Such a great place with brilliant staff. A cosy modern hotel with good size rooms, big comfy bed and amazing views. We stayed 5 nights for a ski/snowboard trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better base. Good food with a good selection of gluten-free for my partner and we got to use the relaxing spa. We had trouble with our hire car twice and Maximus helped us out and the second time Sanja did a lot of phoning around and managed to sort out our taxi to the airport. Little gem of a place.

The entire building is new, cozy and comfortable. The food is very good, fresh and local typical dishes are served. The bedroom was great, it had a big bed and a huge bathroom, tv and temperature control system, a nice balcony and a medium size sofa. The view is amazing.

Wonderful service, the main reception staff can also speak English and were very helpful with our group. Room was booked for 6, this comprised of a 4x1beds split between 2 bunks with very little room to move, the beds were apparently not so comfy. The other room was an adequate double. The living room was spacious with a fireplace and cupboards stocked with the essentials (cups, glasses, dishes, cutlery) and a few extras maybe left over from previous occupants? Shower cubicle was small and didn't have enough hot water for 6 to wash one after another after a long day on the slopes. Food, both breakfast and dinner was very average with limited choice but service was very professional. Meals were included as part of our package but you had a sense they were thrown together in a microwave, unseasoned and very quick to arrive. The standout was the pumpkin ravioli, which was delicious - other guests rated the gnocchi highly, but some of the dishes were very bland. One thing worth mentioning was alcohol and coffee prices were fantastic by British standards, the quality was well above what you we're paying for. The spa the hotel provides is well above average, providing a sauna, steam room, massage room, jacuzzi, standing sun bed, loungers and free teas. One final issue is the isolated nature of the hotel, once the pistes were closed there was very little to do but wait for food and go to bed, we had no problem entertaining ourselves, but some may struggle - we did discover table tennis and table football downstairs squeezed into some sort of conference room, but the paddles for the table tennis either didn't have rubber or had broken handle's. Despite all the great points of the hotel (of which there are many) most have some kind of downside which leaves you feeling at the end of your stay as though you've enjoyed a very good example of a three star experience.

We were at the hotel 6 days ago, we waited for the room for 3.5 hours, the room was outside the hotel in the depadens, it was dirty and cold inside, and the heating was turned on when we entered the room. We are very disappointed ... we do not recommend it to anyone

We have booked double room in hotel, there was no available room in hotel, and they gave us depadanse room. Staff on recepcion was unkind.
