Delicious pastries are well worth the price. There's a line that forms as you enter that takes you around the self-serve aisle. Grab one of their trays if you're planning on getting a handful of their treats.

Great to have this place opened here in Concord and hope it can keep the phase. Bakery was steaming hot fresh with great selection and director all this location cup stacking the shelves with freshly baked items. Place was still missing the furniture, however it was warm enough for all the customers to hang out inside and out. Nice, mid roast decaf served fast in original 85° cups. Overall would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Come here instead of the Starbucks next door! I was so excited when I walked in the door. 4 rows of fresh bakery items, cake slices and whole cakes. The drink menu ranges from teas, lattes, coffee amd seasonal drinks. The price is cheaper than I'd expect. Friendly staff and very clean environment.

Today was my first time going here and they have so many pastries and other goodies to choose from. Also so many drinks as well from teas to smoothies. Everything looks so good, it's so hard to decide what to get. I would definitely go back here.

Wow! These bakers are absolute masters of their craft. Almost every item on display made my jaw drop with its artistry and allure. The bacon-infused delight I snagged melted in my mouth like buttery perfection, leaving me craving more. I'll definitely be back soon—if you go, you'll know exactly what I mean.

The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is alllll the plastic. I know it's easier from a business standpoint, but there must be a better way. The staff were great and laughed with us and were patient as we were bewildered. Will definitely go back if we are in the area. Our favorite was the taro!

Not my first time at 85C bakery! I’ve been to other locations but first time at this location. This one is located on Willow Pass Concord area. The area what used to be called ParknShop (not sure if it still called that). Anyways, there’s plenty of parking, as the area has various eatery’s. Also this one is bigger than the ones I’ve been to. There is so much to chose from, I don’t even know what to get. I was so excited! But I get a few things. They offered pastries and cakes I’ll just say it right now they’re all delicious especially with coffee! Today I bought Marble Taro, Chocolate Cream Cheese, Jalapeño Cream Cheese (love), Cheese Bread, and Chocolate Chip Cookies (so soft) and gewey!!! Yasssss!!! Just the way I like them! The price is pretty good! Not too expensive considering it’s pastry. The staff are mediocre, they don’t really greet you unless you’re at the register. Oh by the way the Sea Salt Coffee is a must! If you like sea salt! I love the salty/sweet taste! Very yummy! Oh there are a few tables to lounge, chill, snack, and drink your coffee with friends in case you wanted to know :).

The egg tart and pork sung bred was authentic! Great location with a lot of seats and parking space!

I am a sweet-a-holic 😋and sweet breads and pastries are at the top of that list. 85°C Bakery Cafe is one of my favorite spots to visit when I want something with the perfect balance of sweet and bread. I usually get at least one item that I'm already familiar with and one new item to try out. The pastries are reasonably priced from $2+ and plenty of options to choose from. They have a variety of traditional flavors such as strawberry and chocolate, as well as exotic flavors such as mango and ube. They also have breads with meat and cheese. My choices today were the mango-pineapple pastry, chocolate croissant, cinnamon twist, and sugar cream cheese pastry. The mango-pineapple has a flaky crust, similar to a puff pastry, and fruit filling. The chocolate croissant has a layer of semi-sweet chocolate in the inside. I put this one to the side so that I could warm it up later and melt the chocolate. The cinnamon twist has a flaky crust with cinnamon and sugar between the folds and outside, hardened during the baking process. The sugar cream cheese is a soft bread with delicious cream cheese pockets. I also ordered a Thai Tea light ice which is pretty good from here (*Side note: Torsap Thai Kitchen has THE BEST Thai Tea). The items are fresh and well worth the extra calories 😀 So yummy!

Top notch quality food and coffee. All food items are delicious and carefully prepared. I love this place. Great for a nice cup of coffee and a bite with someone else, or just alone.

It’s been sometime I was looking for an alternative to París baguette which have become over priced in recent months/ years. Unfortunately 85 is below average. Took home a variety of cakes only to have family nibble a little before tossing all to trash..not recommended.

Improve your customer service. I bought a mango panna cotta a week and a half ago; in which the mango was not ripe at all,and panna cotta had no flavor. I called the store the same day and spoke to a supervisor about a refund or a replacement. She said to come in with the picture I took of it and it would be replaced. Anywho today, I went and spoke to the supervisor on shift, and this woman was acting like I was lying over a $5 dessert. Be for real. If I had a receipt from 2 weeks ago? Who I spoke to? Did I call the right location? I live 6 mins away. I know which location I called. Giving an awkward and weird look. I'm a nurse, and I trust I don't need to lie about $5. Then, when I was over the interrogation, she told me she would refund me. I told her not to worry about it because she acted like I was lying about something so simple. I come to this location all the time.

Pastures are puffy like foam and air.not very good The Vietnamese coffee only comes iced although their menu does not say that it's iced. Also tried to order a macchiato but they just make a latte even tho I explained it to them twice. So I just got a double espresso after 2 failed tries.

The cake itself was very dry and flat and it tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to be. The strawberries were old and pruned, the mangoes were just… no words but not good. It makes me wonder when the cake was even made😐

I arrived this morning around 9:15 a.m. The place was empty, and the employees were chatting among themselves. I took the bread I was going to buy and went to the cash register to pay. I waited for almost 10 minutes for one of the employees to decide to serve me, but that never happened! I decided to leave the food and walk out. The customer service is absolutely terrible!!!
