Ambiente tradizionale e cordiale. Dotato di aria condizionata. Lo frequento da 25 e ne sono uscito sempre soddisfatto (e non è poco).

Siamo stati io e la mia compagna in occasione di San Valentino a cena in questo ristorante dalle specialità siciliane. L' accoglienza dei camerieri é stata davvero piacevole. Per questa serata c'era un menù prefissato... Di cui abbiamo preso come antipasto... Bresaola e rucola, cozze alla in pentola... Entrambi buoni!!! Come primi abbiamo preso 1 risotto con salsiccia e pecorino e 1 piatto di busiate alla norma e pesce spada!!! Anche queste 2 pietanze entrambe soddisfacenti. Come secondo abbiamo assaggiato i calamari!! Dobbiamo dire che il pesce era davvero fresco!!! Per concludere 2 dolcetti. Tortino di cioccolato e un tiramisù fatti in casa In 2 abbiamo speso sui 90 euro Unica pecca un po dolente e l 'assenza di un parcheggio vicino al ristorante. Siamo rimasti nel complesso soddisfatti. Da molti anni per i pranzi domenicali, festeggiamenti importanti con amici e parenti mi affido al Carrettiere ristorante siciliano eccellente a Como. Ha un menù in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi palato, io ordino sempre le stesse pietanze perché come le preparano qui non c'è paragone con nessun altro ristorante. Come primo adoro le linguine all'astice, è un piatto molto grande e importante che condivido sempre con qualcun altro, il sapore è pieno e prelibato e la cottura sempre perfetta. Di secondo prediligo il fritto misto di pesce dalla panatura impeccabilmente croccante. Il personale è gentile cortese e sottolineo che c'è un turnover bassissimo (da 6 anni vedo sempre le stesse persone super cordiali). L'ambiente è molto caratteristico e particolare, sala grande ben divisa. Mi sento di cuore di consigliare con tutta sicurezza il Carrettiere sia per un pranzo informale che per celebrare eventi importanti. I prezzi sono onesti. We have ordered pizza, beer and dessert. Besides a various classic Italian pizzas there was a speciality list with very unique choices like pizza with a pumpkin (visited the town around Helloween). There was also a black focaccia with seafood with unique texture and taste. Everything was delicious, especially the Panna Cotta in the end. The atmosphere in the restaurant is the definition of Italian. Staff was smiley and friendly. Five stars deserved.

You know it’s good the moment you open the front door. How is that so ? I don’t know some restaurants just have that feeling about them this one has that creamy light with timber contrast and that warmth in the air that seems to come from having happy diners over and over again. The seafood we had was lobsters and scampi and prawns, some grilled and some in a pasta. I would be willing to go there a few more times just to get to know the menu better but I fear that I would just revert back to our first choices each time. Very good. A treasure of lake Como.

I love this restaurant. I don't live in Como but have been to this restaurant three times already (four times if you count take-aways XD). The lobster spaghetti was better than the ones I tried elsewhere. And the other dishes are also amazing! The staff were super cute. Will definitely visit when I'm back to Como!

Ristorante consigliatoci da alcuni colleghi. Porzioni molto abbondanti e i piatti di mare sono molto buoni. Peccato ci sia poca scelta per i piatti vegetariani. Ho ordinato un risotto con pistacchi e pecorino e non mi ha soddisfatto. Poco sapore e riso troppo cotto. Abbiamo trovato molto il tiramisu e il cioccolato di Modica accompagnato da un profumatissimo passito alla mandorla.

Luogo molto accogliente, pulito e spazioso. Solitamente non è molto affollato. Cibo abbastanza buono. Prezzi nella norma. Personale cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio.

Tornati al Carrettiere dopo anni, ritroviamo lo stesso ambiente accogliente, cortesia del personale, cibi ben cucinati (abbiamo preso pesce) e porzioni abbondanti. I prezzi intanto sono lievitati, come del resto dappertutto in questi ultimi mesi. Per un pasto di 2 portate ci vogliono circa 35/40 euro a testa, a seconda delle portate scelte. Ci torneremo.

Camerieri simpatici e gentili, ottimo locale per mangiare con amici. Gli spaghetti all'astice hanno un prezzo un po alto, ma viene compensato dalla quantità. L'orata alla griglia davvero molto buona Sono ritornata a mangiarci la pizza da un bell'aspetto purtroppo ho fatto fatica a digerirla. Il resto dei piatti sempre molto buoni e abbondanti

Frequento spesso questo ristorante, la prenotazione è fortemente consigliata anche in giorni di pioggia come oggi, tant'è che alle 13 era pieno all'ottanta percento. Il piatto forte sono gli spaghetti allo scoglio o all'astice, piatto per mangiatori professionali! Ma qualsiasi piatto del menù è ben progettato e pieno di ingredienti freschi. Pizza ottima e dessert fatti in casa. Molto consigliato!

Tasty and original Sicilian food: plenty of starters, pizzas and pastas to choose from. They also have a good selection of wine from Sicily. Service is a bit chaotic as they get super crowded at 9PM, and most of the staff does not speak great English but it was fairly easy to communicate:) Pizza with prosciutto and blue cheese was yummy. Carpaccio of octopus too. Tuna steak I had as my main dish was good but a bit too dry and blend to be honest. Tiramisu was tasty too! I believe it is a great place if you wanna go there with a big group to share lots of dishes and to experience the authentic Italian / Sicilian atmosphere. Overall score: solid 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A great experience dining here. We were walking around Como and decided to have lunch in a sea food restaurant and booked a table for 5 in here. When we arrived from outside you don’t realise if it is a restaurant but once you step in you see the huge dining area inside. It is quite a big restaurant with many tables. Il locale è davvero molto carino e caratteristico. Il personale è altrettanto preparato e disponible. Molto veloci nel servire, nonostante l'affollamento. La qualità direi un tantino superiore alla media del luogo, ma non eccellente. Anche la pizza è abbastanza buona, sottile e croccante. Gli ingredienti sono freschissimi, forse pecca in generale un po' la cottura e il condimento. Prezzi molto molto competitivi.

Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione, innumerevoli piatti e porzioni abbondanti, difficile arrivare alla fine. Qualità buona ma sarebbe meglio ridurre le porzioni e lavorare di più sui sapori, in particolare per i primi che non mi hanno entusiasmato. Camerieri molto simpatici e cordiali, purtroppo in questa zona la difficoltà è sempre quella dei parcheggi, difficile trovarne nelle vicinanze

Non so perché mi aspettavo di meglio. L’ambiente, a due passi dal lago in zona centrale di Como, è sicuramente molto accogliente. Le porzioni, come è possibile notare dalla foto sono mastodontiche e i prezzi moderati. Eppure è venuto meno qualcosa nel sapore che ho sempre trovato nella cucina siciliana (in Sicilia).

Ristorante molto carino situato a pochi passi dal suggestivo e bellissimo Lago di Como. Ho mangiato esclusivamente pietanze a base di pesce. L’antipasto mare e la frittura mista davvero molto buone. Gli spaghetti allo scoglio, buoni ma c’è molto di meglio in giro. Ad ogni modo ho apprezzato le abbondanti porzioni.

Starting with positive sides, I can say that portions in this restaurant are quite big, even their pasta and pizza portions were enormous. We tried here risotto con frutti di mare and fritto misto. Risotto was good and tasty, but fritto misto was not good enough, I suppose it was because of oil where they fried it, probably it was used multiple times before. Lastly, even we reserved a table before and restaurant was not full, they showed us a table at the very end of the restaurant in a small room, which was not a good move at all.

Esperienza non positiva. Puntano alla quantità eccessiva al posto della qualità dei prodotti. Nel risotto sul menu non era specificato che fosse aromatizzato al finocchio (immangiabile).
