tacos COMITAN Reviews
Excellent place! Hot, freshly made food, pleasant atmosphere, and very helpful staff. Highly recommended!
As for the service, everything was fine, as was the friendly staff. The food arrived hot, as did the tortilla! The location itself is fine.
Very good service, very friendly attention, very helpful, as a suggestion music but at an enjoyable level
Staff, very friendly, attentive at all times, it would be great if they had background music, and if they added more decoration to the place.
The service was excellent and the flavor was exquisite!
A taqueria with a great atmosphere and delicious seasoning. I really like their sirloin and steak tacos, as well as their chorizo quesadillas. There are good options for other dishes, including the burritos and tortas, which are great. Highly recommended for a family getaway.
Excellent. Very good service, exquisite flavor. Identical to Tuxtla and Comitán... I'll definitely be back. Nothing like other tacos al pastor; they clearly can't compete in terms of quantity or price. Never change...
I have had tacos all over Mexico, and I can say that I would definitely recommend this restaurant. There service was impeccable and very prompt. The personnel were very polite and friendly from the first time that they greeted us, until we left. Pro tip. Tuesdays are Taco Tuesday, and they were 10 pesos each for the Al Pastor tacos. I personally recommend the Sangria Soda with tacos.
Best taco ever!
Taco is great!
Love here. Taco is really good!
The food is good and tastes good, but the presentation of the place and the dishes they sell you do not match the price you pay (it does not look like the pictures).
Poor hygiene, a hair grew in my heel. Poor service.
Update 09/25/24, the prices they charge have nothing to do with the quality... I don't mind paying almost $50 for a gringa, as long as the gringa is worth it... Sadly it wasn't like that, the meat alone needed more browning and the pastor marinade leaves a lot to be desired, they need to improve a lot in the portions or else cut the price of everything by half to be more competitive with the competition they have nearby, just to give you an idea, about a week ago I went for two gringas and 2 sodas for which I paid 150 with a tip (because I like to leave at least a little tip) being that the competition, (and I'm not referring to the decadent grill Zuiza for your health and if you value your life don't eat there🤮), for the same $150, four gringa ladies can eat real pastor meat and their pineapple straight from the trompo, a hot dog and a soda without fear of getting sick in "Trompo Burger," everything is delicious, meaty, and almost no fat! It's located next to the Farmacia del Ahorro, right next to the Hotel de los Lagos... That place is almost always packed with people. Don't let its appearance fool you, it's very clean, at least much more so than other places. In my personal experience, I've never gotten sick like I have in other places, haha, excuse the redundancy. And I've literally been bursting at the seams for less than 150 pesos!! If you're on a budget, you can order a Richis and a soda for less than $100 and you'll be bursting at the seams. I highly recommend it. And to the owners of Señor del Rodeo, many blessings and luck. It's never too late to improve or change. You have everything you need to be Kings 🕊️
Bad service, bad meat, cold and tough tortillas, and rude staff... I don't recommend it.
The taste is average. It used to be good. Even the portions. Now it's so-so! The worst thing is that they raised the prices and lowered the portions without maintaining the flavor and quality. Updated 06/19/22, the pastor and sirloin are already too "fatty." The meat quality is no longer there. The facilities are in decay. Very unhygienic.
They take forever and the drinks are outrageously expensive. You order a pitcher because there are several of you, and they charge you the price per glass. Each pitcher ends up costing $270, so you end up paying more for drinks than for the food. Plus, the hibiscus tea is way too sweet and the horchata is bland and lukewarm. A terrible experience!
They're awful. I've been to other Mr. Rodeo restaurants in Tuxtla or San Cristobal and they're good, but these are truly terrible quality. The sirloin steak is very old, and the pastor steak smells bad. I'll never set foot in this place again.
Only vomited for 12 hours.
