I love this place, wonderful. It is always hoping.we are not able to let our kids play in the plays are much because it is insane chaos and potentially dangerous but we love this place. Story time is amazing and the food is good. For kids it is cheaper to buy whole meals then the kids ones. I think we might start eating outside at the picnic tables where it is less crowded.

Cleanest and most friendly Chick-fil-A you will ever go to. Our family drives a few extra miles to go to this location over the one nearest to us. We have never had a problem with an order and the food is always perfect. We frequent this location once a week. The staff is so kind and you feel like you are at a neighborhood restaurant. It’s always refreshing to see a business where the employees treat each other and their patrons like family.

Great experience overall today. Came in to grab my family's order and Hayden was kind enough to give me a more than abundant amount of extra sauces. He also introduced me to the cloud berry sunjoy, which was pretty great. Not to mention how friendly him and the rest of the staff were, including the constant updates on our food were really helpful. 10/10 would go back

The most friendly staff around town. They are always smiling and greeting us, I’ve never once had my order be wrong when i come to chick fill a in cove. The whole place is fairly clean all the time. We enjoy this fast food place every week. And there is a small kids area indoors which is the only one in cove we have found.

An absolute delight if you're a parent looking for an easy afternoon lunch. Food and service are above expectations and the playground is secure, clean, and friendly to large and small children-- you can easily watch your children play through the large glass wall while you eat.

Chick-fil-a always has fast friendly service. This location includes plenty of parking and a children's playground indoors. Its a great place to take the kids on a rainy day.

I just have to say, that the service here is amazing. Today I was going through the drive through and after ordering, I realized that I did not have my wallet with me. When I pulled up to the window, I to the gentleman working the window that I had forgotten it. I was planning to go home and come back and pay for it. Before I had a chance to say this, he said, "No problem, I'll just put it on my tab today." It was a true gesture of kindness and I am incredibly grateful. Chick-fil-A has a new customer for life. Oh, and the food was delicious.

Love the 8 piece chicken nuggets with Polyneasean sauce & mustard sauce together. They have the best lemonade. I order without ice to keep the good flavor to the very last drop. The lemonade is cold enough without the ice.

I’ve always liked going here. I give a different name every time to play around with the kids and they think it’s hilarious. My go-to name lately has been Sebastian. It’s hard for the employees to keep a straight face but they’re very respectful and never deviate from the “my pleasure” script. I don’t think we’ve ever gotten our order wrong there either.

Great food! Playground full of kids laughing and playing, which makes dinner so much more enjoyable! The dining area was very clean, the service was fast, and the food was hot. Great Friday night dinner spot, especially if you have littles that need to run off a little energy.

I visited this location today and they had amazing customer service! The cashier was absolutely so sweet and made sure to greet everyone of my family members. Our food was fresh hot and delicious! We will definitely come back again!

They always welcome me and give great customer service. My favorite menu item is the spicy chicken tenders with waffle fries and their natural lemonade. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. Also, I love how they come check on you right after receiving my order.

Chick-Fil-A is one of my favorite fast food places. My only complaint is that their chicken is not near as big as it used to be but still costs more.

Nice place. Dine is available so it gets a little busy during lunch time and dinner around 6 pm. Drive thru gets very busy during those hours.

I'm mostly a curbside Chic now but my friends & I used to frequent breakfast meet ups when all the children were dropped off @ school🤭. The staff was Always super friendly & a couple of times we stayed too long that the menu went from breakfast to lunch & we'd get a free chicken buscuit☺️! Never have any complaints with the food because I order the same few items and I love it♥️ They've been pretty good about correcting any mistakes.

Their staff & food has always been Wonderful! So excited they reopened the inside dinning! My kiddo is Over the Moon they have finished remodeling the indoor playground & it's OPEN!!! It's the Only indoor playground in town, so on bad weather days we're here!

Always on point with helpful staff and prompt food service. Never was a big fan of Chick-fil-A till I went to this location. Very pleased.

I usually live chic fil a. But the lady today must have been having a bad day. When she brought out food out I got the feeling that she was being rushed. When we said thank you she didn't respond and I am so used to hearing my pleasure from the staff that I was shocked. When the same lady came back out with our second order and we said thank you she replied with a back handed wave and said yeah. I think this lady might just need a vacation so she can decompress.

I definitely got nice customer service, but my food that was claimed to be gluten free was not. Beware celiacs.

I love Chick-fil-A but this location is one of my favorite ! Service is great as always, restaurant is always clean. Tables are well sanitized and kids play area is clean . Associates are always helpful and friendly. I love their events! My daughter was so excited to interact with the police and firefighters ! She had a blast. I'm giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. This is a nice new looking Chick-fil-A. The employees are nice! They have a gluten free bun for the grilled sandwich so that is great! I ordered my food to go and the only bad thing I have to say is my sandwich was supposed to have pepper jack cheese and bacon and it did not. They also did not put any napkins in the bag. Been here twice. And service has been great. Except when they told me to go park out in the front and they didn't specified where exactly to park so the lady was kinda upset that I didnt park at the curbside pick up. And they only gave me two things of ketchup when I said ketchup for the nuggets too. 2 kids meals and a combo not enough ketchup. Standards have dropped tremendously. The fries are cold and the chicken is now undercooked. This place use to have high standards but now they suck. They got one more time to undercook my chicken or else we are never coming back. The picture is of my chicken after I placed it in the microwave but the bread on the chicken is still gooey. They need to have some respect for folks' food and fire everyone because ain't no way this mess should slide. My food has to pass through 3 hands to get to me and still no one has seen that it's undercooked. I would have put a one but that ain't everyone one that works here just those on that sorry night.

Am not a coffee drinker but I picked up a coffee for my wife.. Asked for a medium regular coffee.. the person asked me if Ice coffee and I said no, just a regular coffee. he asked and said they'll have to brew it. he finally came back with a coffee but it was an iced coffee.. I asked is this a medium coffee regular? A lady said oh no that's iced coffee and the only size we sell. got to the hospital visiting my daughter and a new baby and saw the receipt and saw I was charged for an iced coffee not a regular coffee.. moral of story, look and be careful what you're charged for.. I felt cheated!

Food is to chick fil a standards, but it is definitely the slowest and only Chick-fil-A I have had missing items and order issues at. Recommend ordering for pickup to avoid the slow drive thru and check your bag before you leave.

This location is ok just because they are nice. On 11/11/21 me and my husband gets a spicy southwest salad it was ok it tasted weird. Later that night me and my husband wasn’t feeling turn out we have food poisoning…I’m guessing they left the chicken out or gave us old meat. Overall I will not be returning to this place. A lot of fast food places in COPPERS COVE have the same problem so be careful I highly recommend not eating anything in COPPERS COVE

Service was super slow. Chicken Nuggets were dark and fries were cold. Athough it was very crowded, as it usually is, I have never not been happy eating there. I guess there is a first time for everything. I'm sure it will be better next time.

I was redeeming a QR code from a survey for a free chicken sandwich and I ordered a Frozen Lemonade. Ordering was easy, but it was 9:39pm on a Saturday night at the drive thru and (understandably) we had a bit of a wait. The sandwich was perfect temp and the buns were perfect! The problem was my Frozen Lemonade was NOT frozen! I took a sip as soon as I got away from the pickup window. It tasted good and was cold, but not Frozen. In fact, you could see where the Lemonade separated from (I'm guessing) the ice cream. I like Frozen drinks. I'm annoyed that I wasted my money on this and could've bought a Slurpee!

I own a local business and when we are running behind or short handed I like to get my employees food. We order through the Chick-fil-a app to have it delivered since we don’t have someone available to pick it up. The last five times I’ve ordered they have left out someone’s food. When I call they say someone can come pick it up or I can stop by to get a free meal. The whole point of using the delivery is so we get our food without leaving the office. The money can’t be refunded since the Chick-fil-A app uses DoorDash. I spend extra money for delivery and a tip, then I spend money to send one of my employees back or I’m shorted $5+ every time I order and left with a hangry employee. I’ve been reassured every time this problem is going to be fixed, and it continues to happen. Everyone has always been very kind and professional. Chick-Fil-A has superior customer service, but they need to work on their systems of properly putting orders together.

Customer service has gone done hill. No greetings in or out of the restaurant. No acknowledgement at the register. No enjoy your meal. Nothing! At the register when someone finally shows up to take my order, I feel like my sheer presence is an annoyance. The food is good but because of the poor customer service especially from current young employees, my family members no longer eat there. We used to frequent this place multiple times a week. Oh well. Maybe one day someone will read these reviews and pay attention.

When I pulled to the drive thru to order my food, the lady that took my order she said she cant hear my voice. So I spoke louder. She took my order and told me how much it was and to pull up to the window to pay. She did not even say my pleasure and sounded unhappy with what she is doing. When the guy gave me the 2 orders of coffee, he didnt even offer a cup holder. I infact asked for it after I spilled the hot coffee. I got my order and went home and it was missing one order. This is first time that it happened. Im hoping that next time, staff will make sure they will put the right and exact orders and to always carry chick fil-a’s mission in serving the customers.

We didn't get all the sauces we asked for but they charged us extra when we asked them for more buffalo cause we were missing it. They should tell you when you order the sauces it will be extra then and there not when you notice they are missing and ask for them.

The quality of the food at this chickfila and slowness of service is the worst in the area. So much so I prefer to forsake the Lord and eat at Popeyes up the road. The first couple of times I ate here my chicken was severely overcooked and I felt sick after eating. Add this on top of waiting almost 30 mins for my food via curbside and pick up in location I was not impressed. However, I keep giving it a shot and this was the last time I will be back at that location. We waited 20 mins for our food, and my chicken patty was a severe disappointment. It was super thin and consisted of mostly breading. Such a shame. 😭

I recently was in Copperas Cove visiting family. I love Chick-fil-a and am a frequent customer in the Dallas area. Chick-fil-a always has excellent customer service, but this Chick-fil-a was surprisingly disappointing. The wait was long, no one greeted you at the drive through, they turned the milkshake machine off prior to closing and that was the only thing 2 people in my car were ordering, they didn’t have my order correct and gave me the wrong meal, then they said that they didn’t have the salad with regular chicken strips only spicy after ordering it at the drive through and pulling up. The whole order took around 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Super disappointed in staff and management. This Chick-fil-a does not represent the company in the manner that others do.

Everytime I come to this chick fil a my food is either incorrect, I don’t receive the right change, and if those are correct then i’m gonna be met with the rudest cashier ever. I have never felt inclined to write a negative review about anywhere ever, but this chick fil a has the same, consistent problems. If Jaela is handling your money watch out, management doesn’t care what their employees and they didn’t care that she threw my change hard enough for it to land in the passenger seat of my car.

Ordered thru the drive thru. The Cobb salad was correct; however, I also ordered a #1 no pickels with a med fry and LG sweet tea. Got to the window and was handed a med tea, no problem the switched it out and charged me the difference. But I should have known from that to check the rest of my order. Frys were cold and sandwich had pickels. Very disappointed in the service at this location. I come to the Copperas Cove location at least once a week and the last several weeks the quality has been very disappointing.

The manager Syliva gave me and my family the worst experience. She came outside threating me and my family, we had our kids in the car and there were also other families and kids around. She did not want to give us our food over a misunderstanding over some nuggets. We were going to apologize for any inconvenience we caused but she didn't even give us the chance without threating our life. I understand working with fast food can be very stressful but to take it out on paying customers is very unacceptable.

This review is strictly based on the restrooms. They’re always filthy and very much McDonald’s vibes and not Chick-fil-a. Even when I’ve come in at 8am, like y’all just open so how are the restrooms already that dirty. It leads me to assume they’re not being cleaned the night prior. My goodness.

Came through the drive through on my way to my sons baseball game and got 3 salads with my order. When we got to the field I had no forks and only 1 dressing. When I called and explained that I couldn't eat my salads with no dressing and no forks, and that we're at a baseball game so we couldn't come back to pick them up, they just said there isn't anything they could do. A bunch of wasted money. Customer service is absolutely awful.

Well never had a problem at this chick fil a till now. Did a mobile order for 2-8 count nuggets and 3 large fries. I only used the max amount of sauces the app would let me use so 2 per entree and when we went to pick up the order they recharged me more because now they charge for sauces after a certain amount. So if that’s the case why does the app let me do that then? It’s not like I asked for 10 sauces I asked for 6. So I will no longer go to them for this and will drive and take my money elsewhere where I won’t be charged for extra sauces. The manager I spoke to a manager about the situation wasn’t professional and did refund me my extra money for the “extra” sauces I always ask for. Now I have cold food and a bad taste in my mouth.

Today the manager was too busy yelling at employees @ the drive thru window for me to get any of the sauce I ordered because "here are no napkins in the bag"...(Screams the manager) The bag and boxes are white, you just don't see the STACK of WHITE napkins. Point is the manager was YELLING so much about some napkins I was scared to even mention thE SAUCE. Not a single person was "kind" each and every one "is this YOUR order" on an order we didn't even pay for until we got to the window. Normal chic fila experience usually isn't yelling which is why we go instead of McDonald's. Might as well go to McDonald's with the yelling about non-issues (like napkins IN THE BAG ALREADY). When you are screaming at another person about literal NON-Issues, maybe we should resort our priorities.

I will never visit this location again first or second time I've been there and I'm done. I spent 46$ on two meals and when I called and asked for a refund because it was trash they told me I would have to bring the food back... Like excuse me sir this was when I just got paid and hadn't gone to the store this was two days ago I've been busy. He said oh well then I can give you a four piece meal for free not only is that insulting but to top it off it has a time limit of seven days...😂 So now I know that spending money here is a bad idea they will let you drive off with missing items and items that lack quality and go all the way home twenty minutes away and then act like your scamming them when you say it was missing items and lacks quality. The way they hype this company up is ridiculous I will not be visiting this location anymore ever I don't even know if I'm going to get the free meal I just want my money back and to never go again. I went in at 10:28 am this morning for breakfast and Cathy was at the register taking an order of an employee. By the time she finished, I attempted to order breakfast and she told me that breakfast was over. As I'm looking the menu over with complete disappointment, she abruptly calls Hugh over to the register and told him to take my order. We were both confused. Needless to say, her customer service was horrible. I typically don't have a bad experience here, but she definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

I ordered my food then asked for a refund then they wanted to give me the sauces MANAGEMENT SUCKS if you don't mind for someone to order there food then return it because of the principle of charging .30 for sauces ok then.

The problem wasn’t when they asked me to pull up and wait for my chicken sandwich. The problem was when I waited 10 minutes I parked and went inside and waited another 7 minutes for my order to come out stale like it had been sitting and could have been delivered. The chicken was stale and the fries were even worse like they put the fries in the bag before the chicken sandwich was done. Problem 2 was I asked for no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes on it. Highly disappointed.

This CFA is the worse in the area. I have given this place more than a couple chances to change my mind. Harker Heights is the best for moms with kids and wants a safe and peaceful visit. Killeen has no playground so unfortunately we are stuck with either copperas cove or Harker heights. I live five minutes from this location and I rather drive to Harker Heights. Also be carful asking for sauce at this place they have an older lady in particular who is beyond rude over sauce. It’s not the fact that u have to pay for the sauce it’s her tone of voice and energy that’s awful. Don’t come to this location if you want the amazing CFA experience.

I asked if they can give me a drink with the meal since I had to drive all the way back to the store. The manager on shift told me she gave me fries for the inconvenience. Thank you for the fries but now my drink is hot and I would have enjoyed a nice cold drink to down this food. I guess this is the way Stephen Kennedy likes to run his store. Maybe some training on being kind and apologizing to customers who spend a good amount of money for having to drive out of the way to get their food they paid for.

I ordered 2 things. Literally 2 things. Chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. They messed up the sandwich. I asked for just cheese on it, the worker even asked for clarification. There's a special label on the box they gave me, and they still put tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. Honestly, it's not that difficult to just put chicken and cheese in a bun. There was like 1 car behind me and one ahead of me, so it wasn't super busy either. Disappointing and overpriced.

I recently placed an order through the mobile app for my family’s dinner and requested a Spicy Cool Wrap without the cheese blend. When we picked up our curbside order, the team member explained that my wrap still had cheese because they “won’t make it without,” saying they only serve the wraps as advertised. I asked why it wasn’t possible to simply make one at the prep counter without cheese, and she said it was against policy. I then asked if the policy was to not make things to order, and she confirmed that it was. I then spoke with the manager, who told me, “If we do it for one, we have to do it for all.” However, when I asked about customers with allergies or intolerances, she admitted exceptions could be made—which completely contradicted her earlier response. She suggested cheese could just be removed from other menu items, but that isn’t what I ordered. I wanted the wrap. To confirm, I called the Killeen location afterward, and they told me they are able to remove cheese from wraps. Looks like I’ll be going there from now on. I left very disappointed in both the service and the lack of flexibility. Having worked at this location years ago, and more recently at the Temple location, I know it is possible to accommodate simple requests like this. It’s disheartening to see how much the standard of customer service and quality has slipped here. 9/30/25 6:30 PM

Terrible communication and did NOTHING to fix the situation. Went to pick up an online order and I was picking up for someone so I had gone through the drive thru but it was placed through for pick up either inside or curbside and they wouldn't tell me if the food was there or not . The lady I was speaking with was just saying she can't tell if it was there or not she didn't know. I had sat there for about three minutes with her and in those three minutes the couldn't go check and see if the order was there or not. Like 10 feet or so. Very unhappy and disappointed with my service and not a single time did any one say "my pleasure." I wasn't even thanked at all for anything. I haven't had a single chick fil a experience like this or where they didn't try to go above and beyond for me. The shift lead on duty was not very helpful either. The only thing she said was that she would speak to whoever I spoke with. It's funny because the shift lead had a moment to come speak to me but not a moment to check and see if the order was there... UNSATISFIED. I will not be returning to this chick fil a, if I want chick fil a I'd rather go to Killeen than come back here. 0 stars honestly. (Apologies for typo's I'm not going back to fix them, just like they didn't fix the situation with me and my order.) Edit: I see why all these people have given one star reviews lately. Just horrible.

I was there on Saturday and I placed in a mobile order! There were so many employees standing there, that no one notified me what the hold up was for! The cheese wasn't melted on any of my sandwiches, I wasn't greeted and when I brought this to the MOD's attention, Wyatt and all he had to say was "I just got here!" Absolutely ridiculous! Customer service would definitely need some help.

Rocks and dirty in the salad. Food is rarely correct. Maybe Chick-fil-A should worry more about paying living wages so these things happen less often, than they do about giving money to fuel homophobia
