This unique restaurant will leave you wanting more, I haven’t had a dish here that didn’t leave me smiling. Not to mention the salsa is the best I’ve ever had.

Only the best Mexican in town! Hands down change my mind. In all my years of eating here, how have I not done a review…. Simple answer. I dont want to lose my nice quiet place to grab a lunch or dinner. But nonetheless conway residents and travelers to conway need to add this place to your must try list. The family who runs this fine establishment are so welcoming and they put the love they have into their food. Hands down best homemade tortillas I have had. Try them is you dont agree please let me know! My go to order is the fajitas poblano, I have tried many other items but the combination of a cream sauce with the peppers, onions, and mushrooms covering chicken and steak is just to good to stray from. Another great option is the stuffed avocado. This filled with shrimp or steak covered in cheese then deep fried…. Need I say more. Come try Fabys… you wont be disappointed

Ignore all the bad reviews for this place! I won’t lie…I was a little hesitant when I read they served Mexican AND Italian, so to the reviews I went! Most of them were good so I decided not to be scared away by the few negative ones I read! We stopped here for lunch on our way back home to Texas and were pleasantly surprised!! We had the chicken & beef poblano fajitas and they were to DIE for! The waitress was friendly and they served us quickly! It was a great place to fill our bellies and stretch our legs! I highly recommend eating here! Ask for the spicy salsa too!!

We love Faby's because it is so different than the routine places all over town. The poblano sauce is addictive and I recommend it on fajitas so you can get their amazing flour tortillas.

Incredible! Place is always clean, staff is attentive and you can tell the care, and the food quality is awesome! I mean look at this plate…homemade fresh flour tortillas too! My go to is the Pollo Sabraso

Today was our first visit and we were blown away with the food, price of the food and the service. Everything was excellent. My husband got the T-bone steak, so tender and flavorful, my steak quesadilla was amazing with homemade tortillas. We look forward to our next visit.

Fabys has long been one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Conway. Their salsa is unique and delicious. Their fajitas are always made with the freshest ingredients. The pollo sabroso is covered with an amazing sauce. Both dishes are served with some of the best homemade tortillas you will ever taste. We also highly recommend you try their red gravy sauce on the enchiladas and burritos! Great service and great family run business, give them a try!

Faby’s is always great! The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, the food is hot, and full of flavor, and the tortillas are fresh and delish! Anything with the poblano cream sauce is so good, as well as the stuffed avocados. Highly recommend this place👍🏼

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Conway! The stuffed avacado is 10/10. I always get it, the staff is such a kind family and they are always quick, friendly, and they serve delicious food with a smile and prices are fantastic for the amount of food you get!

I had lunch with a friend and it was perfect all around. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not too intrusive for good conversation. The food was excellent - we both had the chicken stuffed avocado (my favorite 😋) - and the price reasonable. The restaurant was clean and not very busy - we missed the bulk of the lunch crowd, since our meal occurred at 1pm. It was also a Tuesday. The way the place is set up, I get the feeling that even when it is busy, it's still great service and you're not on top of the other diners.

Today was my husbands and I first time to eat here and it will not be our last! We had the veggie fajitas for lunch..small portion but hey, it was lunch! The flour tortilla looked as though they made them fresh there themselves. The salsa was very yummy and fresh as well.

I love love LOVE this place. It's so unique in a world full of bland Mexican restaurants. Everything I've had to eat here has been fantastic.

This wonderful Mexican restaurant in the Downtown area of Conway was not very crowded when we went in. Had never been here before but heard it was good. Excellent was more the word to describe our good and service. The Queso Fundido was a nice blend of chorizo and white cheese. The homemade tortillas were perfect. The talapia was a bit heavy for lunch but was delicious it a fine creamy sauce. Stuffed Avocado was baked but should have been fried because it was way too dry and bland. Otherwise, our meal was very good and service was excellent.

This was our first time trying Faby’s, and overall we had a good experience. We visited on a Saturday evening and were surprised that there was only one other family dining at the time, which felt a little unusual. However, the live music was a really nice touch and added to the atmosphere. Our servers were very polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was good, though not outstanding. We’d rate our dishes around a 3 out of 5 stars. That said, the salsa and cheese dip stood out as something different from other Mexican restaurants in Conway, which was a refreshing change.

The food wasn't anything special. I had Faby's choice and my husband had a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The waitress didn't check on us after delivering the food. I had to flag someone down to get a box.

I came with a friend and she loved it. She discovered this restaurant on social media. Her plate looked great. I think the reason I couldn't give the food five stars is because of my selection. I ordered the rellenos but didn't care for their sauce. In their defense, I do have to say that it tasted homemade and original, which in itself is a positive. The atmosphere was good with its warehouse, open space layout. It is casual, which is my preference. But what I liked the most was the very nice service . They were genuinely nice. They were just right, not overly enthusiastic and not aloof. I will definitely go back and try another selection. I recommend giving this place a visit.

We tried Fabys because it was highly rated on google, but it makes me question if the positive reviews are all bought. We waited forever for our chips…then waters…and of course the food. The food was mediocre at best, and was not a good value for the price. We came hungry but left over half the food on our plates because one was greasy and one was overcooked and burnt. So as a warning to anyone looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Conway, don’t eat here.

The good - The quality of meat is superior to all other Mexican restaurants in Conway. The rice was good. The waitress was nice, but never checked on us, to see if we need refills or anything. The bad - Not much meat in the super supreme fajita burrito. Cheese dip is water down. Beans were horrible. Salsas not the traditional tomato base salsa. Also the restaurant is overpriced. I don’t think I will be going back.

We should have left when we saw Italian food on a Mexican menu and no tacos. This place is a scam of a Mexican restaurant. The food was terrible and was very greasy and taste cheap. We ordered a large guacamole and got a small bowl of green goop, not even close to what was pictured in the menu. I had a supreme fajita burrito with chicken. It was very disgusting, it only had a few small shard of chicken and was packed with iceberg lettuce to take up space. The beans looked to be from a can and the rice was stale and inedible. My wife had the pollo asado and it was equally as disappointing as it had microwaved vegetables thrown on a small burnt chicken breast and nothing more. On top of the horrible food the service was excruciatingly slow. It is amazing that this place is still in business. I would not recommend eating here, there are many and more authentic Mexican restaurants in Conway to enjoy before disappointing yourself and waisting your time at Fabys.

Took over 20 mins in a completely empty restaurant to be greeted. An additional 20 mins for drinks, etc. we were patient. Annnd then we get plates of food with PUDDLES of grease!!! My daughter ended up throwing up in the bathroom !!! Chicken tenders so hard you could bounce em off the table!!! Alfredo was a soup. Not a pasta dish. Never again.
