long and the workers are very unhelpful and they are constantly out of menu items and drinks and condiments. The thing that pushed me to make this review though is that they sold me a chicken tenders meal after saying that is the only thing they are serving, and forgot to mention that they are out of toast and gravy, so I had to pay full price for half a meal and they didn't even mention they were out until they gave me my food. I can get over them running out of stuff, but I am very unhappy that they sold me food that I never received.

Definitely a no ! There is nothing special that makes this grill place have a great taste of a burger . Boring and tasteless . The grilled chicken is bland and tough as wood. They have a chicken sandwich/burger that is quite expensive for 7.50 dollars and fries additional charge of 2.50 dollars .. eh! The taste and meat is very bad and nothing to go gaga about .. y'all give it a try and see .

This restaurant serves low-quality food with small portions at ridiculous prices. A cafeteria could compete and most likely win in a food competition verses Rev's. There are no humans for ordering food, only kiosks, which was adapted at restaurants at Texas A&M University. The kiosks at this restaurant, however, have a different menu and items than what is on their displays. I already had a bad feeling about this restaurant. Ordering the 3 count tender basket, I was given a tender that was smaller than a chicken nugget, the fries were cold, mushy, and bland. After complaining, I was given extra of each, extra of a product that I would find disappointing during and after consuming. The fries were warm, but mushy. No crisp whatsoever. The chicken had no flavor and was dry. Immediately after eating at this establishment, I experienced stomach pain and bloating. Whatever you do, do not go to this establishment. There is so much better at the university. Spend your money on something more worth it. If you want chicken, go elsewhere. Terrible experience

Employees are disrespectful and complain about their jobs too much when asking for more sauce delay told me that she had to finish up what she was doing, and then she could get me sauce. And then she handed it to me at the counter with the sauce. I did not appreciate her, handing me the bottle and tell me to put it back where it needs to go. Employees should not be using foul language or complaining about the customers in front of other customers. I hope there's a change.

I understand running a reduced menu when understaffed, but not charging people full price without telling them about missing items. My roommate and I both got 3 finger combos (because nothing else on the menu was even available). The cashier was happy to tell us all the combos that weren’t available, but didn’t mention that we wouldn’t get any gravy or toast with our combo (which we PAID FOR!) The food here is never good, and I only come when everything else is closed. Walk to McDonald’s for cheaper and somehow better tasting food.

Quality control is the biggest issue here at Revs. Some days it’s good but most days it’s horrible. Horrible fries and horrible burgers. It’s clear that Texas A&M cheaps out here on food for their students. I think I’d rather eat at the Chum Bucket than at Revs American Grill again.

The cashier has a very bad attitude. I would like to order two bottles of water which is 3$ with the discount totally, but he charged me 3.78$. I asked him the reason, and he said I should tell him that there is a discount. There is a discount notice on their table and he said I should tell him about it, LOL. Then I request a refund, he charged me 3.78$ one more time instead of refund me! I noticed this when I checked the online bank. Have to go back and request the refund again! I wouldn’t go there not a single time again.

I feel extremely terrible because the cashier was very rude and impolite. It made me lose my temper preparing for my midterm.

This has to be the worst food the campus has to offer. Stale bread. Lukewarm burger. Not once, but every time I try it again thinking it might change.

I paid $12 for a tasteless burger and fries. Then I am charged $.75 for ranch, but ranch is free on a $8 salad
