Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Domino’s in Colleyville, TX. The food was amazing, fresh and perfectly prepared but what truly made the experience stand out was Pixey’s impeccable customer service. She genuinely listened, understood exactly what was needed and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such warmth and attention to detail. Thanks to her, the entire experience felt smooth, welcoming and memorable. Pie was cut into 6 pieces instead of the 8 it was suppose to have been. Crust was the thin variety instead of the hand tossed that was ordered. All that was forgotten as soon as wife and I started eating. Best friggin pizza we've enjoyed in a long time!

This Domino’s store is privately owned... which means that their food quality or overall quality is subpar than one that isn’t privately owned. HOWEVER - About a year ago, I’m assuming they switched up managers at this store and their overall quality started to get better! By the time we left this area in late 2017, we had no issues. Domino’s Pizza is too bomb.

Hence my 4 out of 5. Nonetheless we will return.

They didn't even charge me for the other stuff I ordered. They were all so nice(as they always are). Generally speaking they're very nice and delivery is pretty prompt. They don't always get the order right though. I pay for extra cheese a lot of times and they're still big chunks of dough and sauce showing through. If it's extra cheese I shouldn't be able to see anything but the outer crust. Also not good about extra pepperoni. If I order chicken it's like three pieces of chicken. Overall just pretty stingy on the toppings even if you check double/ extra

We called back and they are sending a new one, we will see if that one is correct. When finally able to place full order, the guy gave me a total. $84 bucks, I mentioned coupon code again and he said that was with the code...So it was great! and then he put me on hold. After being on hold for 15-20 minutes, I realized I had been hung up on. I called back and waited 5-8 minutes for someone to answer. That guy answered and I explained that I was the lady he was talking to earlier and I was hung up on. He explained no I was on hold but I know I was hung up on. Anyways, I asked him to place my order and I wanted to pay, he said total was $140 and that he couldn’t take coupon. I asked to speak to manager and he said he was the manager and he had spoken to regional manager and he said no to coupon,too. I hung up and ordered from another Pizza place and that place honored the dominos pizza coupon! I wasn’t going to write a review BUT yesterday we had a client try to order pizza from this location (well the new location) and the turned her away! They said they were too busy and could not make her 3 pizzas. She offered to pick up and not delivery and they said no they couldn’t because if staff and too busy. After three experiences that were not good- it just seemed something needed to be said.

i made the switch to dominos years ago. the pan pizza changed and became awesome and pizza hut started slipping. prefer domino's over pizza hut any day now. however, this review is not for domino's in general but for this location. for the last few months, every order, i mean every order has had an issue with tonight being a new low of actually missing one of the pizzas ordered. before it was as simple as missing a sauce (which i paid for, but can get over) or missing a drink (again, i paid for but can get over) but now in ordering two pizzas and only getting one.

Pizza arrived an hour after order was made. Estimated time was 23-33 minutes. Pizza was literally cold when it arrived at my apartment. Spent ten minutes on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone, when she answered she was unhelpful and offered for a "new pizza" to exchange (so what, another hours wait? And I still wouldn't get to eat my dinner??) I asked for my money back, and she refused to help or offer any credit for next time. Horrendous service from start to finish.

We ordered pizza from Domino’s at this location for my daughter‘s birthday party. We gave them the address where the party would be held up including the correct suite number. They proceeded to deliver the pizza to the wrong location. They delivered it to another place in the building. When we called to speak with the manager they stated that it wasn’t their fault (which it was), did not say sorry, nor did they offer to correct the situation. Horrible customer service!

It took 35 minutes from the time it was out for delivery until it got to us. Our pizza was cold and not enjoyable. Also I called the office 6 times to be exact and they let the phone go to voicemail every time. No one answers. The driver told me that Mike would call, but I never heard back. This isn't the first time we have had issues ordering from this store. We won't be ordering here anymore.

This place shouldn't even get a star. This customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a pizza and eat piece of Cinna sticks. After calling the store that was placing my order and asking them not to deliver it for 35 minutes and the manager saying that that was perfectly fine and he would tell the delivery guy to wait to deliver, I get a text from the delivery guy saying he's here. I specifically asked The manager to tell the delivery guy not to deliver until 3:05 pm or I might get fired from my job. At 2:58 PM I got a text from the delivery guy saying he's outside. Then I received a call from the delivery guy and I again asked him to wait until 3:05 when my shift gets off and said that I will give him a $20 tip if he just waits out side. At 3 o'clock as I'm walking to the front desk to sign out I see the delivery guy standing there with my Cinna sticks and pizza. Before leaving my shift and trying to pay for the pizza, my manager gives me a letter of termination for ordering food while on the job. Obviously I should not of ordered food while working but this establishment in every way disregarded my request to not deliver until I can get off my shift. After being fired and going to pay for my pizza. The delivery man tells me that it's $11.07, he hands me my pizza and I hand him $12. Right when I hand him the money he begins to walk out the door. And I have to call him back to tell him to give me my Cinna sticks that I paid for. My delivery man named Max then says "I didn't think you would notice" and then laughs and leaves. He tried to steal the food that I paid for not two seconds before. Do not use this restaurant their asked him or service is absolutely horrible.

I ordered our lunch at 2:30 and delivery time was set for 3:30pm we didn't get our food until 4:30pm. I called the store at 4:00 pm and whomever answer the phone said they only have one driver and it should take about another 10 mins for the driver to arrive. Well that was incorrect. I am very disappointed because my kids are hungry, I couldn't pick it up due to just having a baby and our food was not even warm (I knew it wouldn't be HOT). No more ordering from here unless I pick it up because delivery time sucks.

Do not use PayPal at any Domino's pizza or your account will be hacked. I canceled the payment through PayPal. I then called the shop to let them know - I was told it was my problem to deal with. Buyer beware!!!

Try to keep giving this location a chance, but every time I want to order a pizza, they do not have drivers, or they just cancel my order with no reasoning. I’m done with them. 0 stars. I feel truly sorry for the one overworked employee each night.

Ordered delivery and the quote time was 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes I called to see what was going on. They said one of there drives had to leave work but I should get it soon. After an hour I called to cancel it and sat on hold for 15 minutes. My pizza finally shows up in which I told the driver I am not paying 20 dollars for it taking this long. I now have to get ready for work and won't get to eat till late tonight. There was not apology or anything. The drive just turned around and said fine and drove off. I understand issues come up, but it is how you resolve the issue to keep someone coming back. I still sat on hold for 20 minutes after to talk to a manager in which no one picked up (but a manager should have seen this issue and called me). So had no choice but leave a review. I will never order from this location again.

They sure will charge you before they tell you oh the servers are down so with proof that you paid you still cannot get a dang pizza. Not to mention when you call you get the most passive aggressive people who tell you oh it’ll automatically refund its self….within 5 to 7 buisness days. What if that’s a large amount of money to you!? That you just wanted to do something special and now you can’t even do something else because they took your money and put a passive no care given employeee to tell you oh I don’t know what to tell you. NEVER using dominoes again

Haven’t ordered dominos in some time…thought I’d give it another time…ordered small beef, mushroom pie….wasn’t enough meat on it to even get one piece of meat on the squares, a little better on mushrooms but well short of what I would consider ample mushrooms….the beef was the worst , very small pieces and could actually put all the pieces into a tablespoon. I just remembered why I started ordering from other companies. Also I am barely 1/2 mile away and they charge $4.99 delivery. Never again.!!!

Ordered on app, we r 5 mins away from the store but I'm at work and can't leave. After waiting over a hour for my delivery. I see in the app tracker the order is still in "prep". So after calling the store I find out they have no delivery driver because he walked out on them. But there were more than 2 ppl there and I don't understand why one of them can't at least deliver the orders that were alrdy places. Instead they attempted to call my phone 1 time not at least 2 times to bypass the spam blocker. now a days everyone has a spam blocker on their phones and I don't receive calls not in my contacts, unless called 2 times. so that was good enough for them to feel they have no reason to do anything else. When I call I had to ask multiple questions just to find out why I have waited so long and my food is not even cooked or delivered. I understand that issues can happen. But it's s Easter weekend so I can't walk there due to how busy we r. And I know I'm not the only one who waited on there delivery

Order inside. Waited like 15 minutes. Went to check on order was not in the oven just sitting on a rake. I ask about then 6 minutes then put in oven. As I'm wait one young lady has a dirt mouth. Manger just sitting in the booth playing on phone.

So I was ordering pizza a couple weeks ago and they messed that order up so they gave me a free medium pizza. That's what I was ordering today around 11:50 pm and i added Bread Bites and 6 cups of Ranch. Well Marina I think was her name came to drop off the food around 12:20 ish and didn't bring the ranch which you pay for and she said ohh I am sorry let me go get those for you. It is now 2pm and I am still waiting for my ranch cups. This is not the first screw up and it was on an order to fix the last screw up. This location sucks and they never go threw with what they say. I know you may not like you job but that no reason to make someone's food bad. There is a thing call to much sauce I didn't ask for extra just got so much alfredo sauce that the toppings slide off and what I could eat made me sick I make sure to order from different spot just hope when they close down your store you don't move to the one I order from

I have never seen such terrible Business practice. We ordered our food. Two hours later, I call them. They said they went to a completely different address. They lied and said they tried to contact us. Even though not one time did anyone reach out to me. Two hours later, I’m arguing with the manager and he says he can bring me more food in another hour and a half!!!! Now my family is sitting here, hungry and without our dinner. I will never do business here again.

The delivery is TERRIBLE. I once ordered at 8 o’clock and didn’t get it till 10. Another time my friend had to order for our party and it was supposed to be there at 5:30 for the party and it didn’t get there till 7:45. We pre-ordered it at 11:30 am. It is INCREDIBLE how they are still in businesss. Whoever is in charge needs to whip it into shape and stop letting these mistakes happen. They also need to manage their time because obviously they do not. They get orders and are either “behind” or something, but they don’t tell you. It’s disappointing when the pizza is so good. I’d order more often but I’d probably have to order it at 7 am to get it at 6 for dinner.

I ordered on my app and from the time I ordered to the pizza being delivered at my door was 14 mins. The dominos location is 8 mins from me. The pizza looked like it had been sitting for a while and wasn’t even hot. I called to see what could be done and the phone was handed to the manager who said she doesn’t know what to tell me because they were made fresh. I told her they don’t look fresh at all and she said they can remake them if I want to drive up there and bring the old ones back. There’s no way the pizza was made and delivered (an 8 min drive) in 14 mins. But I’m suppose to drive up there and bring these back to get fresh ones?? I paid the $5.99 delivery fee so I didn’t have to drive there. In all my years of ordering from multiple food service places have I ever been told to take my own food back up there in order for them to remake it. The manager was very rude and dismissive. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

What kind of pizza joint doesn't carry parmesan and red peppers? That's like not having napkins. Just get out of the pizza business already. Besides you should be taking inventory every night, where the computer tells you what you need to order more products based on last week's, last year's and this week's estimated sales/ food usage. The computer does everything for you! While this location is nicer than when it was at the gas station, maybe they should have left some money for crushed red peppers and parmesan. I worked for a dominos for a long time, the topping portions here are slim, you should have a topping on every bite. But I'll leave it that, it's still better than pizza hut. It's just that after working so long in a chain, (we got store manager of the year,twice, they give them a rolex) you expect the most basic certain things to be done.
