Mino Cormano Reviews
Come fare a non venire da queste parti e a nn fermarsi x fare una buonissima colazione. Tutto ottimo, dal caffè alle paste, dalla pasticceria alla cortesia veramente tutto ottimo
A top-notch pastry shop in Cormano. One of my all-time favorites for a coffee or breakfast out and about. The pastries are always refined in their simplicity. I don't have much experience with cakes, but I always recommend it to anyone looking for a treat.
High-quality pastries. Breakfast here is a pleasure for the palate and the soul.
A true gem in northern Milan, Pasticceria da Mino has been a point of reference for authentic Italian pastry making for over 15 years! Superior quality, reliability, and helpful staff—Mino and his family are always there—make this pastry shop an absolute gem for Cormano and the Milanese hinterland! The Best
I've been going to this wonderful pastry shop almost weekly for years, and after years of sampling their cakes at friends' houses, pastries, brioches, and countless variations of biscuits, from the fantastic St. Joseph's zeppole to the individual portions and panettone, as well as the seasonal Colomba cakes, I'm increasingly amazed not only by the freshness of each product but by the ever-increasing goodness of everything they offer. And speaking of the hospitality they extend to every customer, who is always available with a smile to answer questions about customizing or custom-made cakes, the super professional and helpful pastry chef goes out of his way to satisfy customers' requests, always with a genuine smile. I travel a lot in Milan and beyond because of my passion for sweets, but never like in this case, truly, whatever you choose, it will be a success in terms of the freshness and quality of the raw materials, as well as the richness of the toppings on the pastries, the always very varied brioches, and the pastries, all neat, colorful, and incredibly delicious like no other. Finally, speaking of the chocolate chunks with hazelnuts and chocolate bars, they're truly delicious and have a very strong cocoa content, even for the most discerning palates. Congratulations on your success over the years and on the excellence of your desserts, which are increasingly delicious and innovative!
The place is truly beautiful, with excellent croissants! On Sundays and holidays, they do something very special: fried croissants, DELICIOUS! The owners are truly friendly, and despite the crowds, they're quick and professional. There's always time for a chat with Paolo, who's been running the place for many years. The bistro at the Cusano station is also beautiful. Keep up the good work!
Excellent pastry shop. Both the drinks and desserts, though small, are delicious. It's a very relaxing place to spend a warm Saturday or Sunday with friends or alone. The staff is very friendly and the place is clean. They also offer takeout; you'll definitely make a great impression. Recommended; there's not much seating inside. In the summer, you can also sit outside.

Discovered thanks to Google and the excellent reviews I can only endorse. Excellent Kipfel, perfect puff pastry. Delicious and light Danish with pecans, pear and chocolate puff pastry with a quality chocolate layer. The latte macchiato was requested very hot and arrived at just the right temperature. A start to the day that puts you at peace with the world. Thank you 🙏
I go there for breakfast with friends every now and then. Everything is very good, the quality is there. The croissants are filled or plain, the coffee or cappuccino is very good, the pastries and cakes are worth trying. If you're in the area, give it a try. It's a bit small, so you might have to wait, but you'll leave satisfied. If you're lucky, I'll park in front. Try it! Friendly staff, average prices.
I recently moved to the area, so I tried this pastry shop... the wait was long (there were only 4 people, not 40), but the brioche was excellent. Spending €2.80 for one brioche and a small brioche in Cormano seems way too much, though... a renowned (and excellent) pastry shop in the center of Milan has lower prices, which I find absurd. It's okay to pay for quality, but €1.50-€1.80 for a brioche seems fair to me, and I wouldn't go any higher. Recommended for the quality, but the prices are way too high.
The food is always good, no question about it, but the prices have skyrocketed. For a tiny croissant (pictured), I paid €1.80. Even in downtown Milan, there's a price difference depending on the size, but 1. We're not in the center, but in Cormano 2. They're still not that expensive for such a small size. I hope they scale back because I've always been a loyal customer, but now I practically don't go there anymore.
Nothing to say about the quality, but is it possible to have such a huge price increase while simultaneously producing brioches that have become as small as pastries? A bar where there's not even service because I have to bring things to the table myself, and often the customers bring them back to the counter. We're in Cormano, not central Milan. I would understand the price increase, but the final products remain the same.
Highly recommended. The overall impression was good, the service was helpful, and the kindness was excellent, and the aroma and presentation of the pastries were delicious. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with a cheesecake I ordered. Despite following the storage instructions, the cake, which already looked different from the usual one, started leaking a lot of sugary liquid 15 hours later, staining the refrigerator, bags, clothes, and car seats, etc., thinking it was just condensation. This liquid made the cake incredibly sweet (perhaps a melted glaze) and made the entire cream soft, resulting in a curdled, soft whipped cream. The restaurant had difficulty drying and cutting it. Inedible, also because it was too sweet. Almost all of it was thrown away after the first taste. Everyone had digestive difficulties despite the small amount eaten. I called the bakery and explained the problem, also to avoid future mistakes and to understand what had happened... no response, explanation, or apology. I don't know if I'll give the bakery another chance, certainly not with cakes, perhaps trying some pastries. Too bad. What a disappointment it was about the cake, the embarrassment with the guests, and the after-sales service.
I find myself having to revise my 5 stars, not so much for the quality. I'll start by saying that I've had a lot of breakfasts at this location and the one at the station over the past three years, but recently the size has shrunk significantly. Despite the price being less than affordable, but still manageable for a quality product, what I really don't like is the reduction in quantity. I don't think it's fair...it's a croissant; by eye, the size is 30% smaller, and it's not a one-time thing, because I've really noticed it in the past few months. If you go for breakfast, you don't want to feel like you're holding a pastry, but a real brioche. I hope the owner reads this review. Always available to revise the review. See you soon After months of trying it again every day, further downgrading the rating, we're definitely not there.
