We placed the order ahead of time and did not check in until we reached Sonic. I was impressed with the time taken to deliver the food. The meat taste different because it had low sodium. The burger was juicy, tender along with the onion rings were a perfect combination.

It's early morning, and I am super duper early for an appointment. Well, since Sonic Drive-In is open and it's not taking Me far from My appointment site, I'll get some breakfast. However, there's nothing on the breakfast menu I want. After finding out that I can choose an alternative to breakfast, I ordered onion rings. They were just an onion ring, nothing outstanding about it at all. After eating a couple, I realize WHY IN THE HECK I ORDERED ONION RINGS??? Now I have to go to My appointment with onion breath 🤦‍♀️. I searched my car for something to refresh My mouth, and came up with nothing... UNTIL, I looked in the Sonic bag and behold peppermints. AND that is the reason for the 5 star review, for the Sonic STAFF doing his job to supply Me with peppermints.

I moved from Oklahoma about a year ago and I used to eat at Sonic quite a bit. It took me a while to find this Sonic, but I am so glad I did. My first time I got my food, it was hot. The smash burger was one of the best burgers I have had in a LONG time. Even the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh! I thought maybe the first time was a fluke, so I went back again. It was the same! Great, courteous service. It was a little wait while they made the food, but well worth it. Burger, fries and even the drink was made to perfection. If you want a great burger and good service, this is the place to go!

Came through the drive through Sunday April 13th at about noon. The gentleman that helped us was very polite and seemed to be happy to be at work which is so rare to see! This eagerness to serve is something I hardly ever experience. Then, we got our food and everything was SO hot and fresh. I feel like I NEVER am served HOT food from a drive thru! I was so impressed, I wanted to leave this review so hopefully someone in upper management can give this guy a raise. Wish I got his name, an awesome experience I was not expecting. Also 11/10 on chili cheese wrap!

Been getting an oreo cheesecake shake here since my company moved me to this area and I realized I was close to a sonic. The staff don't take my struggle to understand things out on me as well, which is nice! Gonna miss being so close to icecreamand food, lol.

The food was ok, feels like the quality has gone down. The cheeseburger was mediocre, chili cheese tots were ok, but the buffalo chicken dip bites were surprisingly tasty. The Oreo cheesecake sundae was delicious.

This location was great I had multiple orders and everyone got there orders exactly how they wanted them. The wait was very quick and the employees were nice. I personally had the patty melt combo with onion rings as my side and was unfortunately disappointed. The melt was dry and tasted like it was missing something I was hoping for something more flavourful and cheesy and the onion rings were unsalted so they were very blan. I didn't enjoy this combo but I still love Sonic food this is the first time I have been disappointed with there food. But I did order a banana creme shake that was absolutely delicious a little too much whipped creme but still tasty. To too things off it had little crumbles of vanilla wafers sprinkled on the whipped cream to top off it's pure perfection. Even though I want happy with this combo I will definitely be back to try others and I will try this location again.

Sonic slushies are so good! I have been coming for sonics happy hour since I was a kid and they have never disappointed with their slushies. The drive in experience is something that I love here although I know at some locations the employees wear roller skates and that was probably the best experience I had haha, but I know not every location does that. Still good overall, definitely wouldn't say the food is amazing but hey its good for fast food and what else do you expect. The drinks and slushies though are always top notch!

I go here very often and it’s always a good experience. The food always tastes fresh and the order is always correct. I’m someone who adds a lot of customizations and syrups to my order, so for this place to always get it right is a huge bonus in my book. In the hundreds of times i’ve visited I’ve only gotten rude staff maybe a handful of times, which is unheard of in fast food. The only thing that drags this place down is the constant ice cream/shake machine debacle. they are ALWAYS stating that the machines are broken, but this is likely a franchise issue, not on staff at all. Other than the ice cream availability, i would recommend this place to anyone.

First time getting Sonic. We used the park and order. We ordered our food, no problem. The screen said the order was coming out, but we were forgotten after several minutes I pushed the button and told them we were still waiting. It took another several minutes before we got our food. The food was great, but customer service needs improvement.

None of the exterior lights were lit at 9pm, we didn't think they were even open. Then we waited 15 Behr our order was even taken, but it did come out quickly. The food was worth what we paid. The shakes were super thick and yummy.

Tbh the cheeseburger is the worst burger I have ever had. The pretzel and cherry lemonade tasted great as a snack. Pretzel was soft and tasty with cheddar cheese sauce. The lemonade was refreshing.

Food was nice and freshly hot! Smash burger was better than their typical sonic burger. The all beef hotdogs taste like they’re boiled and not grilled which was a disappointment but overall everything else was good.

I went through the drive thru late Friday night, it was kind of difficult to hear and talk through the speaker so I had to keep repeating my order. The girl working the window was very nice. My food came out hot in about 5 minutes and tasted great!

Not crazy about the food, it seems pretty average. Especially for the price. The burgers are good and the drinks are worth the trip, I think. They have happy hour!! Who doesn't like a slushy or a shake?? The kid really enjoyed the candy slushy. Are you supposed to tip?? Someone please clarify.

Very pleasant and quick service. Wish there was more space between their menu boards. For full sized vehicles there isn't much room. We go for the strawberry limeade. Food is pretty standard quality for a fast food restaurant.

no one was running the drive through so I had to park, I ended up waiting so long the "press red button to order" timed out *twice*. definitely check your order before leaving, I was given bbq sauce instead of syrup for the French toast sticks. food was good besides that, but the frustration brought the whole experience down.

Being Canadian, Sonic is a new experience. After years of visiting America for business travel, my partner and I finally decided to give sonic a try. The system for parking and ordering and having it brought to your car was excellent! I think the fad kind of ended there, though. The food was alright. But just alright. There's better takeout options. None of the sauce we ordered and paid for was provided, the milkshakes were TOO thick (almost impossible to drink), and the fries were significantly over salted. I love me a salty French fry but, wow, those were salty! It was nice to give it a shot as something new, but I believe sonic will remain a one trip experience for us.

2nd time we have visited this location back in 2023 and again August 2025. We are from Fort Wayne Indiana. Our hamburgers were good, the fries were cold and little broken pieces that were overcooked and the onion rings tasted and looked refried and tasted like old grease. Staff was short and not friendly at all. There was only 1 other car in the drive through and they just rushed us through.

The burger was good; but…. Presentation, they say, is everything. The advertisement screenshot I included, is the same burger I purchased, sans the pickle and mayo. The photo of my burger has a tomato slice, lettuce and onion under that smashed bun. The French fries were cold (they came with the meal). The Ocean Water was tasty but it is not water; apparently, it is sprite with food coloring and a coconut flavoring added (I didn’t taste any coconut, personally). If there was an explanation for the drink’s ingredients, I missed it. My granddaughter also had the same “smashed” burger, which she said was good; so, maybe it is this branch’s signature style 🤷‍♀️. Her tater tots were “okay”, so I don’t know if that meant they were warm or she didn’t care if they were cold. We bought mini strawberry cheesecake shakes. They were very good; flavorful, thick and creamy. The mini was the perfect size, more than enough of a dessert for our lunch. All in all, I’d give them another try, if I was in the area; but, I would order my fries with no salt or just order onion rings instead and hope for the best.

Just went by today to grab me some yummy sonic that I’ve been craving…I was somewhat around the area because I don’t have a sonic close to me but man I waited like 20 minutes through the drive through…asked for extra cheese on the chili cheese fries not only did I not get extra but there was almost nothing on the fries!!! I am not happy as I’ve been craving sonic for days! So disappointing…Will stick with the Marion location from here on out…they load your fries with both chili and cheese!!

I downloaded the app the other evening and ordered through it for the first time. It took over 30 mins for someone to bring out my slushee, hot dog, and loaded tots. 15 mins before they brought it, my order was cleared from the app and when I buzzed in through the stall order button the staff acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Food was okay but all customizations I made through the app were ignored. If you have a food allergy or something I would NOT order through the app, and make sure you check everything before you eat! I probably wouldn’t come back here but I can’t resist the Nerds slushees.

I used to come here a couple times a week now I am down to once a month. The food has taken a quick downturn. It used to be good and fresh. On my last two visits I ended up throwing away my burger because I just couldn't eat it. There is grease everywhere, on top of the wrapper, on top of the bun, gathered all in the foil when you open it. Just a pool of grease. Who would serve something this greasy and unappealing to anyone. Its normally before noon when I get there and only has been happening the past couple of months. I've never had this problem there before then.

Food is normal Sonic food- good junk food and great milkshakes. The service can be so bad though. The people are nice when you get to them but waits are long and long pauses where seemingly nothing is moving. Recently they’ve been telling people in the stall that they’re only taking drive through orders… after you’ve been waiting to order in a stall for 10 mins. They really need to figure out a way to indicate when they’re drive through only.

I enjoyed the food but I paid for extra cherries to be in my cherry limeade drink and got absolutely nothing as well as some of the condiments were not on my all American hot dog. First bad experience kinda disappointed 😔 more disappointed that there were no cherries in my drink and that’s my favorite part of it 🤦🏻‍♀️also paid extra money to have extra cherries and like I said got absolutely nothing in my drink but it and the ice. Usually I see limes and lots of cherries 😡🥺

This location is iffy. The drive thru takes longer than usual a lot of the time. They’ll ask you to wait a second to order and take quite a while to get back to you. I pulled up to a carhop spot before and sat for 10 mins before I left because no one said anything to me. But today sealed the deal when I got this chicken sandwich and it was RAW 🤢🤢 I’m so disgusted.

Was very good at first when I would go. Their milkshakes are always good. There were 3 times in a row when I got a twisted flamingo and they gave me straight soda water because I guess they just don't check their syrups? Every time with the sprite. Several times I have gone and waited several minutes at the menu without a response or been told to wait a few minutes and I would pull away after 10 minutes of nothing. One of the last times I went I was asked if it was okay there would be a wait and I asked how long (I wasn't going to wait if it were a long wait. Which is fine, it's just not worth my time to) and the person on the mic angrily sighed and told me 3 minutes. Just generally a huge drop in quality lately and their drinks are mediocre with no care or effort put in for their price point. Leaving this review because I just paid 5 dollars for a sprite that I watched a worker piss like 3 tablespoons of red bull into before handing it to me. I don't know why I even accepted it.

Couldn't get anything right. If you're gonna run a business in America it would be best to be able to speak and understand English. Drove a long way for a strawberry milkshake with no strawberries in it. And they don't give out salt??? Couldn't even get a plain double bacon cheeseburger right. Place is ripping off customers now. I requested a medium milkshake with my food. They gave me a small milkshake but charged me a medium milkshake. I called them out on it and they claimed milk shake sizing had changed. They also gave me the incorrect food, but I did not realize this until I was home because I was so disappointed. The employees are incompetent liars and accountability is non existent.

My order was messed up the first time giving me the wrong drink and no onion ring in one of the meals. I did not complain and let is slide. I then ordered icecream and cinnanbuns which i was given the wrong size icecream and they tried to give me french toast sticks instead of what i ordered. I have been in contact with customer servic for 3 fing weeks trying to get a refund and this store refuses to refund me or to contact me to see what the issue was. This was on september 20th around 6pm and its now october 7th. Edit: its now October 14th and i have yet to receive a refund or a call from management.

Waited 15 minutes in the ordering stall and another 20 in the drive thru just to end up with cold fries. I counted 5 employees working. I can't conceptualize what could cause such an insane wait time. There were 4 uber eats orders so maybe that? But good lord. Pick up the pace a bit.

Horrible experience. Ordered a sonic double bacon cheeseburger and specified no mayo and no tomato. The screen didn't have the no tomato on in and Inasked the person to make sure it had no tomato on it. She said "We got it, you don't want tomato" and actually made excuses as to why she couldn't hit the button again. Sandwich had 2 slices of tomato on it. My strawberry shake could have just been a vanilla shake with strawberry topping. Only the top inch or so had strawberries in it. My tater tots were dry and withered. Would not recommend this Sonic location. When I buzzed inside from the outdoor parking to file a complaint they wouldn't respond after I told them I didn't want to order and that I wanted a supervisor. Many other restaurants in the area of this one. Choose one of them.

Absolutely horrible. We went and asked for quite a few things, but only one item we ordered was made correctly. (A chocolate shake.) The fries were cold, the sandwich and hot dog we ordered had everything on them when we asked for ketchup only or plain, and on top of that, we ordered an Oreo shake and there were only Oreos on the very top layer under the whipped cream. AND on top of that, they tried to tell us after we got our shakes that we didn’t have any other food coming out so we had to wait for them to make everything. Very disappointed.

What a disappointment of my favorite childhood drive-in. I sat in a stall waiting for someone to answer the call button for ten minutes so I got in the drive-thru lane. When I pulled up to order I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to answer (and no one ever did), so I pulled up to the window only for some girl to tell me she would only be able to take my order via her headset. The restaurant was by no means busy, but how about just telling the person waiting that you’ll be with them in a few minutes instead of them sitting there wondering if the speaker is working? One employee did have time to get into a car with friends outside for a good 10 minutes, then got out, and went back into the store…. We got our two slushes which were two pumps of syrup and plain icee poured on top. Terrible.

Never in my life have I decided that I needed to go to a Sonic. However, after a long day out in the sun, I decided it was an appropriate move. When we pulled up to order, we waited until someone told us they were short staffed and therefore we had to order through the actual drive through (no other information was shared at this time). The wait for the drive through was about half an hour. One car sat to order for about 20 minutes. When we got to the place to order, we were asked to wait again. When we did order, we decided upon two slushies, only to find out that the slushie machine was broken. I am unsure why this information was shared up front upon arrival. I have never waited in a drive through that long in my life and would have left (about 5 other patrons did) if we did not have another event lined up.

Tried to get food here today. Waited at the drive-thru speaker for 18 minutes, but no one. I asked if anyone was there multiple times. No answer. So I drove around and saw employees inside, went to a stall to try and order, 10 more minutes and no answer. Couldn't even order the food I wanted due to the lack of service.

I probably won’t be getting food DoorDashed from this place anymore. Slushee machine must be broken because the past 3 times I’ve ordered a strawberry slushee I get strawberry limeade I think? Whatever it is it isn’t a slushee and it’s not very good. And when I try to call to speak with someone because like I said this has happened 3 times, I can’t get through. It’s very annoying.

I went there to get a Coney dog, they messed up my order, So I went backto get an order of replacement because they messed up my Order. The Grl Assistant manager was Rude. I cannot believe how horrible this Sonic is, there's a line wrapped around the building because no one is working the drive through, sat for 10 mins at the speaker with no response all for a pickup order. Then the employees treat us like idiots and are extremely rude, meanwhile the guy on drive through is just walking in a circle in the kitchen.

Refused to take our order at 10pm, with 3 other cars in the drive thru and at least 6 cars waiting in the bays. Said they were only doing orders through the mobile app, but appeared nobody was being served anything. Have never had good service here, and majority of the time the orders are incorrect. Sat for 20 minutes in a stall after pressing the red button multiple times. Store doesn’t answer the phone- it goes straight to no one is available to take your call. When an employee finally got to me, he was not apologetic. I asked if my former would still be fresh. He said yes. When the girl brought it out to me, the fries were ice cold. I asked for a replacement. They forgot the ranch packet I ordered and messed up the sandwich with toppings I did not order.

I typically like going to this location, but there has been too many times i have ordered a drink and it tasted like straight chemicals! We went back to exchange the drink and they weren’t even apologetic and made it seem like we were inconveniencing them when all I wanted was a coke! They even had our order wrong but i put it past them until i actually drank my soda and threw up after just a sip. This location will never see me again and i don’t think anyone should ever go to this establishment!

Absolutely abysmal experience, the drive in things didn't work so we had to go through the drive through. the food was incredibley stale and cold. And they didn't put the lid on the shake so it spilled all over the car. We had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through again to get a replacement. And they made us pay for the replacement.

I don’t know what was worse, the non cleanliness, the lack of being able to understand anyone who worked there, the food, or the horrible service!? The tables were gross. Tried to order at the patio, the screen was broken. FINALLY got ahold of someone ordered pickle fries after seeing a poster on the store for them, they stated they don’t have them. Ordered two corn dogs with mustered, and 6 pc mozzarella sticks with Mariana. After a while they brought cold corn dogs out with ketchup and some disgusting buffalo things I didn’t order. Kept knocking on the glass. They refused to answer the door. Called them on the screen again and told them to come fix the order. Still no mustard. Tables were disgusting. Food was cold and disgusting. Service was atrocious. Not only will we never be back to this place we will NEVER be back to any sonic ever. We do not recommend.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! At least the 2nd or 3rd time now I’ve left with NO FOOD either because they were either out of what I wanted, or they just couldn’t be bothered to even take my order!! I live within walking distance of this location, so I think to myself…nice easy, convenient place to grab some food, right? NOPE! If you select any ordering option (app, drive up/car hop, walk up) OTHER than drive thru or Door Dash, don’t be surprised if you leave empty handed! Tonight’s episode started with me simply wanting a milkshake! I walk over, pressed the button…13 minutes later, nobody even acknowledged me or said “I’ll be with you in a moment”, NOTHING! Finally this surly, snippy rude girl answers the speaker. I informed her that I’d been waiting for almost 15 minutes, so I finally ordered on the app. She then tells me that the ice cream machine is down. So of course then I ask for a refund. She tells me “since you ordered on the app, you can get it on the app”. I explain to her that I’ve been waiting and she then gets even more hostile and says “Then don’t come back!” If this place is that understaffed on a Friday night, they have bigger problems than me, OR her! 🙄😒

If I could leave zero stars I would!! The man working the window repeatedly put the wrong items on the order. The ice cream machine was not working. The entire order of motzerella sticks had no cheese in them. My burger had toppings that I asked not to be on it. Over all a horrible experience!!

This location has absolutely abysmal service and a complete lack of management. Over three years of living in this area, you will never see more than 3 cars in the drive thru, however you will never wait less than 10 minutes. Went this afternoon with not a single other car in the stalls, tables, or drive thru, but still sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes without ever being helped despite at least 3 employees inside on their phones. I've had my order messed up many times. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

They took extremely slow. I pressed the red button, sat there 8 minutes then it turned off without anyone answering. I clicked it again and they just told me to go to the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. Upon receiving my food, it was cold and tasted mediocre.

I came to this sonic while on vacation and they were packed took 10mins to even come to take my order and then told me to go to the drive through because it's faster when the line was super long. Horrible experience

Stuff is usually fresh, drive thru can often be slow. Ordered a medium chocolate peanut butter Reese’s shake. Was charged for 2 extra add ins, fine. Peanut butter wasn’t added and the chocolate wasn’t mixed in at all. And received a small.

Worst Sonic ever. I have been here twice as my hotel is nearby. Both times took over 15 minutes to get my order during non-busy times. Both times the order was incorrect. Looking through the drive-thru window one person is sitting in a chair another person is leaning against the wall eating a sandwich and there was only one guy actually doing any work that I saw. Until they get a crew who will actually work do not go there. Also pay attention to the reviews most of the recent reviews are only one star. Also to the owner, please do not respond with the exact same cut and paste response to all the other negative reviews. Do something about your store.

My food was delivered wrong and items were missing. The delivery drived got mad when I asked him where the missing items were, and he told me to call the restaurant. When I tried to call them, they didn't answer their phone, and the 1800 number told me there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend eating here.

Ordered on Grubhub and got a whole different order. Not even remotely close. I tried to call to see what went wrong but no one will answer the phone, the number is for decoration. I reported it to Grubhub and to Sonic Customer Service. They’re going to both report this because…..how could you get it so wrong?

Foods always been decent. But the service is so bad. I (for the 3rd time the last 2 months) spent 15 minutes waiting at the order mic and nobody helped me. Tried to call store and the phone was off. Not at a weird time either, 5:30-6pm! Line of cars and hungry customers being ignored. Very poor management!

I have been to many Sonics in multiple states and this is the worst by far. Pushed the red button to order and was told “your food is on its way out, if that’s what you’re pushing the button about. You need to wait”. I hadn’t ordered yet. When we finally did get our food, most of it went in trash, because it was inedible. The other half was just missing. Customer service offered me a $5 coupon in exchange for the $15 order we couldn’t eat.

Went to drive thru 3 weeks ago and was told "We ain't taking orders unless you have an online order already placed." Uhm, why?!?! Two weeks ago went to drive thru and they never answered me so I drove off. One day ago I went to drive thru and ordered a milkshake with their response, "Milkshake 'machine' is broken." What?!? YOU ARE THE MACHINE for making a milkshake.... I'm done even trying this worthless place.

Worst ever. Ordered 4 pretzels with chees. Didn't get any cheese. Orderd a cherry lime aid. Got a nasty drunk with vanilla ice cream in it. Food quality us sub par and order accuracy is zero. Newberry order here, the place is trash.

DO NOT order them through DD. My sundae arrived melted and the top open with no safety sticker, the top was all smashed down like something was sitting on top of it. Every other restaurant uses safety stickers. The Frito pie garbage was cold and soggy. It's trash. Don't waste your money on this particular sonic. No common sense apparently.

Pushed the red button in one of the drive in stalls, it told me that my order would be taken soon, then I sat there for 10 minutes and never got my order taken. Ended up pulling out and trying to go to the drive through and they didn't have milkshakes, the only thing I wanted. Complete waste of time.

Pulled up at 10:55. Was told the store is closed. Had a crying son in the back who wanted to eat the pretzels from Sonic so I had to improvise and told the rep I will tip her $10, she then took my order of two pretzels and 2 cherry limeades. The worst part of this was that they forgot to add the cherry flavor in the drinks making it useless. What a joke. Never coming here again.

I had one of the rudest interactions with an employee that I've ever experienced tonight. What I ordered online was not in stock but I didn't know until I got to the window. I was told I could not get a refund but no explanation was given why. That's fine, no big deal but the male employee I interacted with to replace the order was extremely impatient, condescending and irritable. I understand that it was busy. I understand that customer service can be frustrating. However, he talked to me with such contempt and sarcasm it was inexcusable. The whole situation ended up taking nearly an hour. I was ultimately charged $16.00 for about $10.00 worth of food and the quality of the sandwich was subpar, at best. Because of the employee, the quality and the time, I will never return and I would urge others to consider other options. There are higher quality restaurants in the area. This was not the first time I had a bad experience here but it will be the last.

Terrible location. Constantly closes early, terrible customer service. When I pulled me to the drive thru at 11:03pm after already placing a mobile order (store closes at 12am) there was silence. I waited for about 5 minutes, then drove up to the window. Finally, someone came and asked for my order name. They go and come back, turns out the gave my order to another car. "Yea we gave that to another car". No apology. No refund offer. No resolution. And guess what? They had already shut down all their equipment, so having it remade was not an option. Almost 1 hour before close. Eventually, I asked if I would be able to just get a refund. The girl said yea you can get one in the app. This is a lie. Getting a refund requires you to call corporate. And even then, all corporate does is notify the store and then the STORE needs to contact you again with a resolution. And to make matters worse, this store doesn't pick up their phone. Terrible experience, stay away.

I've never been to Sonic so this was our first time going. The website was easy to navigate and easy to order. But that was the best part of the whole experience. I follow the directions that told me to park at the mobile slot and enter the number which I did after waiting 10 minutes we went around to the drive-thru because no one ever came out to give us our food. Once we got our food can I open the bag they gave us two fries and no tater tots was what I asked for. It's like they gave us all the end pieces of the French fries I will attach a picture so you can see and it had a weird taste I was getting a hint of funnel taste. The fries were cold and once we open the sandwiches they only got one of them right I asked for few pickles and onion and they put tomato no onion the hamburger was not good a remind me of a soy burger. Needless to say they had a shot to get a new customer today and they blew that right out of the water I will never ever go back to Sonic. I will also be contacting your corporate to get my money back

Horrible customer service, cold food. You would think will all the negative reviews on this place they would get rid of the bad apples at this place. unfortunately I didn't see the reviews till after my visit. Firstly when they took my order the lady had a "I hate my job tone" I asked for tator tots with my burger and she replied "We dont have tator tots" no im sorry we are out but made it seem like they never had tots. I think they did but we're just to lazy to put them down. When I was brought my food, same I hate my job vibes. I then asked for a code for the restroom and she said she will open the door from the inside so I then stood outside the door for 3-5 minutes and never unlocked it. so 2 min later I get to the hotel and the burger looks thrown together all messy and my burger and frys were super cold. 0/10 experience!!!

Tonight went to sonic to get large strawberry slush and a medium Ocean water. Everytime those two girls work my order is always disappointing. How can both drinks taste like water and strawberry slush had no strawberries and not to mention the wait was close to 15 mins. Last time I went to try the smash burger meal and the two girls was working again the food was terrible. The groovy fries was burnt and stuck together.

30 min wait to have order taken. What’s worse is after sitting for 30 minutes I still got no food had to leave and goto McDonald’s down the street. update because I live down the street. I decided to try again because they have ice cream. Again pull up first of all there’s hardly any lights on the place. You can’t even tell. It’s open at night and then you pull up to the drive-through speaker they tell me to please wait. I sat there for 15 minutes before she takes my order. I asked for a small sonic blast and then she says they’re ice cream machines broke and I’m like really you couldn’t have told me that 15 minutes ago when I pulled up, I swear I will never go to this place again is horrible Worst dining restaurant fast food experience in Columbus the place needs to be put out of business.

I won't be going to this location anymore. There's constant issues with the drive thru. You can barely hear them and they don't seem to be able to hear you. My order was wrong and the woman told me I didn't ask for what I asked for. I also noticed anytime that you go to this location after 5PM the hamburger meat is always dry, hard, and feels old. I won't be returning nor would I recommend anyone eat here unless it's early in the day.

Never truly honor their business hrs online.... Also always forget added options... said they close at 12 am stopped taking orders at 11 pm. Don't waste your time or gas... to this location. I ordered a burger with bacon and an oreo master blast. Forgot my bacon and didn't even fill up my master blast I got half a shake.... and when I asked them if that looked complete they said "oh you want more?" I n stated it wasn't even filled half way... then they vanilla ice cream unmixrd as if that was going to blend itself. Never again!

Your service is always bad and today was the day I decided not to come back. Your drive through menu said that a medium blast is $4.89 but the store was charging me $5.89. I asked them to give me the lower price and they said they couldn’t. So you may have a theft problem and you definitely have a management problem. Do better!

I visited Sonic recently and was really disappointed with the quality of their ice cream sundae and milkshake. The sundae was poorly made—melted, very messy, and missing key toppings. The large milkshake was three quarters full no whip, and the texture was grainy instead of smooth. For a place known for its frozen treats, this was a letdown. I requested a refund but was denied because I started eating my mozzarella sticks (unheard of). The items were not purchased as a meal as each item was for a different individual. Per my receipt I was charged for each item separately. I hope they improve their preparation and quality control. No manager or adult that cared about food quality/customer satisfaction was on shift. 3250 Olentangy River Road - Drive thru Sonic do better

They said they were “leaving early” and didn’t want to take out the things to make food. This place needs to change their closing time or fire their staff. This was my third time going there but my second time trying the food. I thought the first time maybe was just a bad day for them and that if I tried it again it would be better. It was not!! Everything that I got was extra hard!! The chicken tenders, the french fries, and the last time it was the soft pretzel twist! My husband liked his burger and my son liked his hot dog. The employees were dry with us like we were getting on their nerves and acted like they just didn't want to be at work. They forgot my straws for our drinks and the sauce for my tenders. It took them forever to get us the straws and the sauce and there wasn't even anybody else there but two other cars so it shouldn't have taken so long. When I asked them to redo our fries because they were so hard, small, and broken....they only brought one fry instead of three for me my son and my husband. I was so over it at that point!! And I was so hungry, I was just ready to go. I will never go there again!! I wasted my hard earned money there again to still be hungry trying to give them another chance!! If I could do zero Stars I would!! I'm sad about this because I do like Sonic!!

Here’s a friendly reminder for all drivers: If you’re unlucky enough to receive an order from this place, cancel it immediately. Their wait time is practically infinite, and their order notes are incorrect. You’ll have to wait in the drive-thru line to pick up the order. Don’t waste your time on this restaurant—they don’t care how long you wait, and everyone there seems lazy. Cancel your order right away.

Got here with the fiancee for dinner. Parked in a stall and placed our order. Had trouble with the payment terminal but before I could say anything the gentleman taking my order cut off the intercom so I thought I was okay and that my payment processed. Sat there for twenty minutes before seeing a worker bringing out someone's food. I flagged them down to mention how long we'd been waiting and say that I had an issue with the terminal and wasn't sure if it processed. She said she'll just take my card inside to process the payment. I told her no because I don't know if the payment already processed and I just needed to know what's up and if we'll be waiting much longer. She again said she could just take my card in. I declined and said I'm not comfortable with that and she said "Well how are you going to pay then" Rather than argue with her I told her we'll just go somewhere else and dispute the payment if it's already there. Call me crazy but I don't think the first thought in a workers mind should be "let me walk away with your card out of site and into a building" instead of "let me check on that and see what we can do". Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes just to have a worker be rude and end up leaving.

If you order from the app, don't pick it up from a stall--go to the drive thru. I placed an order for two, drove 10 minutes, then checked in and waited at a stall for another 30 minutes before they finally delivered it to me. I asked them for an update after 15 minutes and nobody responded after that. Horrible customer service.

This is the worst restaurant in whole Columbus area. I used mobile app to place the order and selected the stall number while parked the car for food pickup as per mobile app instructions. I waited there just right outside the restaurant in parking lot for 20 minutes, I could see other people were being served who came later than me even parked and placed and restaurant workers were serving them not only that driver through was also working fine. I couldn’t understand why my food isn’t brought to me yet. So I decided to go through driveway because that’s the only option I could see since the restaurant does not have siting and they only open the doors to their workers by ringing bell. There was a number given in app for this restaurant, I called and it ringed and disconnected immediately. I tried it again, no one picked up. I went through driveway and asked them about my mobile order and they said pull through window, I reached and asked why no one has served my food, so that the person told me “we are not using app to serve the food”. Now at point I was asking so how a customer like me would know if they are not serving even the app would suggest and take the order from me. That’s not all they didn’t even bother to say anything except “I’ll let the manager know”. I picked my food and went to home and checked the food only to know that it wasn’t complete. Now I don’t wanted to call them I tried earlier and I knew nobody would pick it up. And yes I have also filled the survey which was came in email that came to me but didn’t got any response or anything.

We tried to order online however they were not taking online orders, ok that’s fine we’ll order in the drive through. We start listing our order and speaking clearly and slowly when doing so our order is as follows: 2 large sprite zeros with diet raspberry and peach flavor and a blt and 3 piece tender. The lady taking our order messes the drinks up numerous times when trying to take it. We correct her and move on, we get to the window and at this point we are very late to where we need to be because of the multiple bumps in the road previously mentioned. Finally we receive our bill and we’re over charged for every single item we ordered. We are already late so it’s too late to do anything right then. We ordered a 3 Piece chicken tender and got charged a 3 piece chicken tender dinner and a blt dinner. We never received any fries on the side of these. We got charged much extra for multiple more syrup add ons than we got. To top it all off we got charged for 2 chicken tender dinners. Are you kidding me? This is actually ridiculous, I don’t complain to restaurants a lot but seriously? What?

Whenever I go to this location, there is at least one thing wrong with my order. Today, I was especially disappointed. The chicken is burnt and rock hard (I literally cannot bite into it). I asked for onion rings instead of tots - they charged me extra for it. I got two onion rings in addition to tots. Instead of the root beer I asked for, I received a cherry coke. Very disappointed. When I called to ask for compensation, they responded that I could come back for a free meal (which wouldn’t be free since I bought this disgusting mess), but I’m already home and it’s out of the way. Very disappointed.
