Bay Leaf Cafe Concord Reviews
Really good. Portion sizes are huge and food is perfectly seasoned. Not too salty, not too bland. I haven’t had good gravy in a long time, so I had to write a review. It’s tucked away in a small corner of the menu, but if you ask they’d be more than happy to serve it to you. Highly recommend!
Nice little cafe where I enjoyed breakfast. I had an omelette which was very good - cooked just right. Hash browns were excellent- little crispy -just perfect. The coffee did seem to cool off pretty quick which I read in another review - but still good. Service was great - friendly atmosphere.
Loved the food and our server. We came Saturday morning sat outside and enjoy our food so much. You should absolutely try this cute neighbourhood brunch place.
Lovely place for breakfast or brunch on Concord. The locally owned cafe served a great selection of omelettes and sandwiches. All our dishes were freshly made, flavorful, and had good portion sizes. The fresh fruit was very generous, with full slices of pineapple and melon. Friendly and accommodating service. Outdoor seating in the shade of large trees.
Great breakfast spot! Eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon was delicious, the hash browns were tasty, and portions were great. The hot chocolate was also really good! Service we friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend it!
Very warm place and warm people. Felt like home. Nice atmosphere and the lady is very nice. Besides the menu shown in the pictures online, there is another one with five options for breakfast which are less than $8 each and are delicious - my favorite! 4 months after - some prices went up a couple of dollars at a time...
Great little spot for breakfast/brunch/lunch any day of the week. They are open during covid and have outdoor seating. My Healthy Scramble and Quesadilla were satisfying. Several menu items make this place a rival to one of my other favorite brunch places.
Cute place. Good food. Excellent service. Yummy omelet for breakfast. Crispy English muffin, just the way I like it. Was granddaughter friendly too.

This is one of my work family's favorite Friday breakfast spots that we love. Always great food, service and prices.
This is my neighborhood spot for breakfast. It has a cozy welcoming feel and the service is great. Staff is very friendly, and, if you drink coffee, they make sure the cup is never empty. They have a varied breakfast menu with egg dishes, pancakes, and waffles. My favorite is the Chicken Fried Steak. It is a healthy portion with a savory, creamy gravy. I order my eggs over easy and they come just I would expect: with a thick, runny, yolk. I definitely recommend for breakfast.

Good spot to try when in the area, French Toast was amazing and the omelette was cooked perfectly. I liked the friendly atmosphere when I walked.
Old-school diner that serves up hearty and delicious food. I go there for breakfast. Sit at the counter and watch the cooks whip up their dishes in a flash!...It is inexpensive, they serve healthy versions of foods and their wait staff is composed of owners and family members. You can tell they take pride in.satisfying their customers. Always consistently good!
Good locally-owned low-key yummy breakfast brunch comfort food place. Has something for everyone - including kids menu which your little ones can later color while you can eat in peace! Portions are HUGE. Service is friendly and Bay Leaf has high chairs!
Breakfast sausage sandwich on homemade biscuits, with coffee; Under $20. Friendly, good service in a clean environment.
The breakfast was wonderful. I had a veggie omelette with a side of fruit and it was packed with all kinds of veggies. A little pricey but still a very good deal. This meal could've been shared by 2 people.

I was mad they didn’t have mimosas, and the chairs for the seating at the tables are too close to the next set a tables where people eat so I had to struggle to get in my chair without bumping the lady next to me. Their coffee gets cold too fast. They should consider having flavored liquid creamer, An they really need to work on their prices for their food because one Belgian waffle is over three dollars😒 that’s ridiculous, they’re weekday or weekend specials for their omelettes are over $15 which is ridiculous so me and my mom both had to literally order the same thing to try to keep it at least under $30 And no we’re not being cheap but they are very over priced.
I always heard good reviews from this place so I decided ro try it out. I was not impressed by the least! Breakfast menu was really small and didnt have much variety to it. My linguisa breakfast was less than appetizing! A skinny piece of linguisa split in half to made look larger with the smallest portion of scrambled eggs I've ever had with a large portion of hash browns that pretty much room temperature! With a glass of OJ that ran me $14! I will not be returning here for breakfast ever again! Other than that place was small but clean and service was ok.
1st time eating here decide to stop in and get a burrito omelet it was OK could have been better but my hash Browns were cold and I should add a little bit more to it I will give them another shot and try something else on the menu.

Quiet and old-school diner-vibe to this cute little place. Expect to spend anywhere from 15 to 25 dollars per person. Food was plain and flavorless. Servers and cook were great though! There's definitely room for improvement here. Will probably visit again for lunch not breakfast. 👀🤫

The food was decent, nothing special. The service, while well-intentioned, left a lot to be desired….we tried multiple times to get a waiter’s attention, and though we were acknowledged, no one actually followed through to help. This happened with more than one staff member. The place also lacked ambiance. Should’ve stuck with Sugar Plum instead of trying something new. Good job cooking staff though. Also tried to coordinate a birthday waffle or something for the birthday boy, no follow through on that, wasn’t gonna ask again in front of him…so we went without it.
