Walked in on a Thursday night with low expectations and was positively surprised at every turn. From the excellent service and attentive staff to rapid service and high quality food the overall experience was great. As a value option the 3 for me section offers prices competitive with cheaper fast food places, and the food is significantly better. Definitely a surprisingly great option for a fast casual stop.

This Chili's saved my marriage - I went out to dinner with my siblings that were visiting from out of town to witness me get married the next morning, well I FORGOT MY WALLET at the table and didn't realize it was missing until the next morning when we were already on our way to the courthouse ~ this was at like 9:30am and Chilis doesn't open until 11am, by some miracle the opening manager picked up the phone and met us at the door with my wallet just in time for us to get married!! Ordered take out on a very busy Friday night, around 7:30 pm. Ordered online, food was ready fairly quick, service was fast and friendly despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Patrón Rita BLACKBERRY I decided to go with this because it's purple 💜 that's all, LMAO weird, I know, but whatever Round 2 Ancho Salmon, this was very flavourful and made to perfection with a slight kick of spice. The vegetable medley helped with taste. DELICIOUS!!! Mexican Rice, this was a fuffly and seasoned just enough. Anymore would be overkill. Steamed Broccoli, This was very soft and lightly coated with Round 3 Patrón Rita WILDBERRY loved it, but I loved the BLACKBERRY Final Round... Cheesecake 🍰 served over Strawberry 🍓 Puree The cheesecake was perfect without the Puree, I was asked if I wanted the drizzle or not, I opted for it but felt like it was wasted as I ate the cheesecake while most of the Puree was still on my plate. Service was amazing. Lunch deal was great! $9.99 for a few different choices. I got the shrimp tacos which were cooked perfectly. Only thing I would change is the tortillas. They used flour instead of corn. But the ingredients were yummy.

We had the half rack of ribs (dry rub) & chicken pasta with the Awesome Blossom Petals as the appetizer & skillet chocolate chip cookie & ice cream for the dessert. The sides, we ordered the French fries & steamed broccoli. We also ordered the chicken & waffles as the extra entree.

I had a craving for nachos and ended up with Loaded Skillet Queso. It was a new item and there was no description on the menu, just a picture. Apparently you must also reference the tablet on the table to see the entire menu. Either way, the cheese was very good and truly loaded with a bunch of ingredients. They should change the name to Reverse Nachos. Also a relevant name because I felt terrible the whole next day. I am usually dairy free so I did it to myself. We also ordered steak and shrimp fajitas for 2. Everything was cooked perfectly.

The enchilada soup was very good. The burgers and chicken strips were enjoyed too. The service was fine but the waiter never told us to pay on the tablet or offer to bring a check if we wanted one. We had moved it out of the way so our group could visit. Beware if you have little kids with the tablet too. They charged $2.99 for activating the game feature and we didn't realize it until we saw the itemized bill.

My wife and I love Chili's. It is our go to spot for cheap eats and tasty drinks. Our waitress was Veronica. She was suppose nice, warm.. but too apologetic. She apologized for everything that was not even her fault. I complimented get a few times just so that she could know that she was doing a great job. I minus one star from the Service area because we were not provide Abby flatware or napkins even when our food was brought. Other than that, she was great! We both ordered the "3 For Me". We both got the steak entres with a salad. My wife enjoyed it so much that she got and extra salad..lol. My wife ordered their monthly marg special which is green and I ordered the El Nino. We both agreed that they were delicious. The El Nino has a 2 drink ordering max. I definitely understood why one my wife did not drink the one I ordered her. I drank it. I was not messed up afterwards, but I definitely walked away with a nice feeling that kicked in a little bit later..lol. It is a GREAT drink. I minus a star from the Food area because we asked for medium well steak and it was well done. We will still go here regardless...because we enjoy Chili's.

I went with the Classic Ribs (full rack) paired with loaded mashed potatoes. The ribs were tender, smoky, and fell right off the bone, though the sauce leaned a bit sweeter than I’d prefer. We rarely get to go to Chili's since closing our local venue, but we had a craving for the egg rolls so we drove to the closest one Service was fine, nothing to sing praises or complain about. We got mozzarella sticks, a sample platter, chicken strips, and a "3 for me" dinner. My steak was very well done which made me feel like it was just sitting in the back already cooked waiting to be served to anyone. And everyone likes fast service, but we placed our order and it was on the table in less than 10 minutes, which tells me most items in the menu sit in a warmer waiting for service. ( Reminds me of a McDonald's burger patty waiting to be put together for a Big Mac order)

Like everywhere else since Covid the quality has gone down. You get less quality but pay more $$. Chilis food has definitely gone downhill, or my standards have gone up. The food was greasy and flavorless. I tried their new smash buger, and it was not even smashed. Just a regular patty from any of their burgers.

Upon arrival around 5pm, I was seated immediately. Although there wasn’t much of a wait time we waited for our food for quite some time. I had ordered the Chilis Triple Dipper (Nashville Mozz., Nashville Honey Tenders, and Smash Sliders) and the Big Smasher Burger. Before my food arrived i expected it to be at least somewhat hot but to my surprise it was tasted as if it were thrown in the microwave or had sitting out for too long. Besides that Id say it was an alright last minute choice.

The appetizers were delicious but when my soup came it was a little over salty and when my main entree came it was cold, and it was pasta!! Pasta takes a while to cool off so I know the pasta has been left out.

Ordered the SMASH burger, and when it came it was not smashed at all. I asked and they said they don't smash the burgers here. I just don't understand why they call it a smash burger then. It has such potential. The staff is usually upbeat. But........ The attention and service to the dinners is lacking. I completely understand when establishments are busy or are short staffed. You just feel somewhat abandoned while dining. Food is usually good, no issues. Like I said, it has so much potential. I hope they find the magic.

Unfortunately this has not been the first time that we get disappointed by the food given at this Chili's location. We order two crispy honey Chipotle chicken Crispers quite frankly this is an order that I expect to come from McDonald's or Jack in the Box and in all honesty I think those establishments may have provided better quality food than this. Every time that we have gotten them they come with three or more pieces reasonable size and with their sauce all of a sudden they no longer have sauce on them or with them and they look like chicken tenders from McDonald's we have stopped coming every weekend to this chili because of this.

I should have read the reviews before I went!!! The customer service is BEYOND AWFUL!!! I ordered to go over the phone and once I arrived. I waited 13 minutes until someone greeted me. Ordered a molten lava cake to go, they gave me it frozen. I went back in and asked for it to be hot. She microwaved it and threw it back to us on the counter. When we tit it the cake was luke warm and the molten lava center was still frozen.

I will go give my money to some other place that is will to seat me down. It's there lost of business because I will never go back to that location and a lost of a big tip because I'm a waitress and bartender and I tip my people well , owner needs to talk to his people because his employees are making them loss money !!!!

He brought us waters about half hour later the waitress walks up and says I'm so sorry I forgot to take your order and we were so confused. We said you already put the food in when we sat down. The food was lukewarm and tasted old. Meanwhile the host saw us sitting for an extended period of time with no help and didn't say anything. I don't know what happened but this was absolutely awful. Went to the restroom before I was leaving and it was so disgusting I just left without it.

Horrible experience. Never going there again. Waited ten minutes after being seated, never even got a glass of water. It felt like I was invisible. It wasn't that busy either. This location is not dedicated to customer service. I walked in and waited 5 minutes for a host. It seemed like there was no staff in the building. I ordered a lava cake to share with my co workers. We all immediately noticed a fowl taste. We even tried to heat it up in attempt to mask the taste. One of my co workers went home early from work because the cake made her feel nauseous (she has a sens. stomach). We tried to call four times to speak with a manager and was put on hold by Nicole. Finally, we called back again because we were on hold for so long... again and she said "Is this Gabby? Oh God." And asked if we could call back in 20 minutes............. Called back in 20 minutes and spoke with the manager and simply asked for a refund. He did not apologize for the experience. Honestly not a big deal, but I felt the lack of service escalated the situation and wanted to write a review so hopefully it encourages them to do better.

I stopped by your Concord location today and ordered the Triple Dipper to-go, based on the great things I’d heard. I didn’t eat it until I got home to Vallejo, but when I did, I found the entire meal to be extremely salty — from the burger to the wings to the cheese sticks. Unfortunately, it was so salty that it was completely inedible, and I ended up having to throw it away. Given the distance, it wasn’t practical to drive all the way back just to return it, but I was really disappointed with the quality. I’ve been trying to contact the store regarding this issue and, as I write this, no one has answered the phone. I was at the store at 2:04 PM, and it’s now 6:49 PM. Despite multiple attempts over the past hour, I haven’t been able to reach anyone. This situation is incredibly frustrating—not only was I unable to consume my food, but I also can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve the issue. Ordered a burger to go it's raw tried to contact them to let them know and they ignore the phone

It was take out and got only 2 packets of ketchup for my fries. Come on! Those are good for maybe 2 fries per packet. Glad I checked before we got back in the road. The hamburger was dried out and I also had checked for mayo which none was applied to my burger unless I didn’t taste it because they only sprayed a mist of it on!? The big bag of nacho chips was the best part with the salsa but I came for a meal and got a shoe between 2 slices of bread instead. I would have enjoyed a typical fast food burger and that’s sad. Wendy’s or Carls Jr. Never again…

They server forgot to put a salad dressing in my salad before on the way out, bad service!

Unnaceptabble. I was born in Guadalajara. Life growing up was hard. Today I wanted to explore my childhood by going to an “authentic place”. The pico de gallo was made from rotten tomatoes and was spilled onto a young woman. I’m betting she got sick. The tortilla was pronounced “tour tilla” by an unattractive waiter. The guacamole was brown and the chili peppers were out. I ordered extra spice for my fajita vegetables. They had ABSOLUTELY NO SPICE. At this point it is cultural appropriation to call this a Mexican restaurant. More like American. I THOUGHT I WOULD LIKE YOU CHILIS BUT NOW YOU ARE ON THIN ICE, THIN ICE.

The food was sub-par, the service was even worse. The bathroom was a complete disaster area. This rating is for this location only. My local Chlil's is fine.

If you have a big party of people, and will need to split the check at the end of the meal, do not come here. The two times I’ve come here with a large party, they make you wait about 45 minutes to split the check. The manager will not help at all (and is rude about it). The manager leaves it all to the waiter to deal with the flawed system for check splitting. And they understaff so terribly here, the waiter struggles to have any time to do all required. It literally takes 30-45 minutes every time for the waiter to handle the check for a large party. After having this issue twice, I will not be returning. It’s a poorly run chillis, with subpar food. Waiters do best they can being treated like trash by management with the understaffing.

My wife and I were hoping to make Chili’s our regular date night spot, but after tonight, we’ve decided to look for another restaurant. We started by ordering the blanco queso, but they brought us the regular cheese dip with meat. We don’t eat meat, so that was already a letdown. Then, my veggie black bean burger came out with cold fries. I asked if I could get them replaced, and the server said yes, but never came back with fresh ones. When I asked again, he told me the cook said those fries were the best they could do. Honestly, I don’t believe cold fries are the best anyone can do. We left feeling disappointed. i have made it my mission to visit every chili’s in all of the usa. let me tell you, this was the most disappointing, terrifying, horrific place i have ever stepped foot in. i ordered the triple dip and when the waiter came she spilled the salsa all over my DESIGNER balenciaga towel skirt. when i ordered the wings, extra spicy, they came out actively on fire. after eating this terrible meal, against my will because the waiter forced it down my throat, i had to use the women’s restroom, obviously, and the entire bathroom smelled like boiled egg yolks. more so, one of the stalls had a massive dump in it and there was blood all over the walls. writing this from the bathroom stall where i am stuck and cannot get out. send help.

bad service. We ordered a blackberry margarita and the glass was just ice. The lady who attended us wanted to go to her house, we had not finished eating and she was already bringing us the check. we couldn't order a dessert☹️☹️.

I was on the way to chili's and I thought I'd call my order in on the way.. I was on call for 20mins and drove from clayton which was about 15 to 20mins away. their Togo section had like 5 females there when I entered and no one wanted to pick up my call... I asked to speak to the manager (Mckenzie) and she apologized to me because the guy who was in charge to pick up the phone in the Togo area was in the restroom... im like for 15 to 20mins?? (In my own head) She asked how she can help me and I was like I want to place an order and she tells me the kitchens closed.. coming from a manager I feel is pretty unprofessional knowing her team ignored my calls and her togo guy was in the bathroom the whole time.. she should've been able to help knowing I was calling for the last 15 to 20mins to place an order anyways.. anyway complete waste of gas my gas and time.. on top of it all the whole team was very uncaring and didn't seem to want to help.. all of this happend at least 30mins before they wanted to close n all I wanted to order was a couple of appetizers..

This is my first ever review so I think that says a lot. I placed an order through Uber Eats for the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks for my siblings and me. We’ve had them multiple times before. When it arrived and we took our first bite… Jesus Christ. It was the saltiest thing we’ve ever had. The seasoning was worse than ever before, and the quality was absolute bull. I tried getting a refund through the Uber Eats app, but obviously they weren’t any help. I’m a broke college student just trying to treat my sisters and myself to a snack that’s never done us wrong, but here we are. We loved ordering from here, so this is truly disappointing. Left broke and hungry now, lol.

I'm leaving this place, super annoyed. 20 minutes without being served, without them taking my order, without even offering me a drink. The waitress kept walking right past me and never once asked for my order. It's practically a complete lack of respect for the customer. I can understand when the place is super busy, but there really weren't that many customers for them to treat me with such disregard. The waitress is thin, has tattoos, and short hair.

I had an absolutely AWFUL experience here. I work nightshift just around the corner from this location. I ordered my food for pick up on the website at 20:50, i was told my food would be ready between 21:11 and 21:16. I was told to wait for a confirmation text message which would tell me what time i can pick it up. It got to 21:40 and i gave up waiting for the text message as it had already been 20 minutes over the time they gave me and i knew they closed at 22:00, so i decided to drive over and go inside. I went to the pick up counter where there was a server standing there, i greeted him and told him i had a pick up. He stared blank in to my face, ignored me and carried on doing whatever he was doing on the computer. After a couple of minutes, he finally asked " whats your name " ? Again, he said nothing, walked away, and came back with what i thought was my order. I rushed back to my office, opened it up, to find my food was absoutley FREEZING, not only that but a percentage of my order was not there. I tried calling for 20 minutes straight in hopes they could remake my food, or at least give me what was missing and of course there was no answer. I used to love this location and came often with my husband, i dont know what has happen to this location lately. I know with take out, it will never be as good as dining in, but i did not expect to be greeted with that level of service, let alone the food i was giving!
