I start with saying that the Staff very welcoming from Marco at the reception and Simone the Manager and the cleaning lady I can just say nice words. The Place is just 50km from where we live but is such a good getaway in the weekends. The rooms clean nice and the view super 10 out of 10. we are all ready planning to go back in a few weeks

We have stayed here several times, and we loved it every single time. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they are very attentive , and when it comes to food ,they are always cater me even with several food allergies . The rooms have the most amazing view to the mountains ,and are always clean ,with a comfy bed . Definitely would recommend, if you love nature ,quietness and love to hike , as there are so many trails to choose from .

This is the loveliest place with the nicest staff and the hotel is spotless so so clean. We had a lovely week. They have the best gluten free range out of anywhere that we stayed. They brought us over and back to the chalet maniva when we needed. We didn't speak any Italian and they even translated the menu into English for us every evening. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

Myself and my wife stayed here during new year's for 5 nights. We absolutely loved it! At first we were slightly skeptical as we were booked in on a deal which included full board which meant if the food was bad, we would have wasted a lot of money! There was however, nothing to worry about. The menu changed every night (3 course) and everything was absolutely delicious.Breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Rooms were on the older side but very clean and comfortable. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place! Isolated and with a super panorama around, although just one km from the Maniva Ski starting slopes. The Hotel looks quite renovated and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious enough and with all kind of comforts. Good breakfast and very good restaurant also to have lunch and dinner (I've tried the dinner only). The bar is super nice and you can have a quick lunch or any kind of drink (also very good the hot chocolate). Quite large parking outside. There is also a SPA, but I've not tried it. Reasonable prices for a very good price / value ratio. Definitely recommended for a vacation on the snow and beautiful slopes of Maniva Ski!

Really loved our stay here! Really lovely clean hotel, we was full board and the food was great. Maximo is the owner and is always on hand and the receptionist are lovely. 100% would reccomend this place for a nice break and if you ski, there is a free return bus to maniva ski daily.

Such a great place with brilliant staff. A cosy modern hotel with good size rooms, big comfy bed and amazing views. We stayed 5 nights for a ski/snowboard trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better base. Good food with a good selection of gluten-free for my partner and we got to use the relaxing spa. We had trouble with our hire car twice and Maximus helped us out and the second time Sanja did a lot of phoning around and managed to sort out our taxi to the airport. Little gem of a place.

The entire building is new, cozy and comfortable. The food is very good, fresh and local typical dishes are served. The bedroom was great, it had a big bed and a huge bathroom, tv and temperature control system, a nice balcony and a medium size sofa. The view is amazing.

Wonderful service, the main reception staff can also speak English and were very helpful with our group. Room was booked for 6, this comprised of a 4x1beds split between 2 bunks with very little room to move, the beds were apparently not so comfy. The other room was an adequate double. The living room was spacious with a fireplace and cupboards stocked with the essentials (cups, glasses, dishes, cutlery) and a few extras maybe left over from previous occupants? Shower cubicle was small and didn't have enough hot water for 6 to wash one after another after a long day on the slopes. Food, both breakfast and dinner was very average with limited choice but service was very professional. Meals were included as part of our package but you had a sense they were thrown together in a microwave, unseasoned and very quick to arrive. The standout was the pumpkin ravioli, which was delicious - other guests rated the gnocchi highly, but some of the dishes were very bland. One thing worth mentioning was alcohol and coffee prices were fantastic by British standards, the quality was well above what you we're paying for. The spa the hotel provides is well above average, providing a sauna, steam room, massage room, jacuzzi, standing sun bed, loungers and free teas. One final issue is the isolated nature of the hotel, once the pistes were closed there was very little to do but wait for food and go to bed, we had no problem entertaining ourselves, but some may struggle - we did discover table tennis and table football downstairs squeezed into some sort of conference room, but the paddles for the table tennis either didn't have rubber or had broken handle's. Despite all the great points of the hotel (of which there are many) most have some kind of downside which leaves you feeling at the end of your stay as though you've enjoyed a very good example of a three star experience.

We were at the hotel 6 days ago, we waited for the room for 3.5 hours, the room was outside the hotel in the depadens, it was dirty and cold inside, and the heating was turned on when we entered the room. We are very disappointed ... we do not recommend it to anyone
