I ordered a 10 piece chicken with a small mashed potatoes and gravy. When I got home to eat my food I didn’t like how my chicken looked the batter and chicken had no flavor and the chicken was chewy. I didn’t get my receipt I will not be coming back to Church’s.

Worst place to ever order from going to the store or ordering door dash they always forget half of the food and the food be horrible i don't know if the owner of this store really cares about their restaurant or just doing it for the money. But growing up i remember this place used to care for the food and there customers.

In the drive through they ask you to come back because they are changing shifts? As a restaurant owner I’ve never heard such a thing. Wanted to give this place some another shot since This is the last one in the city.

Chicken was dry. Large order of mash potatoes missing. There is nothing inside jalapeño poppers (see photos). Felt ripped off. By gar the worst churches in columbus

Had to go inside to place order which took so long to order because they didn’t know boneless options they had along with other options missing. Then it took 37 mins to get a dried 3 piece and had to wait for the chicken wrap an extra 15 min to have to tell them to remake my cold 3 piece they tried to serve me in that dirty environment.

Visited this Church's and it was worst experience by far. Ordered the 4 piece dark and every piece was overcooked and dried out. Church's used to have better quality chicken than this and I will not be going back to this location ever to waste my money.

Took over 45 minutes to make my chicken, which was only a 6 pc wing and side combo. There was 3 other people waiting as well which were not very happy. When I got the food it was unevenly spiced, where a couple had too much and the rest none at all. Nobody should wait this long for fast food, especially when they drove 3 1/2 hours to help a terminal, worked for over 11 hours, and had a 3 1/2 hour commute back home. I got home at midnight due to their doldrum work ethic.

This is by far the worst churches chicken I have ever been to. If you go here, expect to wait 30 minutes plus. The employees will tell you to wait at the speaker. You will wait there for about 15 plus minutes then have to wait for the 2 vehicles in front of you another 30 minutes. Stay far away from this churches. As a business you should find new employees that are willing to work.

Takes forever to get your food, even if you order ahead. The inside is absolutely disgusting to the point I will exclusively use the drive-thru at this location. Except this time where I was forced to come inside to hang out in the filth. The employees were rude with me and argued with each other while I waited. I understand why its always empty here

I placed an order for pickup while getting a pedicure. When I arrive, the store was busy as usual. While waiting I see a worker making small mashed potatoes and gravy cups. The gravy drips on her glove. She proceeds to lick the glove and continue making food orders. The order she's making is mine by the way. She uses the same gloves to grab the bread for my chicken sandwich. I said loud enough for the other workers to hear me "She just licked her glove and is still making food." Not one of them said anything, stopped her from making food, or blinked an eye. Then I ask for the manager because I know something is going to be done. Well to my surprise, nothing happened. She continued making "my food." She puts the bag up to be handed to me. I told him, "I don't want that. I've already said i want to cancel my order." Called corporate three times and haven't heard anything. Mine you this was March 8th. Thank God I went in because had I not.🤢🤢😡😡 Totally disgusting.

This place was absolutely disgusting on the inside. We only received half of our order after ordering through the drive thru. This required my husband to have to go inside multiple times to retrieve the items we realized were missing including both of our sides. To make matters worse, my husband was trying to drink his sweet tea through his straw but nothing was coming out. Upon taking the lid off and drinking from the cup he realized there was a HUGE piece of nasty plastic inside his drink. This is absolutely unacceptable and there’s no way someone didn’t see it!! Had we not been so far away, we would have turned around and asked for our money back. See pics!

I have been to this church’s 9 times in the past month and not 1 time have I been able to place and order, when I pull in either there is 2-3 cars waiting to place and order and it takes the employee 20 minutes for each car . From the time they take one order they tell the next person they will be with them in a minute, after 10 minutes of the 1 st car pulling up to the window they give them their food and still makes the car at the speaker wait 10-15 more minutes. This store needs new management and employees.so who really has an hour to wait on fast food

Disgusting. Rice look like mushy stuffing. Chicken was all different burnt and colors. Would never again
