Cinnabon

Have you ever had such an intense craving that you literally needed to stop there before rehearsal or an important event? Well that's what happens when I need cinnabon. My friend and I have been talking about it for a while and all of a sudden I had the worst craving for some. I'm not normally in the small because I don't live in the area, but because I had a rehearsal that was close by I quickly scooched over to get something. I ended up getting three cinnabons from me and my two friends and almost got a drink but decided against it only because it was already a lot of sugary sweetness that I was going to have. It was a very quick experience of parking, getting my order taken, and getting the cinnabons. Definitely worth it! You can never go wrong with a pecan Cinnabon. As a matter of fact for all of us out there that have a sweet tooth you can never go wrong with a Cinnabon. I enjoyed every bite I took

Oh my, love the Cinnabon's.... Such a treat... My favorite store is at at The Sun valley Mall, the new manager he is super friendly... The store is clean, the food is always fresh. Good job 👍 on the store and manager

I love these cinnamon buns. My biggest issue with buns are that they aren't cooked all the way through the middle but cinnabon I feel always make sure it's cooked through. They put just the right amount of frosting and cinnamon glaze, it's never too sweet. I recommend just ordering an original bun, nothing fancy needed. Enjoy!

I didn’t get my cold brew filled all the way so I asked Alaysia to top it off but only had the top lid covered with coffee and didn’t change the inside amount. Very poor customer service from her.

"There was a time" these swirled goods tasted delicious. Fresh topping, warm and moist center with a fresh taste. I can no longer get the same experience today. The cinnabon is dry in the swirl, dry topped instead of the warm moist flavor. For the price of the cinnabon I couldn't find the interest to try this anymore. I will enjoy the memories.

The worst Cinnabon franchise, the staff was horrible, especially the person whose name is Mark very rude and not friendly at all. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I will never come back to this place. I would rather go to Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton the staff was so nice and welcoming.

On 7/6/25 at around 6pm, sent my son to Cinnabon at Sun Valley Mall. I get the usual. Pecan bun with extra pecans. Today, I noticed right away that the Cinnabon was extremely pale as in not cooked all the way. At 1st bite, I was right! It was a mushy dough! So disgusting! I trashed it right away! I won't be back until employees are trained correctly by management asap!

Employee gave me minibons that must have been sitting in the glass for a while because it was hard not soft. She did not warm it up. My bons were cold with rubbery texture. Not warm and fluffy like I used to have when I was in Savannah GA.

Worse Cinnabon ever. Went on the website and seen that they do daily deals every Tuesday and when I got to this location the worker said Cinnabon doesn’t do that anywhere. Im pretty sure that they have it listed on the website for a reason.
