This has got to be the worst Burger King in the area. Always have problems and it's been about six months since I've gone to this location. Not only did they forget an entire burger (mobile order) from the order (which we had to go inside to get), but it was the wrong burger! Asked for mix of fries & onion rings, got just onion rings. Food was cold, despite being ordered right away. I truly don't know how this location starts in business. Awful, just awful. If you're in the area, go to the one on Airline, they're a bit more competent.

Rudest employee. Curses me out when I she finally gives me my order all because I asked where to find the information she was looking for to confirm my order. Neither the app nore the email she would accept because it didn't show a name. When she finally gives me my order she threw it almost missing the counter.

Worse burger king at night and day!Slow as can be, like 30-45 mins in a drive thru ! not considerate in telling u that or even correcting there mistakes the night white lady always messing up my bacon king and trying to give me a single patty whopper when thats completely different and not what i paid for! She never nice abt it and wants to argue me down , that she made it right bacon king doesnt have lettuce or tomato or pickles crazy lady, its multiple patties, ,cheese , bacon , ketchup , mayo ! I wont be coming bck ! Really wanted to just get a refund and go home !

When u order #1 sausage egg n cheese croissant. Looks like the for got the sausage and you call to tell them you want a replacement that u will take the sandwich back there response well that’s to bad 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

The nighttime service is horrible. I've come here a few times and have to wait for 5-10mins at the drive through everytime. It seems like they only have 1 person working drive-through and counter. And then one cook. Hire more people

Upon arrival I was not greeted at the speaker and sat for 5minutes. Then proceeded to drive around and see two cars moving and thought to try the inside, maybe I’ll be serviced quick. As soon as I entered the door was locked behind me and was not serviced for about 7-10mins. This was the second Burger King I visited tonight because I was not greeted at the speaker believing they were closed. After 15mins of waiting for my food; it was not properly prepared, having mayo. I am vegan and cannot consume mayo. I politely approached the counter to notify them and was told that I never stated no mayo. All in all it was not a great experience if I have to spend my money and consume at the establishment.

If there is less than one star I will definitely choose it, this Burger King branch has nothing good, first the bathrooms are disgusting there even no soap, and when I tried to get some the whole machine falls off, the floor and the tables are sticky and I can tell that it wasn’t cleaned at that day at all if it wasn’t for the whole week, service is truly bad my order took 20 min and when I asked for it they said we thought you got it, in addition to the attitude! When I finally got the order the coke and the fries tasted weird!Save your money and time and eat somewhere else!

Workers that work night shift need to be fired. They ignore all 5 of my uber eats drivers when picking up the order and this is not the first time it’s happened. Don’t order from here unless they hire competent staff.

After walking into the store and witnessing one of the employees screaming at a customer, I knew this was going to be a bad experience. I placed my order for me and my boss. 2 double whopper with extra cheese. I asked for mine to have onion diced and cut in half. The lady said she aint doing that I can dice my own onions and cut my own burger in half. She said when i bite into it it will cut the onions and the burger. Very disrespectful. what ever happened to have it your way!!!!

March 1, 2025. I placed order “whopper meal” at 9:50 pm, I got my meal at 10:36pm. Staff is terrible. Don’t recommend anyone stopping here for dinner.

Am going to stop wasting time trying to buy food here. The last 4-5 times the lobby is locked when the posted hours say they are open, even though the workers are sitting in the dining area eating an socializing. Sit at drive through for 10-15 minutes to order at night and get no response . When drive past lobby area to leave, the worker is sitting in lobby reading a book. Tried to buy breakfast at 10:15 one morning but was informed they stop serving breakfast at 10 am but I can't order anything for lunch until 11 am, which I watch the staff dumping all the leftover breakfast items in the trash rather than offer to sell me anything. Can't find phone number for franchise owner to contact them and never able to speak with manager on rare occasions I can actually find anyone working!

Updated Review 06/2021: gave them another shot and asked for fresh everything. Pictures show what your ordering vs what you get. AND it was disgusting. Old review:Literally the worst Burger King. I've been here dozens of times. 75% of those time the fries are terrible and soggy at best. I've submitted the myBk experience survey multiple times and they just don't improve. Sure everyone will continue to to there because there's no other BK nearby. The managers obviously do not care about the quality of their food. Wish the owner knew this.

Waited 10 minutes in drivethrough only to be told I had to go inside for online orders. Service was worse inside. A chaotic mess. Receipt machine was down and no organization behind the counter. Place was unfriendly and dirty. Would have cancelled my order but the app already charged me. The new chicken sandwich didnt stand up to expectations. Disregarding they didnt add the lettuce and tomato as I ordered, the chicken only filled half the bun and will not get a second chance from me. I think the original chicken sandwich tasted better.

Ordered a bacon double cheese burger no ketchup mustard or pickles add mayo. Not correct. Onlyb a small peice of bacon and 4 little totz for a dollar $6.89 was my total for a burger thats little and horrible a flat drink an 4 tots. Never again.and no napkins
